Having previously purchased a vehicle from Rochester Hills Chrysler Dodge, Ram Jeep, we decided to give them "1st Shot" at our next car purchase. We liked the looks of the Dodge Journey. We were referred to our salesman, Steve Muir, by a friend. Upon entering the dealership, and introducing our selves to Steve, we immediately felt at ease with him. His personal approach was one of "NO pressure". He promised that his only concern was being able to put us into the automobile that we were not only comfortable with physically, but financially too. We did purchase a Journey from Steve, and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the car, and the value for the money. We will happily recommend Steve and Rochester Chrysler to all of out friends and relatives!

We had an issue with our previous vehicle (under warrenty) that they did not fix, and in fact rather ignored. Once we were out of warrenty, the service manager then said...well it's not really something to worry about.

I walked in to the dealership and met a sales person, Steve Muir. He was so much more than a salesman. Steve was a true consultant. He helped me every step of the way to make a good decisions that suited me. I never felt pressured at all. Steve made the process of buying a car fun and easy as it should be. Took my car in for minor warranty work. Was advised brakes were 100% gone. Took to another mechanic and told 50% life remaining. Returned to dealership and 40-50% life was affirmed by service manager. Promised a reprimand for the mechanic and service tech and offered a "free oil change". I hardly think that is adequate compensation for lying to customers and the possibility that I would have paid $550 for an unnecessary repair. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CARE HERE.

I have spent many years in Customer Service and Sales so I expect good service and at Rochester Hills Chrysler I found it. Working with David Kirchhoff the process of discussing my choices and selecting the right car is a real pleasure and very refreshing. My options wishlist is not typical and David takes the time to listen to me and work with me to ensure I am entirely happy with my purchase. In addition to which, he has followed up on each of my three purchases and when necessary worked with me to answer all my question. I have also found working with the Service Manager very easy.

Boought a great used minivan from salesman Ryan Hosko. He was very helpful and honest. I looked at so many cars that when I finally chose the one I purchased, I forgot to try to get a little lower price... But, Ryan had already discounted it all he could without me asking. Even more, he had the car checked out in the garage prior to me taking delivery and found it needed tires and brakes - which he had fixed for free! There were many times the dealership could have taken advantage of things, but never did. Great experience. I will buy all my cars from them in the future.

I typically dread going to the dealership because based upon past experiences it's hard to find one you can trust. When looking for a new car, I stopped at several local dealerships and found myself in the same situation. That was until I stopped in at Rochester Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! In addition to leasing a new vehicle I had to have repairs made on my current vehicle. My experience with both the Sales and Service professionals was outstanding! These guys are Top Notch from top to bottom! No broken promises or misleading advertisements. They say "We won't be undersold!" and Rochester Hills delivers. I could easily go to several dealerships that are closer to my house, but I won't! I appreciate the experience I had at Rochester Hills and will go there for all my service and new car needs. I recommend you do the same as well. Just walk in the doors and you'll feel the difference!

New car purchase was probably the most pleasant experience I have had in all my years of buying new and used vehicles. Kathy Ashton(sales mgr) was absolutely fabulous, forthright and truly cared about my satisfaction as a customer. During a reception for new car buyers, the service personnel gave honest answers to penetrating questions, particularly when asked about service for older vehicles, i.e., should I get a transmission flush on a 1992 van with 99,000 miles on it. Answer: problably not a good idea, as you would stir up the slush, etc. Good customer care vs potential service income. I'll be back..

Once I made my decision to purchase an exciting Redline Pearl RT/AWD 2011 Charger, my sales mission began. Following discouraging experiences from other local dealerships I stepped into Rochester CDJR, my final stop. I received a big smile and warm welcome at first sight from my sales rep. My rep was very friendly and eager to work out the deal that I was looking for to please both my budget and locate for me, the exact vehicle of choice. Without hesitation he promised to locate my first choice car color to include all of my preferred options. There was never any pressure of working out a "deal" from a car stocked on site, a second or third choice for me. We worked through numbers for both lease/purchase options and by far, the final numbers were surprisingly favorable from any other dealership that I had visited. One week later I was picking up my exciting new vehicle, delivery went slower than we anticipated due to several variables but Lincoln, my sales rep provided great customer service right up until I drove away. My experience such far with Rochester CDJR dealership has been very satisfying. I have high expectations for quality customer service from their service department as well, time will tell. I was impressed on the knowledge, concern and swiftness of Kim Marshall who works in new car sales. Her patience to work and explain with me in every detail of my purchase and also coming In on her day off to close my purchase by allowing me to pick-up my truck, spoke volumes to me, proving that she sacrificed personal time, for my schedule and needs. The finance team disclosed everything in detail notably. The building and property Is clean and well maintained, and the team work from moving vehicles around and answering questions wasn't anywhere close to being selfish to "make a sale".
