First the good, the people are really nice and they had the exact cad I was looking for and gave me a pretty good amount for my trade in. Now, the bad. I went to get my first oil change not eve. A month after buying it and was informed that they dealership did not change any of the filters. I took it back they changed the filters fine cool. But I also had an issue with the wheel popping when I turned and a roaring noise in the back. I took it to them and they basically said everything was fine. I took it to Hyundai where I have a factory warranty. They took a look and had to replace a baron and they also have to replace my ENTIRE STEERING COLUMN. If I would have just went off of what they said I would have been screwed all bc they were careless.

I went online found the vehicle that I liked. I was immediately contacted by the dealership. I made an appointment. Walked in met with a very knowledgeable salesman - Jasper. The vehicle I was looking at was not the type of vehicle I needed. He got me the vehicle I needed at a wonderful price made sure it was serviced and I was on my way in record time. Best dealership in Rocky Mount. I know because I went to others and I was met by no one. I went through their entire lot and no one asked me if they could help. I went on line - their prices were ridiculous. Rocky Mount Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat is affordable and fair.

The car buying experience there was haggle-free, and very fast. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable and friendly, and receptive to all of my concerns. The sales and general manager made a commitment to making a very fair deal with me on the vehicle of my choice, and they didn't disappoint. From the time I first appeared at the dealership to the time I took home my purchase was very fast. I was thoroughly impressed. The business is only as good as the people, and this staff is awesome.

I currently have a 2006 Chrysler 300 and it has been a good car, but was starting to wear out. I decided to look for a newer Chrysler came into Rocky Mount Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram in search of a vehicle. I wanted to do a trade in to get a better car. I met with Barry Menta and he took my information on what I was looking for and said he would contact me when something came in. About 2 weeks later I got a text from Barry saying they had a beautiful 2015 Chrysler 300, He said that it was what I was looking for and they had just lowered the price. My wife and I went to see Barry and the car. It was perfect. We went on a test drive and negotiated a price for my trade and financing that we both could live with. Barry introduced us to Tony Bowling who had the paperwork ready, he explained everything and we were out the door. Needless to say we are thrilled with Barry and .Rocky Mount Chrysler, I would recommend them for your auto needs

So I came in today in search of a vehicle.i wanted to do a trade in to get a better car. They took my information and even tho i knew i had bad credit they gave me the run around and said we will call you on monday. I would rather for people to be upfront instead of saying we will get back to you. Just be upfront with customers. I would have put a down payment down but i dont know think i want to do business if they cant be honest

They were way overpriced as is most dealerships with used Jeep Wranglers and to beat all the % for loans is unbelivable.
