I recently purchased a new Escape from Robin Ford. As it is the fourth car we have purchased from them, we knew we wouldn't be disappointed. The salesman, Jamar Anderson, was extremely helpful. After test driving the Escape with all the bells and whistles , I realized that might be too much for me. Within a couple of days he found another car with just the right options and then the general manager, Jim Suydam made my husband very happy with the financing! I brought the car home the next day! The service department has always been wonderful with taking care of any issues with all the cars, even helping me when I have screwed up my phone for sync! Everyone always seems to go out of their way for you- to finding the perfect car with a comfortable price and great service!!I can't imagine purchasing a car from any other dealership!

Since purchasing my 2013 Ford F-150, I have been taking it to Robin Ford for service.I have had oil changes and one recall done at Robin. I also had the rear window of the truck replace at no charge do to a broken circuit in the rear window defroster. The recall was to replace a defect master brake cylinder.All of the services were performed with no problems and they were done in a timely matter.Sean Cantwell (service manager) was very efficient and courteous when handling these problem.I have no problem recommending this dealership to any of my friends and family.

I just bought a Ford Escape from robin ford I had been to 4. Dealers in 2 days and I have to say from the moment I walked in robin ford I knew I would buy there. Everyone was welcoming. No one was high pressure or salesman like. I had a friendly feeling instead of a attack of the vultures feeling. Both Jules my sales rep and Jim the manager worked with me through a visit and many phone calls to put me in a car that had everything I wanted with a price I could live with. They were way beyond helpful and I felt like I was doing business with a friend. Eric was so kind as to help too. Everyone greeted me. Your staff is amazing there. Jules and Jim should be commended. I will praise you to everyone I know.

My air condition was not working in my car, I took it back to my dealer to repair There was a part on it broken they had to order it but they got it in a reasonable amount of time. I depend on the dealer every time I need anything done.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Escape from Eric Kane. I would recommend dealing with him because he was so knowledgeable about the various models and helped me to pick out the perfect car for my needs. Mickey Sullivan really helped with the financing crunching the numbers to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford within my budget. Also Jim Suydam helped me when my wife passed to sell her car. I have used this dealership for buying new and used cars since 1980. My experience with Robin Ford was the best experience of car buying I have ever had. My salesman Rich Small was fantastic to say the least. He listened to all of my needs and made me feel very comfortable. I left feeling happy with my decision. He was not a typical salesman, you could tell he could actually care about my needs. Went to Robin Ford with the idea of purchasing a Ford Escape, but after talking with salesman Eric Kane and getting out a tape measure we realized it was too small for my golf clubs. No problem because Eric worked out a deal on a new Edge which handled my problem and my budget. Mickey Sullivan was my sales rep. He was well organized and did not have us sitting around for hours. He was very knowledgeable of the car (a Chevy Malibu) even though it was a Ford Dealership.He answered all of our questions and he was able to negotiate and work within my budget. Mickey actually secured a better interest rate than my own bank..impressive. When I picked up my car the next day I was in and out within a matter of minutes. We leased a fully loaded 2016 Ford Fusion from Robin Ford. We dealt with John Martin (the salesman) and Jim (the finance manager). They were pleasant, friendly and accommodating! They answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns, without hesitation. For us, customer service usually trumps getting "the best deal". We not only got exceptional customer service from these gentlemen, but we also managed to get a good deal, fitting nicely into our monthly budget. We test drove the vehicle one day (with all features being explained to us by John) and returned a couple days later (after test driving other vehicles) to complete the paper work (prepared and explained by Jim) in less than an hour. This was a positive experience all around! We highly recommend Robin Ford and John/Jim!

My wife and I stopped in Robin Ford to meet with a sales rep, Rich Small, who she dealt with before. We came in with what seemed like an unthinkable idea and gave him little to work with. Rich managed to make everything we needed to happen and we walked out of there extremely happy with the cars we wanted. All of the guys we dealt with and met there were great. I've been in and out of several dealerships in the past and this was by far one of the more enjoyable experiences I've had. Not to mention, Rich made the whole thing seem stress free. Michele first helped me online when I inquired about the pre-owned 2014 Mazda CX-5. We set up a time for 10:30 AM on a Saturday, and when I got there, she referred us to Jules. Jules didn't beat around the bush. She quickly got us the keys to the Mazda, and, for once, I didn't mind having the car salesperson ride in the car on the test drive. She told stories and talked to us like we were actual humans, while not straying too far from talking about the car. She really made us feel comfortable, and she was willing to help me get the best deal possible. Even though it wasn't a Ford, she showed me all the features and helped me picture myself driving the car super easily. She wasn't pushy in the slightest and seemed to really care about what I wanted. She let me ask the questions and was polite and respectful throughout the whole thing. She is also really friendly and funny, which didn't hurt one bit. The insurance broker they deal with is a huge plus, as well. I didn't think I would get a car that day, but I couldn't help it once Jules started working her magic. Thanks for everything, Robin Ford!

