Bought a vehicle from them and the process was very smooth. Realized the vehicle we bought had an existing issue after 2 days. Called our salesman James and he spoke to the service department for us. They fit us in quickly as I had to take a cross country trip in just a few days. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. Got my truck back at the promised time and had a great trip! I will definitely be doing business with them again.

I purchased my vehicle from Robinson Toyota remotely from another state. I dealt with Mark and Kim via phone and email. I took a virtual tour of my vehicle before purchasing. I would like to thank Mark and Kim for a wonderful and easy transaction. My purchase went very smoothly. Mark and Kim were both patient and very professional. Everything was explained clearly and my vehicle was exactly as described. They even dealt with my shipper when he arrived. Everything went great and my vehicle was delivered in excellent condition. My wife and I looked at vehicles online before coming to the business. We had been shopping for a mid size SUV with third row seating for about a month. The dealership had two vehicles we wanted to see and we contacted Carl Diffee to let him know of the two vehicles we were interested in and to arrange a time for us to come by. When we arrived both vehicles were pulled out side by side for us to check out. We test drove both and my wife (who is really picky) decided that she liked one of the vehicles, a used Nissan Pathfinder. We paid cash for the vehicle minus our trade (which they gave us a good value for) and got a great deal. Negotiations were easy and hassle free. Cash talks. Overall, the process was quick and easy. Would rate a 10/10. Thanks to Carl and the entire Robinson Toyota staff for a great car buying experience.

Just bought my second new car from Robinson Toyota. Customer service was excellent. Brian Shepherd was patient and helped me set up all the technology on my new Highlander. I can’t imagine driving anything other than a Toyota! Also, thanks to Kim on internet sales. She was a pleasure to work with as well!
