So went there for oil change service on my F-150. As I waited a service rep approached me and said my lug nuts needed to be replaced. Trusting as I am, I told her to go ahead. Some $70+. Not 3 minutes later another rep approached the woman sitting next to me. Almost verbatim the rep told the woman that her lug nuts needed replacement. Hers were more expensive. She smartly declined. I felt somewhat taken advantage of. I'll never go back.

I have a 2016 Ford escort. Apparently the five-year power train warranty expired in March of this year 2021. I have 56,000 miles on the car toward the 60,000 mile powertrain warranty limit. My transmission went out. They won’t help me at all because of the March purchase date even though I bought it used. Just be aware there is no flexibility. I have been a Ford or Hyundai purchaser from them for about 40 years here in Rockford but this will be my last trip for a Ford . In response to the owners, and I did reach out to mark the service manager and he is trying to help.

Came in for a tranny flush and waited almost 2 hrs for them to have done nothing. Piss poor service and a waste of time also they wanted 210$ for some tranny fluid. Ridiculous