I went in for service on my Ford Focus 2013. I left with a new 2015 Ford C-Max. I wasn't expecting this but I am not unhappy about it. I am recently widowed and my husband always wanted me to be safe in my car. So when I got a recall on my Focus I became nervous. I wandered into the show room to just look (my sister just got an Escape) and looked at the Escape. That is when I met Jules Dixon. She was great. Took me for a test drive and then before you know it I was trying to get an Escape. That didn't work out, monthly payment to high. So Jules said how about trying the C-Max. Well let me tell you, I couldn't be happier. Every time I get graded on my braking skills and see how much I am saving on gas, I shout for joy. Thanks so much for making me feel safe and happy.

Looking for a car for our daughter and keeping it a secret from her was no easy task. John and Dave did a great job helping us find a car that fit our needs and kept us in the price range that we wanted to be in. We were offered many choices of cars, upgrades and warranties but they did not try to push us into anything that we didn't want. I called the dealership and told them I only had 3 hours before I had to be at work and the response I got was "we can have a deal made in less than that" and they weren't kidding. Michele Harlan set everything up for me. And she passed me off to the fastest dealer in the east. Jules Dixon was waiting at the door for me to walk in and we got right to business. We took a test drive, talked about all the great features of car ( 2015 fusion se, the car she also owned), and she was incredibly easy to get along with. In the first hour I had already test drove the car I wanted, had my trade in appraised, and the paperwork basically finished. Speaking of paperwork, Jim Suydam was on top of everything. It was the fastest contract signing I'd ever been through. He knew I needed to get to work and he wasn't going to let me be late. Great people. Great experience. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends and family. I think I was finished and driving off the lot in under 2 hours. Of course I needed a little time with Jules so she could show me all the bells and whistles. She was awesome. To the point, beyond educated on the product, and honestly a real pleasure to talk to. This was not your typical car saleswoman just trying to get a sale. And Jim even hooked me up with his remote start installer. The guy even comes to your house to install it if you want! All around this place was great. AND WHAT A GREAT CAR!!!

Mr. Mickey Sullivan was prepared to let me test drive three vehicles on a Saturday afternoon. I settled on the 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. He had to find it for me, but did! It is a beautiful ruby red with tan interior and has all of the features I wanted in a new car. I picked it up on Wednesday after work. The dealership gave me more than I expected as a trade in for my 2006 Ford Freestyle. This helped me get what I wanted but stay within my car note budget. I also purchased the extended warranty. I haven't done that in the past, but wanted to be sure all of the new electronics that have come out were covered. Every member of the Robin Ford Team that I met was friendly and courteous. I would definitely refer anyone to them to purchase a vehicle.

I wouldn't suggest or refer anyone to buy a car from Robin Ford dealership in this life time. I have been sucked into their scam. I purchase a Mini Cooper November 2014. The red Flag should have been when I purchased the car and the car had old inspection sticker 5/2015. They never reinspected the car after they sold it to me. Five days after I purchased the car the gear shifter wouldn't let me put the car in park gear. Four months after I bought the car, the car wouldn't go into the park gear or the reverse gear, the only way I could park my car by putting it in neutral gear along with the emergency brake. Now keep in mind When I bought the car in November 2014 my inspection stickers on my car is saying 5/2015. And not to mention there must have been a short in the computer system but they say that they did an inspection on my Mini Cooper The check engine light fades in and out must been a short. When I went and got my own diagnostic test not only was my car gearshift is not working, but the engine cylinders are shot. I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy a car from Robin dealership because, don't no dealership sell a customer a car and six months later the car is no good. I was sucked into The Robert Ford scam because they sold a vehicle that has 101 problems and they didn't want to invest the money to get the Mini Cooper fixed the proper way that's why the vehicle didn't have Upto date inspection stickers on it. Now they are trying to stick me with all the problems and the cost. I have contacted the consumers Attorney General in this situation which is way too much. So my lesson is I would never refer or suggest anyone to deal with Robin Ford for in any matter in regards of buying or leasing a vehicle because you just might get scammed!

I had a great experience taking a lease to term (from another dealer may I add) and getting into another 36 month lease for a 2015 explorer. The service was friendly, the pricing was clear, and the entire lease end/new lease process took just over an hour an a half which was awesome. I recommend Jules in sales and Jim in finance for anyone looking for a new Ford.

On Monday February 9, 2015 I walked into Robin Ford of Glenolden,with no intention of leaving with a car,bc I was alone. Well what happened after i got in there,changed the way I felt about men thinking women can't think for themselves. I can thank Dave and Jim for that! I was treated with respect and not just a woman who can't think for herself!! These two men made sure I was well informed every step of the way. The whole process was really,worry free. Let first state that I am not the easiest customer to work with. I do my research, maybe more than most people. I walk in to the showroom with my folder containing price comparisons between Edmund's, KBB and other company's for both the new car and my trade in. I know what I want and how much I am willing to pay. Since I never "need" a car, its always I want a new car, I have no problem walking away from a deal. Now with that being said, dealing with Mickey, just made the overall experience a walk in the park. The whole transaction went very smoothly, no back and forth on the price, for either car. He never pulled the "I have to talk to my manger" trick. I dealt with one person, him. Since the car I wanted, the way I wanted it, it had to be order. Mickey kept me advised thru the whole ordering and delivery process. When I picked the car up, he had all the paperwork ready, I just had to sign and drive. Now that was really nice. I had ordered molded splash guards and when I asked how much for them to install, he's answer was perfect, no charge. Now that is a awesome salesman and an awesome dealership. Would I recommend both him and the dealership, in a heartbeat. Would I buy from them again, already planning on it in 3 years. So be smart about it and do yourself a big favor, go see Mickey for your new car. You wont be disappointed. The reason for not giving all 5 stars is simple, nobody is perfect but they came close.

