Took my car in for an annual inspection and had great service! Although I was a “drop-off” appointment, Christine called very promptly and relayed what needed to be done for my car to pass inspection. I also want to give a special shout-out to Mike S. who went out of his way to assist me and let me get on my way very quickly. One thing to note: I did have to schedule my appointment 3.5 weeks in advance, which isn’t typical in my past experience. Will keep that in mind for the future!

When I call to make an appointment I don’t want to talk to a call center. I should not have wait a month to make an appointment for an oil change. I had to call a few times to get one sooner. I would like to talk to someone on site. When I drop off my in the morning I don’t want to wait 25 minutes to give someone my keys and sign the paperwork. There were only 2 people working and they were VERY slow. We are still in a global pandemic. There are signs all through Bloomfield about wear mask and NO staff member had a mask on. It’s very disappointing. In addition, only having until 4:45PM to pick up a car is hard for people who work until 4:30 or later. Much better service when I use to go to Rohrich Mazda. I was able to talk to someone there. They had later pick up hours and overall better customer service.

As always this Honda service is 100 percent the best. I know it is never great news or the best day ever getting your car serviced during a pandemic but I love their honesty. I was on a super tight schedule and they had me in and out of the service center in no time. I bought my Honda at the Rohrich Dealership and the free oil changes, tire rotations and car washes for life situation is honestly amazing.

It was quick and easy to come to a deal. There was not a lot of back and forth and the little that was occurred very quickly. Vicki was very helpful with answering questions by email and by phone and Stan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was friendly. The showroom was clean. There was a little kids area. All in all, it was pleasant.

I had an absolutely flawless experience at this location today. Yesterday I drove up to the service center right after close, Jason Deeb came out to tell me they were closed and personally gave me his card letting me know to contact him in the morning and he will get me in. Sure enough, I called in this morning at 8:30am and wash scheduled in at 12:55pm.Jason understood my needs, which was simply an oil change. The final cost was what I expected and the car was serviced in less than 45 minutes.The multi point inspection was very helpful and was reviewed with me prior to leaving. I am not a car guru and Jason explained everything well enough that I was able to understand just perfectly.I have never had this kind of excellent service for only getting an oil change. We are new to the area and I called my husband immediately upon leaving telling him that not only will this be the place for all our Honda services (we both have one) when the time comes to get a new car there is nowhere else we will go but your Honda location. Thank you for your kindness, efficiency, and well-priced services.

They value you as true customer and not as a dollar bill. My brakes needed repaired and it was not in my budget for the amount that was quoted. I called around to get some other estimates at some franchises and it was cheaper so I called back and told them that I was going to get the car repair somewhere else to my surprise they offered a 30% discount and it was $100 over some of the estimates I got ,I thought it over. Realized I can somehow make this a possibility. I knew that I did not have confidence in the franchises I was considering for the workmanship or products. I knew at McKean I was getting professional top quality workmanship and certified Honda parts to replace my brakes. I knew that not only would my car be safe but I would be safe in it and not going back saying something is not right. The few times that I didn't use a franchise I always had problems. I never have to bring my car back to McKean saying something is not right it is always fixed perfectly and no problems. I received above and beyond excellent customer service concerning the brake issue ,they encouraged me to look at the brakes and explained everything so I can understand. It let me know that my car was in great competent professional hands at McKean. I purchased my first car there and have nothing but positive reviews for them

When I first came in to see Jack Kowaleski he shared with me that the appointment would take 2 hours because the union workers were to take lunch shortly. I was told by the phone person that it would take 1 hour. Jack said that I should speak with Barry, the service manager. I explained my situation and that I scheduled my day around the 1 hour visit. Barry and Jack took great care of me and I was done within 45 minutes. Both were calm and accommodating and excellent customer service. Both should be commended on their excellent service to me. I am thrilled and that is why I consistently return. Please let the people who should know about these two gentlemen know this!!!!!

Pleasant staff. Immediate family now owns 4 CR-Vs with daughter's recent 2016 CR-Vs purchase. All were purchased from Shadyside Honda. I will probably consider trading my 2009 CR-V in on a Pilot after the airbag recall is fixed. Requiring at least twenty words is this box is frustrating.

However, I didn't want to call and ask to get the other recall done m, instead I was just going to make another appointment for the second recall at a later day. Mike was friendly, good-natured, and informative. As a new resident to Pennsylvania, he helped make my first safety and emissions testing easy. I dropped off the car, and the testing, recalls, and repairs were completed in a timely fashion.

Very quick and responsive service. Human element maintained throughout check in to final pick-up of vehicle. Great waiting area. Representatives are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They even let me know that my Inspection was overdue!

Prompt, courteous service at a fair price. There was no attempt to sell a senior citizen services that were not needed. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

You can't beat the early morning drop off, efficient check-in and review of services needed, Harvey's shuttle service to town and Oakland, the pay-ahead checkout. Everyone is always pleasant and competent.

I had prompt and very friendly service . My service advisor, Mike Scheer, did an excellent job. ven though I reside in West Virginia, I plan on servicing my Honda Ridgeline at Shadyside Honda when I am in Pittsburgh visiting family!

In addition to replacing a recalled part, Mike noticed my SRS light was on, identified that the problem was my driver's side belt buckle, and ordered the part free of charge (since it was covered under lifetime warranty) without being prompted to, and then called me to let me know he had already taken care of everything. That's the definition of great service. I also had an appointment in the afternoon that I needed to get to, and Mike assured me that my car would be ready to pick up by the time I came back to get it prior to the appointment, and delivered.

I want to buy a CRV and sent emails to several dealers in the area. Shadyside honda replied with a price and also mentioned that they have a "100% price match policy". I got another quote which is about $400 less than the Shadyside Honda, I would like to give the business to Shadyside Honda since they are the closest one, so I asked whether they can price match with it. The general sales manager, Peter Costello, replied to me "I suggest you buy it fast before they change their mind". Wow, this is how you treat your potential customer? this is how your "100% price match policy" works? If you want to push your customer out the door, I can guarantee you I will do my best to help you. I will not go to this dealership, and will make sure all my friends who will buy a car in the future knows how rude they are. Due to various reasons, I can totally understand that dealers can not always price match another dealer's price, but you should never reply to your customer like that!
