We bought a Ford Escape. Our salesperson, Nikki Long, was very informative in the vehicle and very pleasant. She was very reassuring in the sale and answered all questions. I knew what I wanted before we went, so it was just the matter of pricing and choosing the one for me. I went to Robichaux Ford to talk numbers on a new Ford F-150. A few minutes later we made a deal. They offered me a fair price for my ten year old F-150 and, before you know it, I was strolling home in my new truck. Unfortunately Mother Nature did not cooperate and had knocked out the power on my scheduled oil change day. Robichaux Ford went above the call of duty and took in children from a local daycare for the same reason. I thought this was extremely nice of them. The service department was nice enough to reschedule my appointment for the following day, and had me in and out in no time.

The purchase experience of my 2015 F150 Latiat FX4 was a great experience. I first spoke with Boot back in March of 2015 that I would be in the market for a truck this year and wanted a 2015. What I like the best about the purchase was that Boot did not constantly call me pushing me to buy like other dealers did to me in the past. Dawn was also great with the paperwork. This is my 4th vehicle purchased at Robichaux Ford. Service is a major selling point. I live in Raceland and I get all my service done with Robichaux Ford and Jerry in service is great. We purchased a 2014 Ford F150 XLT, new. We were very please with the service and the personal attention. The salesman was excellent. We actually went to another dealership first and left due to the attitude of the salesman. We were treated with respect at Robichaux Ford and will recommend them to our friends and family. This is my second vehicle with your dealership. Both were through Shane Toups. The second was an even better experience than the first. I purchased a F-250 Platinum. The vehicle is excellent but the service from Shane was better than that. He went out of his way to deliver for a test drive and all the way to the final delivery of the vehicle. He waited for me at the dealership to discuss the vehicle and its options. First class purchase experience.

I was very satisfied and am always satisfied with the service at Robichaux Ford. I like the way I can drop my vehicle at the parking lot the night before. This is very helpful to me. I am always notified on my cell phone that my vehicle is ready for pickup. When I get my vehicle, the receptionist explains my bill and what was done to my vehicle. This was my first time experience with Robichaux Ford. This is my 7th new ford truck purchase. I purchased an F-150 XLT Kodiak Brown, 5.0L engine. I have limited comments on the service since I only met my Sales Person and Finance Manager. My Sales Person was prompt on greeting me on arrival, polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable of the vehicle when explaining the operating controls; although I would like to have sealed a deal quicker. Once we finalized our deal everything moved along smoothly. The Finance person didnt waste a lot of my time once the paperwork was finally complete. Since this was my first deal with Robichaux Ford, I would have liked to walk through the facilities and meet and greet with the Parts and Services departments while waiting on the processing of all the paperwork. Overall, my experience with the purchase went very well - these comments are not complaints, just my opinion.
