I had the best car buying experience here! As a young woman and first time buyer I was very nervous about buying a car on my own but Ramon and Vicktor made me feel comfortable and explained everything very well. They worked very hard to find me the car that I wanted and within my budget. I'm so happy with my new car, I definitely recommend them for your used car buying needs!

I could not be more impressed with Ramon and Vicktor at Rock Auto. I spoke with Ramon on the phone letting him know what I was looking for and he spent a lot if time finding me the perfect vehicle and securing the financing all before I had ever arrived on the lot. I got a vehicle I love and there was full transparency on any issues the vehicle had which were minor cosmetic issues. I met Vicktor on the phone letting me know my plates were in and as I live quite a distance away and have a hectic work schedule, once again they stepped right up to accommodate me. I would recommend this dealership and the wonderful staff to anyone in the market for a good vehicle from a reputable dealer. Thank you both for everything.

okay you guy's I might have been a little hard on this guy in the first review. he did try to get the sunroof fix. his auto repair guy couldn't fix it. seem's like an okay guy. want let me take down the first review. so i'm posting this update. sorry I was so hard on you guy's.

He sales cars that have major issues. I just spent 1,300 on a catalytic converter. 600 on a oil pressure unit. 80 on an eliminate. 200 on 2 front tires. Which he flasley accused me of burning out 2 front tires to my fiance He promised me to fix my AC unit that he said he would fix on paper and signed. I have copies of and he still hasn't done it. He has an attitude problem. I would never suggest anyone to buy from him. He is a joke.