We have been customer of Robin for over 30 years. Time to look at a new or newer used car. The Service Manager, Steve LaMonaca suggested - pick out an used suv he would go over it and use it for a day. We did come in to look at used Escape's, road tested about 4 including a new one.Rich Small was our sales representative, he was so well versed in the specifications and how to operate the Ford Sync system we knew we were going to buy the new Escape. We looked at all the new ones but wanted the lighter interior which was not in stock. He said wait a moment and called another dealer and within 40 minutes the very Escape we wanted was at Robin Ford. We now own that vehicle.By the way, if you need any training on the Sync System Rich is the one to ask. While we were there he guided two owners with there system. He said call me or stop if you need any help.Robin Ford is not a large over powering dealership. They do Take very good care of there customers. We have had all our cars serviced with them, they stand behind the work they do. One time our Explorer had a starting problem, they replaced a part, a day later we had the same problem. They again found and corrected the problem, refunded our money for the first service call - Now That's What I Call An Outstanding Dealership....Great Job Again......Thanks

On Friday 1/23/15 I purchased A Ford Escape from Mickey Sullivan at that time a gave great review. Now I wouldn't even give him the time of day. Six days after my $20k purchase the check engine light. I looked up to check the oil sticker in the window only to see that it was due. The car was turn I to the dealership in 10/14. I came to found out the one of the GM(s) had used the car as a demo for 3 months and put on 4k miles. Information that Mickey advised me afterward they aren't required to disclose. I stated and later denied saying things are to be expected when you buy a used car. Be for I brought the car they referred to it as pre-owned after I singed now they refer to it as used. Since I could not longer trust Mickey I asked to speak to the GM that used the car. He said he forgot to check the oil sticker when he returned the car and I guess the mechanic that checked the car out also for got. As far as the engine light goes he also stated things happen when you buy used. Well, I took my car in today for the oil change they paid for and found out the engine light was do it a valve sticking. And they did not have the part. I was given a rental and the car is suppose to be done Monday. While I was there I spoke with Ben Snyder GM, an arrogant man wit zero interpersonal or customer service skills. I request a call back from the owner on Monday. When Ben Snyder handed me his business card he said make sure you spell my name right (it's printed on the card). example of this man's professionalism The good news is that I did identified to polite professional employees Jim Suydam and Rob Worrerell. Rob was very polite, empathic and professional. He could teach Ben Snyder a few things about Customer Service and professionalism. All I wanted the to be treated with respect, All I wanted was to be treated with respect, have the car fixed and ensure the future consumer don't encounter the same over-sights and treatment I did. Jim you were pleasant and understanding, Rob The should put you in charge of Customers and training. Ben, you need to get over yourself, learn to treat customer's with respect and loose the sarcasm. I hope the owner calls so that I can personally provide him feedback On the two employees he should coach and develop and on an EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL (Rob) who should handle customer interactions because he has what it takes to keep consumer in the Robin Family

Today January 26, 2015 I purchased my first car at Robin Ford! I had the best experience with such kind customer service. Not only did I feel like I was taken care of by such great employees, I also felt comfortable in making my decision. Rich who was the Salesman who helped me was awesome! From the moment we walked through the door he reached out and was willing and able to help me purchase my first car. He was very kind and was in no means pushy. This was my third dealership in just two weeks and the reason why I didn't purchase from somewhere else is because they were to pushy and didn't seem like they were looking out for my best interest. Rich did and that is what made me feel so comfortable purchasing this Chevy vehicle from Robin Ford. Even with the big snow storm coming Rich and Jim put the time in to help me complete my purchase. Rich and Jim both were very patient with me and did such a wonderful job in sending me home in my new car! Robin Ford is by far the best I have ever experienced. They will bend over backwards to see that you are completely satisfied . Sales people are knowledgeable and helpful. Service people are professional and respectful. Buying my truck and having routine service on it at Robin was a refreshing departure from the impersonal treatment I was used to from other dealers.

