Traveled from Wilmington De today to this dealership after locating a new Traverse online . I talked to Lionel by phone to confirm is was still available . James Bluestone met me and started the purchase process . After an hour copying my trade in mileage and registration , reporting financials and trade in payoffs he said he would bring up the vehicle while test driving my car . Then he announced it was a demonstrator . He pulled up to the front of the showroom with an unwashed Traverse with 6,700 miles on the odometer . No apology from him or sales manager for my inconvenience .
