One word says it all "Professionalism". Since the Tyler Crist knew that we had traveled over 300 miles to get to Rob Green Hyundai, he had all of the paperwork prepared and ready for our signatures so that we could get back home before 10:00 pm.

All the staff was friendly and helpful. Found a better financing option than I was already preapproved for. Did not try to sell me anything that I did not need.

Looking to find a 4 wheel drive, we were able to find our vehicle with just a few questions. Found the color we wanted and went for a test drive liked the way it handled and preformed. Told him what we wanted price wise and the process went very well. We now own the car of our dreams.

They first sold me a Chrysler 200. That had none stop issues and was a bug frustrating hassle. After 2 months of frustrated. They traded me out but claimed they could only get me into a veloster. Which I didn't like. Its a good car. But my payments are a lot for something I don't want to keep. I felt like I was played and miss treated because I was young. I will never go to rob green again. I will never give anyone a recommendation to go there.

The experience I had was overall positive, but they rip you off at the end when the financial people get involved. Then they're rude and condescending. Especially to a woman buying a car

I don't like buying new cars, however the best experience I've ever had and will definitely return when I need a new car, they were wonderful had me in and out in he perfect amount of time and had the patience while I test drove cars, and I love my new car :)

All of the service on my 2013 Hyundai Tucson has been a great experience. Sean was great , and Phillip Rice is ever better. Always a smile, very efficient, and highly competent. I drive 3 hours just to work with Phil and Rob Green service people.

Your dealership has done the scheduled maintenance for as long as I've owned my veloster. Been thru several of your service writers, but since Sean left, I've not been impressed. But now you have Phil! He's great and is so helpful. Whatever you do...KEEP PHIL!!! HE rocks! Thanx Phil!

Already explained above. We purchased a Sonata in 2013 and their service during and after the sale were very good. We went to the same dealership to get a new Sonata and we knew what we wanted so we did not test drive it. Sales people were very pleasant. We were already somewhat familiar with the features. We took the vehicle back for window tinting, to tighten the inside rear view mirror and adjust the headlights which seemed to be aimed too high because people were flashing their bright lights at us, and also to pair our phones. We left the car there from Saturday through Tuesday. It was not washed when we got there and they offered to but we were in too much of a hurry to wait. We found out after purchase of the vehicle that the on board navigation system is outdated. It is a brand new car. I feel that it should have come with a brand new or updated navigation system. So far this has not been adequately explained to our satisfaction. The lady in the service department (I think her name is Brittney) does a great job. Salesmen Toren and Dino have also been very helpful.

My other vehicle blew the engine and I went by what the bank and the employees choose for me. I am a cancer survivor and as I was going through my chemo I was firedand your employees put me in a beautiful car, which I pray that I can pay for it.