I have been purchasing my automobiles at Robin Ford for many years whereby all of the drivers in my household have had 1 or more vehicles at any given time. I drive many miles to do so although I have other dealerships closer. The sales department is second to none with Richard Small most recently helping my daughter obtain her first car. He made her feel special, important and went out of his way to ensure our ultimate satisfaction. The service manager, Steven LaMonaca, met us that night and likewise assisted in the process. This was a great day at Robin Ford! Took in two cars and came home w/exactly what I wanted! A brand new 2015 Fusion! Can't beat that, huh? My salesmen were spectacular and worked w/me every inch of the way! And w/me, they DID have to work!!! There was a lot involved since I had two cars to trade in, an existing warranty to deal with, as well as insurance and they handled everything very efficiently. I was very pleased with the service they rendered.

I needed an oil change. Rob let me know that a special was available with the oil change which included tire rotation, fluids check, brake check, etc. Although I don't drive much, it is good to have had that mini inspection for peace of mind and the cost was reasonable.I was recently out of town and my car became undrivable. I had it towed to a local Ford Dealer expecting the same great work product. They fixed the immediate problem but the car didn't drive right. The work was sloppy. Upon my return, I took it to Robin Ford and they made the adjustments and my car drives right and I feel safe driving it.

So 52 days ago my husband Doug and I had the pleasure of meeting Jules who assisted us in our sale of Doug's well deserved 2014 F150~ We couldn't say enough about our experience with Jules then and same for 3 days ago when we returned to just say Hi and was greeted by her beautiful smiling face and a hug~~ Doug was at the sales desk talking about his F150 when I decided to just take a walk around all the cars, I asked Jules if she could walk with me and she sure did~~ Well when we returned Doug asked if I saw anything I liked, my response was of course but I love my Ford Edge, Doug then suggested I test drive the new Explorer so I did and the rest is history~~ Love my new Explorer but I must say if it wasn't for Jules, Jim Suydam, Erin Oberholzer I don't think I would love it as much. I do not go to a dealership to buy a car, I allow the salesperson to attempt to sell me a car. Dave did just that, he was very friendly had all the answers that I needed. he showed me several cars that I was interested in and once I made up my mind on an escape he worked with me on the price until I was completely satisfied. Dave did a great job selling me a car. Jim Suydam the Sales and Finance Manager did a great job of explaining all the information necessary. I wanted remote start installed and Dave had it done while I waited. I felt the whole experience was well handled by all of Robin Ford personnel. Thank you all.

This is our second time with this dealership~~First time was in 2010 when I bought my Ford Edge which by the way "I AM STILL IN LOVE WITH" ~~ At that time our sales and finance manager was Jim Suydam which again we had the pleasure working with~~ My only regret is that I had not written about him back then~~ Jim is beyond what a Manager title holds~ Jim is also very friendly not stuffy and truly cares about his clients~~ Jim goes above and beyond his duties. I say this because Jim explained when we came in which was 5 PM that he would work on our papers when time allowed due to the fact he was working with other clients as well as delivery coming in. We totally understood and told him to take his time we would never go to another dealer and he could work on us the next day, which in fact he did. ~ Jim called at 11 AM the next morning to let us know he was working on our deal and would contact us within an hour or two, which is exactly what he did~~ In the meantime let me go back to the first day after we spoke with Jim and submitted our paper work, Jim introduced us to Jules Dixon who would be our sales rep, and what I saw in Jules was a BEAUTIFUL RAY OF SUN, FULL OF SMILES, AND MORE THAN EAGER TO HELP AS WELL. What we have experienced in the two of them was more than them making a sale to profit on. They are two of the kindest people we have come across in a long time~~ I could write forever about Jim and Jules but I am sure you get the entire picture. I was not sure what I wanted but when I first walked in the door Jules approached me and it was all good. I thought at first I would feel uncomfortable with a woman helping me but it was a great experience. She should me so many different was to go in my price range. She worked very hard on that situation. I was not a easy task. We went back and forth with leasing or not but I wanted to own. Now we got Jim involved to make this happen. After a few times with Jim and Jules I went home with a new Escape. She was great. They walked well as a team. So everyone go to Robin Ford and ask for Jules.

It was Good Friday, April,18,2014 and a very good Friday for me. Rich was very friendly and not in a Salesmen kind of way, meaning he cared about me as a person and what would be the best for me, then just selling/leasing just another car. He and Jim Suydam ,very firendly, found that if I leased ,it would be a better oppurtunity for me in many ways. Rich was friendly and totally prepared with the tons of paperwork for the lease. This was my first BRAND NEW car that I bought, and I want to thank Kyle for making it an exceptional experience. He was very nice and personable, and the way he used small talk, also made me feel like he was more of neighbor than a salesman. He is new to the dealership, but I thought he did a great job! MY family has been using their dealership auto body services for at least the last 15 years or so...and I have been for the last 4-5 years by learning the hard way that other places took advantage of me, and the people at Robin Ford are very professional and honest, and will not do anything without your consent and knowledge of why something needs to be or may need to be replaced in the near future. I bought a new 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback, and I couldn't be more happy! Kyle also had Mickey Sullivan help with the technical things, such as the syncing my phone to the car, and some other details and features and was very knowledgeable himself and answered any questions I had without skipping a beat, and I will be a lifetime customer for sure, I wont go anywhere else, and they are located in my home town which is more than convenient.

