Fantastic experience with Antonio! I went in with my mom who is in her 70s, looking for a nice preowned car. He was very helpful and never tried to sell her something she didn't want. A smooth, stress-free buying experience from start to finish.

I never write reviews, but we had such an exceptionally poor experience that I feel compelled to share in the interest of other out-of-state buyers. We’ve been communicating daily for two weeks with Antonio about a van that had yet to pass through service and inspection. Although there was great interest, we were the first to reach out and offered to put a deposit down multiple times to secure the sale. We were told placing a deposit before the car was formally approved for sale was not possible, but that we would have priority to purchase. Further, outside of the numerous calls, we were promised on multiple occasions via text to be notified as soon as the vehicle was ready. After two weeks and countless hours checking in daily with Antonio, we called the dealership directly only to find the vehicle had been sold the day prior. Out of state buyers beware. A simple, proactive phone call to explain the situation would have been appreciated, but instead we were ghosted by our salesperson. We put a ton of time and energy into this sale, and meanwhile lost an opportunity to act on another vehicle as we were promised this one at Roger Shifflet Ford. We are massively disappointed by the lack of responsibility, professionalism, and organization by the sales staff. I cannot recommend this dealership.

Dropped my truck off just after opening for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Made it back to the dealership roughly an hour before they closed and not a thing was done to the truck. 7+ hours is more than enough time in my opinion. Only reason I brought it in to get it done was to have a paper trail for resale value. Lost any faith I had in this dealership.

Basically they always send oil change coupons in the mail, which are a great deal and a few oil changes back when I told the lady I had a coupon she was quickly dismissive saying "yeah they always had that". And they've never asked me for the coupon beforehand so I stopped bringing them which hasn't been a problem until this past oil change where they just didn't apply it. Which yeah I should have caught before paying, but the guy I spoke to on the phone was very rude about it and basically called me a liar and said screw you, your problem. He tried saying the prices went up conviently that morning until I mentioned my brother just had his oil change that morning where they applied the coupon no problem without asking for it. My dad, my brother, and I have all bought cars from here, but screw us right? I don't suggest dealing with anyone here. Not the first time they've been rude to me.

I bought my car from ford dealership in shelby. I've had my car for a little over a year, my control arms was going bad. So my bumper to bumper warranty covers it. I took my car Tuesday to get it repaired.... all is well so far, notice my car keeps pulling to the right. So i go back Thursday. Told them what was going on we sat there for 2hours. Ok your car is ready.ok thank you have a great day. Well needless to say its still pulling to the right. So we turn around and go back i drive someone down the road he told me to switch sits let him drive, so he drive in the center of the road on the yellow line a said see its not pullin the road has a pitch. ( keep in mind my car is still pulling to the right) so i ask so u mean to tell me i have to drive in the middle of the road for my car not to pull? So we go back i told him he could explain that to my boyfriend. I guess they try to get over on females. He said ok he disappeared well i told my boyfriend what he said we get in the car and leave turn right back around went back to the dealership, Keith was helping in the beginning, so we go in and my boyfriend said e paid $100 y'all are going to fix this car so Scott Gragg jumps up and comes flying out the door like he's gonna do something starts running his mouth my boyfriend is not gonna let you run him over and he sure as hell ain't gonna let you get over on me. Well customer was right in this situation, instead of fast friendly service we get treated like crap, he cusses my boyfriend and calls the police on us and had papers taken out on us 30 years old i dont have time to be treated like a child all you had to was fix my car! You lost a good customer i dont recommend anyone to go there. You made out like we was stupid and didn't know what we was talking about....never been so disrespected. Scott Gragg your in the wrong line of business. I will be look for my refund in the mail!! There hasn't been a review since 2013 so lets see if this one stays on here!!!!

I have been seeking a specific used vehicle for a while now and have been given a BIG runaround by a LOT of my local area dealerships (Charlotte, NC). It had been a really terrible experience until I found Roger Shiflett Ford. The experience so far has been wonderful! No gimmicks. No hard sales. No pushy people or tactics. I felt truly at ease walking in there by myself (I'm a female) and never, ever got the runaround! They made me feel welcome and important and truly listened to me, unlike most other dealerships. The exterior of the business is just as fancy as other dealerships. The part I liked the most was the interior of the sales office. It's older. It's worn. It has character, but, most importantly, I can tell they invest their money back in their people and their customers, instead of trying to use some flashy, over-the-top office... it's good ol' boys doing good ol' business. My sales consultant, Jamie Wylie, has been there for 12 years! That's saying something! Most dealerships have tons of turnover. To me, if a dealership has staff longevity - it's doing something right. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I am VERY pleased with the experience and will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone! If you are tired of the runaround and pushy salespeople at other lots - come check this one out. You will be happy. :)
