I was able to make an easy convenient appointment. On arrival my vehicle was accepted right away. My car was checked and I was contacted for approval of the work in a very timely manner. There was no pressure to approve anything I didn’t want done. When my vehicle was done I was notified and picked up from my home which was a real plus plus for me. Anthony was very helpful and courteous. Thanks Rockville GMC keep up the good work.

The staff was very accommodating, my car had more to be fixed than I knew. Lou made sure I knew what was going on and when he realized I would have to leave my car he got me a loaner. The mechanic ( name unknown) fixed my car in record time, 5he ride is much improved. The overall experience was very good. Thank you caring

Super easy and very pleasant lease process of a New 2021 GMC Terrain. Dealt with sales rep Drew Carnival and Craig in the finance department. The price was great, and there was no need to haggle over and over . Too many dealerships tell you “if you sign right now....”. NOT at Rockville Centre GMC. There was no pressure. They gave me the right price the first time and would have honored it If I chose to wait a few days to think it over. Super honest ! Will definitely lease or buy at this dealership again!!!

Everyone professional yet very friendly. Lou very nice cheerful...first call for appointment to the end of the service.. Didn't catch the other gentleman's name at desk ..but also very nice an cheerful.. An the young lady..when calling day before with question..usually I get names..but she also very nice..Think will be by again for inspections an service.Keep up the great Interaction..in these times we need it.. Did tip all..sorry didn't get to meet the individual that did the work.. Be safe an well all...

I have leased before but Melissa made my experience seamless and stress free. I love my new truck and could not have asked for a better person to help me out. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I am beyond thankful for my experience at RVC GMC - everyone was great even when I came to look at the truck several times.

Mike was amazing to deal with. He worked with my brother previously who leased a car a few months back so i knew he was good. he was a good salesman. he was NOT aggressive meaning calling me every day like most car salesman do. I had a price point i wanted to stick with and also features i needed in my truck. He was able to get me in a truck that my wife loves and all features on her check list. he was a pleasure to work with.

The service department at Rockville Centre GMC is quite accommodating. Each time I schedule an appointment, the service advisors work diligently to find a convenient time for me. Although I cannot name them, all technicians seem pleasant and skilled. My vehicle is efficiently serviced and returned without damage. During a recent appointment for general maintenance, I pointed out a factory defect in the paint. Victor and Ken examined the affected body panels before consulting the technicians. Relying on past experiences with other dealerships (not just GM), I expected we might disagree on the best remedy. Without prompting, Victor scheduled a proper repair and provided a loaner car for the duration. Exceptional service, indeed!

My wife and I found ourselves looking to get out of a leased vehicle more than one year early to accommodate our growing family. This is the third Acadia I have leased from RVC GMC and Seth Cooper has been my salesman all three times. He is competent, knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make leasing a pleasant experience. This place is great. I dealt with Tim Hardway, who is the internet sales manager. He was very professional and honest. No xxxxxxxx no games. He quoted me a price by email for the truck I wanted to buy. I met with him and I bought the truck the same day. He never tried to sell me anything extra. When I sat down with him he never tried to pressure me or trick me into buying the truck. All the numbers and paperwork were correct, unlike Penn Toyota that sucked. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone. If you are looking for a GMC do yourself a favor and call these guys.

WOW in a bad way!!So I called this place to see if they can offer the same deal as another GMC dealer!!Yes he said!!I arrive at the dealer and its 90 degree out, I'm told by one of the sales that my salesman will be with me shortly.....After an hour and a half and several complaints my salesman comes to great us!! By this time my daughter is a screaming wreck!! My wife is pissed off and he starts with the small talk!!I just wanted to get in and out and on my way!! So the deal advertised was the deal that I wanted 39 month 12k miles per year!! He says sign here, here, here and here and you'll be outta here!! So I did!!I get home and check the paperwork and he pulled a fast one and only gave me 10k miles per year which mean I'm going to owe money on the return of my lease!!Service!!That's another joke! No car wash waiting room is a closet with a T.VGo to SUN GMC its worlds apart!!

After walking out of another dealership after two visit due to the attitude and games being play I went to Morrissey Gmc looking for a used vehicle. I Met with a salesman named James who answered my questions and was never pushy. After a short visit that day due to lack of time on my part,I returned a couple of days later to test drive the vehicle. James had car ready and waiting, it had been buried in the back of the lot. During the negotiations I ever felt put on the spot as I did in the previous dealership. James was very understanding and willing to work with me and answer my questions during the whole process. The whole buying process was a pleasure and would recommend this dealership and return to Morrissey in the future. After the nightmare experience I had at the previous dealership Morrisey was a welcome change. No pushy people no dealing with a "manager" trying to squeeze more money out of you. Thank You James for the pleasant car buying experience you are an asset to Morrissey Gmc.

Let me start off by saying I was trading in a vehicle I purchased from another dealership approximately 3 years ago. I wanted to be loyal to the other dealership and reached out to them several weeks ago with exactly what I was looking for. The other dealership was extremely pushy, trying to sell me vehicles with less options than I wanted for high prices. So I went on a search, contacted several other dealerships, one of them Morrissey GMC. Tim Hardway responded. I told him what I was looking for, he asked me if any of the options were deal-breakers and when I said yes, he said right off the bat that he didn't have anything but that he'd keep me in mind. Well, the other day I decided I was interested in one of the vehicles on their lot despite a missing option, stopped in to take a look. Discussed some terms. Left and chatted w/my wife and decided we were going to take it. Called Tim back and had a deal later that same day. Everything was smooth, from discussions with Tim to the financing with Al. Picked up the Yukon Denali XL the following day.

The best buying experience ever! Knowlegeable, professional, and courtious. Made me comfortable to ask any questions I had, I was never rushed. Everything was laid out in detail, and I picked up my new Yukon Denali on time. They have me, and my large family and their friends, as future customers as well. I cannot praise them enough. I traveled from Queens to Rockville Centre on a friend's recomendation and I'm so glad I did. Was only 15 miles. I'll be bringing my truck there for service as well.

I would recommend this dealership to my family - found the people working there to be knowledgeable and nice. I had a lot of questions and I felt comfortable asking all of them. Most of all, their pricing was much better than the other 3 places I went before I stopped here. Glad I stopped it.

Unreliable and untrustworthy. Don't waste the trip. I visited 4 dealerships in the Long Island area and this one didn't come close to the other three in terms of the friendliness of the staff and competitiveness of the pricing. I only made the trip because of some competitively priced newspaper ads. In the end, the ads and the reality were different.

First their sales person lured me in promising a remarkable deal with only "tax and DMV up front." I showed up to found that a "bank fee" and "first month payment" was included, without ever a word being said to me, on the deal sheet. I did the deal anyway, but complained about the fact that $1200+ fees were snuck into the deal sheet. The dealership then cancelled the deal knowing my wife and 3 kids needed to replace a car coming off lease in days, leaving me scrambling to find a new auto with little time. I'd never go to this dealership, and if you do, never believe a word they say, check everything twice!

What a GREAT experience! My salesman Tim Hardway was absolutely fantastic. Professional, respectful and knowledgeable all qualities that I had failed to encounter in recent visits to many other dealerships. The fact that I drove 30 miles from my home to this dealership should speak volumes about the high level of service given.