I visited Robin Ford on an exploratory mission in response to a flyer in the mail showing an increase of 120 % on average Blue Book value.I already owned a 2013 Ford Escape S. I liked it, but was interested in the further benifits of a 2014 Escape SE. The sales person that greeted me and assisted in my endeavor, was Rich Small. He was very essential in the enlightening of me to the bennefits that the Escape SE provided.We then got into the issue of the spread of my trade value to the balance of cost for the Escape SE. I was not keen on filling the monetary gap,even though the 120% on Blue Book value was provided. Rich Small was very patient and spent many reviews with Robin Fords financial people. They then reverted to a lease approach which I found attractive. After spending approximately 5 hours with Rich, we concluded a deal.It would not have happened without Rich Small`s pleasant attitude and anxious to please mentallity. Dave Adler and Jim Suydam allowed me to trade in my '14 escape for a 'focus se which I am much happier with. Escape was a great vehicle, just too big for me to handle. I drove off the lot the same day with a '14 ruby red focus which I love. And this time I'm leasing instead of buying. Never having done anything like this before these gentlemen who worked with me when buying the escape made it a great experience once again. Robin Ford rocks and I will refer my friends to them and tell them about my wonderful experience there. I will be returning in 39 months and am sure I will find the same great customer service. I was in the market for a used Ford Explorer and Robin Ford was one of a few dealerships that had the specific color and miles I wanted..After one impersonal, typically slick experience with another dealer I went over to Robin in a snow storm. Right from the get go it was a no hassle, no pressure experience. I had the pleasure to work with Rich Small on my test Drive and vehicle inspection in a very cold, wet snowy day and he was nothing but pleasant and patient. The car was what I wanted and Rich and I made a deal that could not have been any easier. So for being my first experience with Robin Ford I can only give them top reviews. Customer service, car inventory and working for the best deal for the customer..all top notch.

I went to Robin Ford to get a trade in value for my truck since that was the dealership I bought my vehicle at and had a good experience then and expected the same. As soon as I walked in they were very welcoming and high spirit with all smiles. I told them the reason I was there and they jumped right in to help me get a value of my trade in and patient with me while I made a decision on my next vehicle I would like to drive away in. When we sat at the desk going through paperwork they worked with the budget that I have and gave me a great price for the car I chose. All around the team at Robin Ford are all down to earth nice people who are very helpful. What you normally find at a dealership are pushy salesmen, but here is just a good experience all around and I recommmend this dealership with it's team to everyone who is in the market.

He worked hard to find a selection of vehicles that met my needs, and he never exerted pressure to purchase a particular vehicle. Finishing up the sale with Jim was also very comfortable. Our first encounter with this dealership was very impressive. Initially we came in with a promotion mailing and were greeted by Teezo, then Yasir, then Taylor who were assigned from New York for the promotion. Gradually we met with Sales Associates, Leo and Jim. What started out to be just looking and possibly a test drive, turned into a very successful sales/trade-in transaction. Everyone was very accommodating. At first we were given the options of either 1.9% for 72 months with rebates...or...0% financing for 60 months with no rebates. We chose the 1.9% option. But when the paperwork was conducted, there seemed to not have any 1.9% financing availability. We were a little discouraged as to why it was presented and then not available, but Jim shopped around and found a 2.59% for 72 months. We decided to accept the percentage and purchase our truck. Leo and Jim were very helpful in explaining the functions of the truck and the paperwork. We were also very happy to meet Harry the owner of Robin Ford.

I'll be the first one to tell ya, I'm not the easyest person to sale anything too. But, i've been coming to Robin ford for my last 4 cars,I've bought used, New and leased the last two times. I stopped one day and talked to Jim, then two weeks later Mickey called to see if I wanted to get out of my old lease. Jim Suydam and Mickey Sullivan went out of there way to get me what I didn't want.Let me explan, I came in to lease a SUV, but I didn't wanted to pay as much as I was currently paying so after going back and forth Mickey comes up with the idea to switch me to a Fusion. But, i wanted all the bells and whistles to go with it. Now we where back to paying to much because of the extra's and the color wasn't what I was looking for. As i was getting a sales pitch by a sales director Mickey surprized me and went out and up the stakes. Jim and Mickey found my color with leather seats that heat-up. just what I wanted. Thank you Jim and Mickey for your hard work and determination. I know I was rough on ya! But you got me! See you next time.

New car pricing has beaten the competition repeatedly. The financing set up each time was at better rates than I could obtain on my own. All delivered on time, as scheduled, in perfect shape.Service is high quality, and very easy to schedule. The vehicles needed little more than routine maintenance, but on those occasions needing special work, it was done well. The vehicles were returned to me clean, with evidence of having been protected while serviced.Ben Snyder is my connection to purchasing and servicing my Fords. I have recommended Ben, and Robin Ford, to my family and to many friends.

