Untrustworthy dealer. Experienced issues with them being “unable to retrieve a title” and lack of communication was a constant. I even had a vehicle on hold and it was offered to be sold to a friend I had call to acquire about it. Would not recommend buying or even looking at any vehicles being sold here. If I could rate a 0 star I would.

Car shoppers think twice before doing business with this dealership!! I purchased a luxury car from RMC Motor Cars that I later found out months down the road (sensor) that the OEM motor had been swapped with a scrap motor. Infiniti red-flagged and rejected the motor warranty and told me the motor is not covered. I asked Rod to take the car back and refused saying I would have to trade the car in taking the hit $$ for his poor business decisions. After months of bantering back and forth and threatening his companies bond - Rod then said he would provide an ultimate extended warranty at no cost covering the motor if I canceled the suit against his dealership. The motor blew last week and the extended warranty company "Warrantech" said we do not cover cars that are still under the manufacturer's warranty. If Rod knows anything about warranties and coverage, you would think he would know that this warranty he gave me was worthless being the car is well under the 4 year 60k miles. His tactic worked getting me off his back accepting this warranty, thinking I had peace of mind if something did go wrong with the car. Was I wrong to trust him!! I asked Rod to do the right thing and replace the motor or I would be forced to use legal counsel. His reply was- Feel free to take legal action. Used cars are purchased without warranties. Even though my car should be covered by the OEM warranty, but it's not due to Rods negligence. Long story short. This dealership expects you to know whether a motor has been swapped in a car doing their job. Oh and paying retail not $15k for a lemon and put lipstick on it and sell it for $27k. Steer clear from shady deals and doing business with this car lot.

Out of state buyer here. I had been searching for a specific vehicle for a few months when I saw that RMC Motorcars had the exact model, spec'd out how I wanted, in their inventory. I inquired with Rod(owner) about the vehicle, and he was very knowledgeable about the specific car I was interested in. He explained that it was, essentially, in new car condition; zero problems, up to date on service, perfect interior, etc. They provided the service records, pictures from every conceivable angle, and made me comfortable flying out there from Denver to preview the vehicle. Coming from a background in sales, the negotiation process was very easy, no games, not too much back and forth, pretty straightforward. Maria, Rod's assistant, picked me up at the airport, and ten minutes later I was test driving the E63 AMG that I'd been looking at. As described, there were no faults with the vehicle, it was in perfect condition! There wasn't a spec of dust on the outside, inside, under the hood, or in the trunk. The gentleman that rode with me on the test drive was a BMW enthusiast that could give Harald Krueger(ceo of BMW) a run for his money on BMW knowledge. I was pleased to see their inventory is full of high end, low mileage, specialty cars( M series BMW's, AMG series Benz's, Lotus's, etc), and every car on their lot looked like a brand new vehicle. They had a full staff buzzing around detailing the cars, clean showroom...just a top notch operation. Maria was proficient with the paperwork, explaining in detail how to convert the California title into a Colorado title, provided all the paperwork(and even put sticky arrows everywhere I needed to sign for the Colo DMV paperwork). Within an hour or two, I was driving my new car back to Denver. I've now had my E63 for a week, have put over 1500 miles on it, and have not found a single service problem, scratch, interior fault...it's truly in great shape. Overall, this was the easiest car purchase I've ever made, which surprised me because I was very hesitant to purchase a vehicle out of state. Rod, Maria...THANK YOU! Great car, great experience, keep doing what you're doing over there at RMC!
