i bought my Sentra used from a dealer in my home town., nearly 100 miles away. The AC wasn't acting right ,so while I was in St. Joe I ran by Rolling Hills Nissan to get it checked out. Kevin Selvide got it right in and it needed parts ordered. Sent me home in a new car and called when it was ready. Remember I didn't buy it from them but they took great care of me anyway. I'll be back.

Peggy Embrey was the sales professional that helped my mother and I find a new car. My mother told her what we were looking for and she showed us the Versa Note. We originally looked at a manual Versa Note S but after trying to drive it and realizing that my own pre-existing health condition would prevent me from being completely comfortable with a manual. Peggy was awesome and very understanding, she found us a Versa Note SV with a CVT in the same color. I fell in love with the car instantly. In the process of looking for a smaller family car I ran across Rolling Hills in St Joseph. I was looking for a used vehicle with awd but other than that not really picky on the actual car as long as it was safe and in my budget. I was leary to stop by the dealership because I have tried to purchase vehicles from them before and no deal has ever been made and I feel that previous salesman didn't listen to what I needed/wanted to do. I got in contact with Derek Schnepp and he was great. He listened to my budget, what I was wanting to get, didn't pressure me into making a decision and in the end I got a great car for my budget. If you are interested in buying a Nissan but don't like high pressure salesmen then BRANDON DODD IS YOUR MAN!!! We spent several hours at the dealership and drove three vehicles before we found the one we loved. Brandon knew his stuff and let us know about the features of the cars we drove but never pressured us to buy. It wasn't awkward riding with him, it was actually fun! This is my 5th purchase from RHAP! I really don't need to say more. I have purchased three vehicles from Terry and he has always been thorough in showing me the complete lines available and wanting to meet my needs. Because of a scheduling conflict, Mark finished the deal and was very patient listening to my needs, although I had already decided that the Frontier was the best choice for me. Terry and Mark were great throughout the process. I traded two vehicles which made the dealing a little complicated. I was concerned about getting a fair deal. But it all worked out well. Nate Lehmer and Lee Hunter were also involved and were great to work with. The experience at RH is always good. I had been a customer for many years at a local Chrysler dealing because of a friendship with a salesman who retired some time ago and the experience is not the same. We initially went to Rolling Hills a few weeks ago just to check out the inventory on all of their lots, as we were not sure what we wanted. We looked at a few of the Altimas on the lot and really like them. We went back today to test drive one and try to find one with the options we wanted. Brent was extremely helpful when showing us the different things they offered. Ryan was excellent to work with when we decided to discuss the figures and the price we were most comfortable with, and Lee made the financing end of it easy and smooth. Brent made sure to show us the controls in the car and everything it offered. This is the 2nd car we have bought from Rolling Hills in St Joseph and also the 2nd car we have purchased through Brent. He is amazing to work with and so is the rest of the team!

I started looking for a new vehicle about a month ago, but wasn't actively going to dealerships. After searching the web, I found that Rolling Hills Nissan in St. Joe Missouri had a few Rogues that I was very interested in. As soon as my family and I pulled in the parking lot, Allison Laurie was there to greet us with a smile. She was very courteous and personable throughout my visit at the dealership. After the test drive, I was absolutely in love with the Rogue and knew I wanted the vehicle. Unfortunately, we weren't able to reach an agreement on the price on the first round of negotiation. However, Allison was there to work for me! Her and her sales manager came together and were able to reach an agreement on the price that was suited to the monthly car payment I could afford. After the sale was completed, Allison was there again to make sure I knew how to use all of the features in my new rogue. I would definately recommend Rolling Hills Nissan to anyone that is looking to buy a new Nissan, and I would recommend you ask for Allison Laurie when you want to purchase your new Nissan!

I recently went to Rolling Hills Nissan Dealership in St. Joseph, MO because I got a job commuting back and forth to KC and the Nissan X-Terra I had previously had was horrible on gas mileage. I worked with Allison Laurie. From the beginning of my visit there she was very friendly and took into consideration everything that I had been looking for in the process of buying my first car. She was very good at working with the dealership manager to help get monthly payments that i could afford. Overall it was a great experience in purchasing my new 2012 Nissan Juke. I love it and the mileage is 10 times better than what I was getting. Allison was a great in helping me make that final decision. I would recommend the use of this dealership if you are in need of a new car!

Great Dealership!! Derek & Shane were fantastic to work with. My wife and I started talking to them for a graduation present for our daughter and when we picked out a pre- owned Nissan Altima they were so easy to work with i was amazed. My daughter now drives a beautiful safe car because of how hard they worked to get the vehicle into the price range we needed. Derek & Shane even went so far as to have a big red bow on the car when she picked it up. Great car at a great price!. I highly recommend this dealership. Who knew there was a dealership where you can see different makes side by side? We had narrowed our search down to Nissan, Honda and Toyota. We live in Kansas City so I called ahead and Bill Bonnett had each vehicle from the competing manufacturers sitting side by side ready for us. Being able to test drive them without interruption was a big help in making our decision.The purchasing phase was smooth as the friendly staff is very knowledgeable and bent over backward to help us get the vehicle we wanted. This is the second time that I had purchased a vehicle from Rolling Hills. I had great experience two years ago when I bought from them. We took our 07 Nissan Maxima in to be serviced. As we were waiting, we looked at the newer Maximas. Derek Schnepp gave us 100% customer service. My experience at Rolling Hills Nissan was very good. Had two different sales people. The first I do not know his name is was good, than he brought in Derek. Derek Schnepp was good, explained everything, and he had the patients to work with us. My daughter owns a Nissan sedan, so she suggested I check them out. I have had bad experiences at dealerships and their salesman in the past and I dreaded going to look for a new vehicle. I was a positive experience at you dealership. Dont like the car payment, but that cant be helped. I just never had a car payment before, always paid for them up front. It haven had any service done yet, just hit the 500 miles on the vehicle. I traded in a Honda Accord and had all the service done there. I would have went with another Honda, but they didn't want to deal. Thank you again for having a great staff to work with .

Everything was good during the whole process of looking, test driving and financing our 2012 Nissan Altima. Our salesman told us during the negotiations that our vehicle would have free oil changes for the first 36,000 miles. We even made the comment that would be great even though we live 45 minutes away from the dealership, we could always find a reason to come to St. Joe. We ended up getting the price and no interest, which we wanted. Three months later my wife took the vehicle in for its first oil change, only to be told we didn't get free oil changes. I made contact with our original salesman and he advised me he would check into the issue. He never called back. One week later, I contacted him again and was told that it may be an "issue with the financing department." That was months ago, I have yet to hear anything from him. Just kind of felt it was a "thanks for your business, please don't bother us now." I would like to think that I may have just fell through the cracks in this one. Next time I will get verification of anything in writing before I leave with a new vehicle.

Rolling Hills Nissan had the exact Altima we were looking for and we did not even to have to haggle on the price. Doing the car deal took less then an hour! Much easier then driving down to KC!Our first service appointment was fast. They even put air in my tires one afternoon and reset my tire pressure light for free.