My husband and I were called by Mickey Sullivan about early termination of our Ford Edge Lease and if interrested in doing so to please come into Robin Ford and see Mickey for terms and conditions. My husband Robert and I went into Robin Ford today to see the 2014 selections available and met with Mickey and talked about the selection available. We proceded to look in the lot of 2014 cars and did come across one car that we were interested in and a possible second one if first was not ideal. We went back into the show room and sat down with Mickey and told him which cars we would like to have quotes on and he said he would get the information on them, right away. While waiting for the quotes I stopped in the service center and said hello to the service person who we aways deal with Sean Cantwell. I let him know that we were trading in our car for another one and he came out to see my husband and say hello and he was looking forward to seeing our new vehicle. Mean while, Mickey came to us with the quotes we had asked for very quickly. My husband and I asked questions about different things covered under both quotes, got the answers and were able to select which vehicle we wanted. Mickey was very helpful giving us all the information we needed to go ahead and select the vehicle and start all the paper work. We next went with the Finance Manger, Jim Suydam. He went over all the paper work with us and was able to answer any questions we had. We signed all the paper work, Jim gave us copies of everything and we were on our way in our new Ford Escape. We would like to thank everyone at Robin Ford for a pleasant experience as always. We would highly recommend Robin Ford to anyone in need of a "no pressure" experience at a car dealership.

We arrived late in the day less than an hour before closing. We had made an earlier appointment but were delayed and called to let them know we were coming later. The car was waiting for us under the lights sow we could see it. The salesman noticed our arrival and came out to greet us practically before we got out of our car. He immediately got in the car so we could take it for a test drive. He was friendly and not at all put off by how late we arrived. After the test drive, he showed us a significantly lower than the list price and patiently answered all our questions. He knew our payment needs and met them. He didn't try to walk us through a higher price. He and two other sales personnel and a service technician stayed way over an hour after closing to ensure all our needs were met. They never once stared at a clock or seemed impatient with us. The warranty salesperson actually recommended a lower priced option than the one we were looking to purchase because he said we didn't need the higher priced option. They made sure all our questions were answered and were professional, courteous and patient. We had been to other dealers while looking and Robin Ford was by far the best experience we had. We left there feeling like they really cared about our business even though we were only buying a used car. it is the MOST customer service friendly dealer we have ever dealt with.

I went to lease a new car after the lease on my Ford Focus was up. The salesman made the experience easy as one, two, three. He explained all of my options as far as lease vs. purchase. Of course the bottom line was cost. I feel I got a very good deal. On the day I was leasing my new Ford Fusion was a very busy day as they were running a sales event. At no time did I feel rushed to make a decision. On a side note. I had selected the car. The lot attendant was washing and fueling the car up. And was involved in an accident with the car.(fortunately it was minor and no one was hurt.) The salesman Ron quick found another Fusion on the lot for me. After all I didn't want the one with damage. He took the time to take me for another test drive. This car was actually a more optioned model. Then he did his best to get this car for me at the same price point. I would think it's safe to say they worked a little harder to make this a good day for me.

We have been dealing with this dealership for 15 years and the sales and service departments have been great. Other dealers may say them give you the best deals and service but they fall short on delivering. Dealing with Mickey Sullivan and Jim Suydam made this leasing experience very pleasant and affordable. Mickey showed us several Edges that were reasonably priced and had the equipment we wanted. Jim made the financing happen and we were very happy with it. So we returned our 2010 Edge and got a new 2013 Edge that has a lot of bells and whistles, for my son. We were on a specific budget and certain aspects that we were looking for in a new car ( 4 wheel drive, leather seats). When my wife and I arrived at Robin Ford dealership we were greeted by Ron Sierchio, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all the Ford products.I was originally interested in buying a new Ford Taurus, as we were walking out to look at the new 2013 cars Ron mentioned that they had a used 2013 Taurus Ltd. that had just been prepped to be put out on a lot . The car was loaded with extras and there was quite a substantial savings over buying a new car. Ron was very patient and took the time to explain and set up all the new high-tech gadgets that came on this car. He also took me into the service department and introduced me to the service manager, everyone I talk to was very friendly and helpful with my transaction.We ended up buying the used 2013 Taurus Ltd. and you can't tell the difference between this car and a new one. I visited Robin Ford because I was referred to the dealership because of a particular salesman, Mickey Sullivan. I was not disappointed. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me select my purchase of a Ford Focus. My original thought to purchase a used car made no sense since I was already trying to get out of a gas guzzler. He explained the benefits of a new car purchase and now I don't have to be concerned about expenses of driving an unreliable vehicle. The money saved in gasoline purchases will assist in making my car payment, which he made sure was affordable. Thank You, Mickey for your knowledge, patience, and kindness in what is usually a very stressful time. I never felt pressured or stressed out during my visit to your dealership. I will not hesitate to recommend Mickey Sullivan to friends and family for car purchases. He is a very valuable employee to Robin Ford.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I came in & told Ron & Jim what I was looking for & that I had to max out at a specific price and not a penny over as my wife & I were on an extremely tight budget. They showed me every possible scenario, some lower than my desired price, some right up to my price, but they didn't try to coax me into "spending a few more dollars" per month like every other dealership that I tried to deal with over the years. I went to Robin Ford a half hour before they closed, with a chance that I was getting a car, and the dealer, Mickey Sullivan, stayed as long as it took to work out getting a car. I just graduated a Month ago from college and he worked really hard to make sure I was going home with the car I wanted and for the price I could afford!! I am so happy!!

