The sales people were very low pressure and allowed me to take the vehicle for a test drive by myself. I had it for 45 minutes to put it through its paces. I did find a few minor issues with the car which they promised to fix. I decided to buy the car and picked it up a few days later. Every issue was fixed and the car was all cleaned up. Would definitely keep them in mind next time I buy a car.

Was looking for a low mileage Volkswagen car for a good price and came across Rocky Ridge Auto. The following weekend we immediately stopped in and test drove the one I was interested in. Within a few hours I was purchasing the vehicle! There were a few scratches on the car which we reported to the salesman and it was immediately taken into the shop to be touched up. They did a good job of getting most of them off. They also included a free oil change. However, we were unable to haggle down the price of the car which was upsetting.

We bought my wife's dream car, 2005 Mustang, it was in excellent condition with very low miles. I found the car on cars.com and made the 90 minute trip from Aberdeen, MD to look at it. And it looked just as good in person as it did on the website. Since we live in MD we had to get the car MD state inspected. As soon as we bought it I took it to my local Ford dealer for the state inspection. It passed with flying colors and my service manager said it was in excellent condition. Travis was great to work with and he was able to get us better financing then we were able to get on our own. Great job Travis!! If we are ever in the market for another quality used car we will certainly check out Rocky Ridge again. It was well worth the 90 minute drive for a great car in great condition for a GREAT price.

Well as a person of Indian (South Asian) origin, I personally don't believe in buying a used car. With the horror stories that I had heard from my friends and relatives, about their used car buying experience, I always had a fear in my mind, that all used car dealers are crooks and thugs. So when I saw this beautiful Acura MDX, I was in two minds, whether should I go to this dealership or not. After going thru the positive reviews about this dealership on Cars.com, decided to give a chance. Me and my wife just wanted to go at the dealership and check the car. We were not sure, whether we will buy it or not. So I called the dealership and told them that I am traveling on this date to see this particular car. When I reached there, they had made it sure that the car was ready, washed and meticulously cleaned. Which was really impressive. The staff and owner of the dealership are knowledgeable and polite. During my visit, at no time I felt like I am at the car dealership. There was no sales speech or pressure to buy the car. When we finalized buying the car, the owner Jeremiah himself told me that there is a small dent at the top left side of the car. He told me that he will take care of that , and only on fixing that I could take the car. This was again really impressive. In other dealerships, they tried to hide the bad things, but at this dealership it was otherwise. Now I am happily driving my MDX for last four months with no issue. Also when I reached the dealership, I found that all the used car on sale were in extremely good condition. As I had take test rides in couple of them for my wife's would be car. I will definitely buy, my next car from them. Also would like to tell specially Indians (South East Asians), that if you are in search for a quality used car, at better price, then least once, give a try to this dealership. The trip to dealership will be worth every penny spent.

Travis and Jeremy were great! Travis really listened to my needs unlike other dealerships I visited before, and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. We had very specific needs. We wanted a minivan that could fit 6 children all in carseats, have a DVD player, low milage, and stay under our budget. He wasn't pushy and respected the price range we were looking at. There were a few snags on our end with the vehicle we were trading in, but both Travis and Jeremy went above and beyond to close the sale on the day we wanted. We drove an hour to their location because they had the best prices around and best reviews. You will not be disappointed when you buy from them! I highly recommend taking the drive even if you feel its too far.

Rocky Ridge has always provided fast and reliable service when it comes to maintenance on my vehicles and even more recently, beat out competitors when it came to tire prices. For me, their location is great because it's right down the road from home. I truly appreciate how easy it is to do business with them.

I recently bought a car from Rocky Ridge, which I am thrilled with, and I felt that the whole experience was a very good. They do not jerk you around, they have an already low price on all of their vehicles, and make it their goal to work something out for you. There was an issue with an ignition switch in the car, and when we called up to see if they could fix it for us, they did it right away and at no cost to me. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them and recommend anyone else looking for a new car to go there.

A decent experience. They basically let me take the car out on my own for a test drive. Which I like. The car itself was OK. Ran great but not a clean interior. Stained and a little beat up. I was willing to look past that. Ultimately we could not come to an agreement on the price. (Their car and my trade.) I was actually suprised because we were not that far apart and the car had been on thier lot for quite some time. I've not heard from them again so a no pressure kind of place. All in all not a terrible experience but I'm not sure I'd drive the hour it took to get me there again.

