Sales was great. Super nice and professional. Truck is awesome. Great price. However, service department is well below par. My truck, which I bought 2 days ago, has a bad wheel shake. I need this truck for work. I called and they said they cannot take it after 4 on weekdays or on Saturday. They also said they can’t provide a rental EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR ONE IN MY WARRANTY. If you don’t want your service technicians to come in on weekends or stay late, maybe they should inspect the vehicle right THE FIRST TIME.

I am very impressed with the attention I received from Lucas Rosinski. He patiently listened to what I wanted and brought several cars for me to look at and try. He knew the differences in each model which helped me find one with a heated steering wheel, which greatly helps my osteoarthritis hands! I am so glad to have met such a fine young salesman with a genuine caring attitude!

Our salesman, Nate was fabulous - stayed in contact with me anytime I text him. We ordered a new truck so, of course, we wondering how long it would take and I would ask for updates. He even let me know when the car hauler was pulling in with the delivery.....that was GREAT!!! Everything went way better than I could have even hoped. George in the finance department did a good job too- we had everything wrapped up and drove away within a couple hours. Couldn't have had a better experience - thank you guys !!!

This was one of the easiest and pleasant experiences we have had with a dealership with purchasing a new vehicle. We actually bought a vehicle that we never considered in the past and now love it! This Buick Enclave is very stylish and sporty (better with the tinted windows) and as a younger couple it’s not favored towards the older class as we all did and would expect! I’m impressed by the service from beginning to end. It’s a real treat to deal with this dealership! Thank you