I don't even know where to begin. This is the 4 vehicle that a family member has bought from Robin Ford. We love the atmosphere. I work night work and had to be out of the dealership by a certain time. Scott Blum and the rest of the team took care of all our needs did exactly what I asked them (and let me tell you, we aren't easy customers). We got what we wanted for the price we wanted it and they explained everything in much detail. It was amazing the service we received.My daughter bought a car from Robin Ford on June 19 and we were so impressed with Mickey Sullivan that my wife and I went back on June 20th and wanted to buy another car for ourselves. He was not available so Scott Blum stepped in. My goodness he was just as wonderful as Mickey Sullivan and neither one of them were pushy. What a nice feature. Went looking for a used Dodge truck. So i went to Robin Ford in Glenolden, PA.I ended up buying a F150 STX.I never thought of buying a Ford at all. What a beauitful truck it is.My salesman was Eric Kane. A really informative and friendly salesperson.t was an easy purchase thru this dealership. My finance person was Jim Suydam,he made the selection of this truck very easy.I told them what i needed and they brought the truck to me..Yes it was that easy.. Wow...what can I say about these guys...in one word, awesome! The day I went on the lot, I was there to only look at what kind of vehicles they had, and I left the owner of a "new" used Ford Focus. I have to admit this was the first car I purchased on my own and I was terrified! I needed to make sure the car I bought was one I can see myself with in the future, where I wanted my life to go. And as if right on que, Ron told me about how reliable the focus was and economically smart the purchase was. His acute knowledge of cars and friendly personality won me over. When writing this review, I also must mention how wonderful Jim was with "making it happen". Jim was determine to help me leave with a car and a price I was comfortable with. As for Eric, he kept me laughing and comfortable while I waited, which I thought was great of him considering I wasn't his customer. I have purchased other cars from Robin Ford before because I like Fords and they are close to my house. First of all my sales associate was Mickey Sullivan and he could not be any more helpful. He was polite, informative, answered all my questions and told me anytime I am not sure of anything that I can't figure out to just come see him and he would help as soon as he could. I have never had a problem with this agency with sales or service. The showroom and bathroom are clean, tidy and attractive. I really enjoyed buying a car from Mickey he made this experience very calming and gave me the confidence I needed taking a brand new car on the road and nothing was too much trouble for him. I also want you to know that I gave my daughter from 2003 Escape because it is still a great SUV with low mileage. I am enjoying riding in this Escape and the new design is sleek. The electronics are new and I will learn as I go but I would not hesitate to go back and buy another car from Robin Ford.

I was actually recommended to Robin Ford last year buy a private seller who had an automobile for sale that my father was looking for specific wants and needs. The private seller explained that is where he purchased his vehicle and recommended we go there(I have never had anyone selling anything point me in another direction to purchase a product such as vehicle). Ron was my fathers salesperson and and was great! Got everything he wanted and more and a incredible deal. I had been researching vehicles for the last 2 months and finally narrowed it down to the vehicle wanted. I had visited about 8 dealerships, amongst many phone calls to others looking for my vehicle. I saved Robin Ford for last. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour with my new car. My Salesperson Ron Sierchio and sales manager Jim Suydam were incredible. I very recently purchased a lightly used 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I feel like I got a pretty good deal and working with Ron was a rare pleasure. I drove from Robin to Jeep and had the vehicle serviced by Jeep to include an alignment and wheel balance. The wheel balance showed that one of the front wheels had been badly bent as the wheel is "out of round," not a cosmetic bend in the rim, but a badly bent wheel that wobbles and was moved to the rear during the rotation. I brought this to Ron's attention, Ron in turn spoke with the manager, and the manager stated that Robin would pay for replacement of the wheel only if the vehicle failed NJ inspection due to the wheel. I informed Ron that NJ does not inspect for safety anymore, only emissions. If Robin would have paid to replace the $260 wheel on the $24,500 vehicle that I purchased, my experience would rate as the best all around car buying experience of my life. Even though Robin would not pay to replace the bent wheel, the experience was still pretty good. I feel like I got a good deal, and I really enjoyed working with Ron.

I bought a brand new car from Robin Ford and Eric Kane was my sales employee. I was very happy from the start. He listened to what I was looking for in a new car, asked some simple questions and took me out into the lot to show me exactly the type of car that I was looking for. He knew the answers to the questions I've had about the cars I was looking at. Most important is that I felt comfortable and didn't feel like I was being pushed into a deal. That can be the worst aspect of buying a new car. The negotiations went very well. Eric was extremely professional, curteous and, efficient during the closing process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and down the line I know where to go back to.