Came up from MD for the car I have been looking for about half a year , they made it simple and fast for all the issues of being out of state . Good group of guys no pressure sales. Only talked online with sales before seeing the cars it was true to the word. Highly recommend

We bought a used 2007 Pilot at Rocky Ridge in 2010. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had. The Pilot was priced below market value with low miles and in excellent condition. The dealer was straight forward with their "no-haggle" pricing. They price low right away so there are no games, no tricks, no gimmicks in the sales process. They also valued our trade-in fairly as opposed to other dealers we have worked with who value trade-ins very low - all the while telling you how low their sales prices are. Rocky Ridge doesn't play that game. They treat their customers with respect and have tons of integrity. Now, in the market for a minivan - we started our buying process by seeking out good bargains on our own and pursuing them with dealers only to find many uneducated, rude, and unclassy dealerships willing to compromise their character for a good sale. Exasperated we emailed Rocky Ridge, and received a phone call within ten minutes. Travis spent several minutes on the phone with me talking through our family's needs, advising us on our existing vehicle (sale/vs. trade in, taxes, etc.) and making me feel comfortable. A few days later, Travis check in again to let us know that he is actively looking for a minivan that is perfect for us. We are so thankful. We've closed the classifieds, stopped perusing the internet and are sitting back waiting for Rocky Ridge to do what they do best: find a great car, with low miles at a price we can afford. It's the most relaxing way to shop for a used car. Only regretting that we didn't contact them sooner this time around.

A relative from Ephrata told us of a dodge ram for sale at Rocky Ridge. It sounded like a great deal, fairly new, low mileage, good price. My son was very interested in looking at it. When I called to inquire about it, it had been sold. The salesman, Jeremy, immediately went to work finding a similar vehicle for him. They found a similar truck and a week later my son drove it off the lot. We are very pleased with the service we received.....we won't hesitate to go to Rocky Ridge when looking for another vehicle. Thanks, guys!!!!

It was so refreshing to come across Rocky Ridge Auto Sales in my three-month long search for a used minivan. They were pleasant, customer focused professionals who seem to actually have fun selling their cars and dealing with people. While this was only my second car purchase, I had educated myself on the exactly what I wanted. After finding a car on cars.com and reading Rocky Ridge's reviews, I called and spoke with Dave. Not only was Dave COMPLETELY up front explaining a blip on our vehicle's Auto Check report, he took the time to disassemble the vehicle AND send 5 more photos. Within 15 minutes! After a few more back and forth calls, done from 1-6 on a Friday, I was planning a trip to Ephrata to pick up my new vehicle the next day.As a former saleswoman myself I was aghast at the lack of professionalism and consideration I encountered during this process. I can say with confidence that Rocky Ridge Auto sales stood above all the dealers I interacted with in the South Jersey and Philadelphia area. Trustworthy, honest, and pleasant, seriously make the drive.

All of my family's cars have come from Rocky Ridge. They have often given me great choices, great service and of course a great up front price. I like the one price policy. I have also been using their service dept for years (unless I can't get in). I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ROCKY RIDGE AUTO! I've tried the rest but I'll stick with the BEST!

When I had finally decided which car I wanted to purchase, I contacted the only dealer of used cars who was willing to locate the exact car with my specific requirements desired, Rocky Ridge Auto Sales. They not only met my criteria, but surpassed it. I was looking for a 2011 car and they found a 2013 with everything that I wanted and still kept within my price range. They kept me updated with their progress and even had a few possibilities for me to look at through email communications. I always felt that they were honest and really wanted to help me find the right car. There was no pressure to make a sale and because there is a "no haggle" policy, I didn't have to try to play the "guess the price of the car" game. The purchase paperwork was done quickly and they were even able to give me a lower interest rate at my own Credit Union than I could have gotten. As a result, I am now driving my "new" car. I have already told my friends about Rocky Ridge and the fine staff there. When the time comes, I will go back for another car.

We live in Minnesota and found the Ford E350 15-Passenger Van with the rare sliding door feature that we were looking for at Rocky Ridge Auto Sales through a Cars.com search. Pricing was extremely competitive and haggle-free over the phone. We experienced a high confidence and trust level over the phone. So I flew out to Pennsylvania from Minnesota to purchase the van. My treatment at the dealership in person was just as it was on the phone: extremely courteous and professional and willing to work with me. Within an hour I was driving our new van back to Minnesota!

We bought a 2005 Yukon Denali XL in 2008. We love the vehicle! It took us on many trips to Florida and South Carolina. The vehicle is the best one we have ever owned. We are very pleased with the staff at Rocky Ridge for searching several months to find a vehicle in our price range with the accessorites that we had requested.