We contacted 5-7 dealers for quotes on a new Ford C-Max. Scott with Robin Ford responded to our inquiry right away, whereas other dealers we had to wait to find out their best offer. Scott gave us the best deal and we could not pass it up. We came out and even though we had already test driven the car at another dealership and were decided on buying the car, he insisted that we test drive that particular one before purchasing. After we purchased the car he stayed late to help us through all of the various features before we took off. He ended up staying about 1.5 hours after the dealership's closing hours with us. The manager Jim was also friendly and helpful to speeding the process.

Have purchashed a few vehicles for my family from Robin Ford during the past 20 years..I am satisfied with their sales dept., but the excellence in their Service Dept is beyond what I expected......Steve Lamonaca , and Sean Cantwell have worked with me especially after my warranty expired on my vehicle....Sorry to say my vehicle has had many a problems, but each time it was fixed with understanding and compassion...These guys sit and listen time after time to all the the car problems , plus our own, as we vent to them....This takes patience...I would recommend this service dept to all my friends , and no place else...They even have a courtesy vehicle to take you home an pick you up , when you have to leave it overnite....NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!!!!!! I stopped the dealership for a part for my vehicle that i was working on. i was not sure exactly what i needed. i talked to bill duffy about what i was trying to replace on the vehicle and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about what i needed to replace the part and he even helped me out on what i needed to do when replacing it. it was a great experience and in the future i will definiatly go back there for anything i will need for my vehicle or any service work that i may need in the future.

I have dealt with Robin Ford for both a new car purchase and all service/maintenance on my vehicles for about 10 years now. Having used other service departments previously, I was not happy with the time it took to deliver services or the overpricing in several instances. My last repair at one of the other shops was when the price was so exorbitant on a minor repair that I had them put the tires back on and drove it to Robin Ford for the first time based on a friends recommendation. The service at Robin Ford has always met the timeframe that they've promised me and the prices have been reasonable for the services I've required. I've primarily dealt with Steve Lamonaca, and he's been pleasant and courteous each time and most importantly honest on what I really need serviced. I used to dread servicing my vehicles because I'm not very automotively inclined and I previously felt overcharge, but with Robin Ford and Steve Lamonaca I feel confident when service is needed. Not only do I go there, but my whole family uses this dealship now and we'd recommend it to everyone not happy with their current level of service at another place.

I was in need of service. I was greeted pleasantly by everyone I came in contact with including the Sales and Parts Depts. I talked to almost everyone in the store while waiting for the srvice dept. to finish with the repairs to my vehicle. When the work was completed, the Service Manager "Thanked" me for being a loyal customer.I needed some parts, so I visited the parts dept. - very friendly and professional. Next I inquired about a new vehicle and wound up talking to a few sales people, including the Manager, all courteous & professional. I was quoted a great deal, but the service I had done was extensive, so I'll have to wait for a short time to consider a new vehicle - but it will be with Robin Ford.Great Place to do business.

If he does not have the part in stock, he gets it quickly. Often, the same day. I've witnessed him making calls on my behalf and it appears he has a goto person each time I need something. I was looking to buy a new car for both me and my wife. I came in on a Saturday to look at a new Hybrid Fusion and a new Edge. Their sales staff was very friendly, offered us coffee and a danish, and made the entire test drive experience very relaxed and easy. Their prices were great, and we were very happy, but more importantly, they were honest about interest rates, rebates, etc., unlike two other Ford dealers we went to who tried to not give us all the rebates we were entitled to.We've been very happy with the new Ford products. Robin Ford's service department is above great! They always greet us with a smile and offer coffee, etc. when we come in for service. Steve is great and so are Jim and Ben. They truly are professionals and treat their customers with respect and class. Robin Ford is truly a great "Family Style" dealership. It's nice to always see the same faces when we come in. My wife and I have told everyone we know about our new cars and Robin Ford's great customer service. I give them a 10 out of 10 and will be buying from them again, along with my friends and family! As you can see, I can't say enough god things about them! A true needle in a haystack!

I went to robin ford to trade in my car and at first the sales rep seemed very nice but when it came time to sit down and talk about the value of my old car and the car I was looking at he disappeared. Instead of telling me they weren't interested they just walked around and made excusses and finally he told me I can leave and that they would call me later if and my loan got approved. If that wasn't bad enough while there my keys got locked in my car and the other sales rep broke my handled trying to get into the car but the company wouldn't fix claiming that he was just trying to be helpful. Warning to all car buyers don't shop at Robin Ford

Went to Robin Ford to have my daughter car sevices... had the Works Oil change Filter etc... Cost came to $45.00 not bad at all I thought... I received a call from the service manager stating that the airfilter needs to be replaced and fuel filter also..The cost for the airfilter replacement would be $40.00 So I said no to that And I would be able to change the filter myself.... So went to store and pick up airfilter for $9.00 and came home to install the new filter... As I was walking around the car I had noticed that the tires were not rotated and also the airfilter they said that needed to be replaced was brand new.... Now I have been dealing with this dealer for serval years now and never really had and problems with them... The reason I am mad now is that I paid for service which I did not receive. Also how do i know if any service was done at all to my car....
