I had an amazing experience at Rolls Auto. I drove an hour and half to see a SUV and it was just as expected. Sebastian was a great sales man and very honest and upfront. He was patient and did not pressure me into anything. Also Joe was great at getting me a good deal. Definitely will be my new spot to purchase my cars for now on. I will recommend them to anyone.

Jay is the best!!! This our second vehicle from Rolls Auto and Jay has been the awesome salesman I have met when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Not only does he work hard to get you the vehicle you want, HE’S HONEST!!!!! Very good stuff. I definitely recommend people to shop here at rollsauto, staff are very friendly and polite, the process for buying a vehicle is smooth and honestly the wait is worth it cause at the end it's all smiles and joy.

As returning customers, we were quite pleased with the overall experience! Time is very valuable to us. Within a matter of hours, we drove in with the old and out with the new! Live 3 hours away and was told that I would be able to be financed for a vehicle and was told by Art to come down and we can get you into a vehicle. Drove three hours and long story short he said he wasn't able to do it. I can find other things to do for 3 hours to blow my day away than driving. Disgusted with this Dealership and do not recommend it for anyone. When they say easy financing it isn't easy financing. My credit situation isn't horrible and my income is good. Don't trust this place one bit!

This is my second purchase from Rolls Auto, I called Leo and explained my situation, there was an accident and my car was totaled, I told him I wanted the same car, he laughed and said no problem, by the time I got there the car was sold, no problem he said he had something else for me, I told him I wanted a Lincoln he said what is it with you and hour husband, because we both bought cars the same day as couple years ago, he showed me a few other vehicles, I said I want a Lincoln he started laughing and found me a lincoln . Leo was great, not only did he find meup a lincoln, he worked out a deal so I had a newer model and a cheaper price. I love t his place I will only purchase cars from Rolls Auto, whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable . Thanks Leo.

I did an online application and Leo responded. I told him that I had to work on some things before I purchased anything. He said he would call me in a few months to check up with me and he did. Not just for a sale but to check up with me. I wanted one truck but he sold it before I could get there but business is business. He also told me he had something special for me and he was right he had the top of the line Mercedes-Benz suv for me. I got financed that day and drove away with the truck that wasnt my first choice but im glad because I purchased a better one. Thanks Leo

I was approved when no one else would approve without a co- signer and was approved for 2007 BMW but was told something was wrong with it and the vehicle wouldn't be coming back to them but I appreciated them really working hard to find me one that was nice and affordable but because I'm EXTREMELY PICKY, it was hard to find something after the BMW but I would RECOMMEND them to anyone.

I got a suv from rolls auto this is my second suv first I got a Honda pilot it rsn good had no problem for 4 years I went back and traded that for a 2009 Saturn outlook so far so good I also sent 2friends there they really love there carsRob is the best sales man so if you you need a car ,truck, or suv please go to Rools Auto

Of all the used cars I have purchased this experience was the best. They were very nice people did'nt try and sell me something I did'nt want. I told them what I had to work with and they worked out a great deal for me. Thankyou Mike G (salesman) for being a nice guy . Plus they don't lie about financing any tip of credit, i got approved with low credit score. Thank you!

Don't buy ANYTHING from this dealer! I spoke numerous times with the dealership about pricing and already having my financing from a reputable bank to which they said they were familiar with. I flew in to pick up the vehicle and nothing was prepared after telling them a week earlier the day and time I would be coming. They couldn't answer questions I had about some of the features. They didn't even have the owner's manual! Three salesmen were eating Chinese food out of one container in front of customers. UNPROFESSIONAL! The entire dealership need to take a course on how to run a business starting with the owner because they are CLUELESS and A LOW CLASS WANNA BE DEALERSHIP! Well, as the old saying goes...You get what you pay for-I hope this review saves someone from the hassle of car buying with this dealership.

After shopping on the net i found the car of my dreams.and saved thousands. Rolls auto had the best price and made my purchase easy. The best part was the customer service everyone was helpful, my friends and family love my new ride.Thanks to the staff at Rolls Auto.

I called the seller about a vehicle they had listed and asked what condition the vehicle was in as I had to drive 3 hours just to get there. I specifically asked if it had any scratches or dents and was told that the vehicle looked great and he didn't see any. After embarking on my 3 hour journey to the car lot, I arrived to see the vehicle which had huge deep scratches and some dents, the leather seats also had what appeared to be cigarette burns all over them. To sum it up they wasted my day and my gas. Based on this experience I wouldn't waste my time going there if I were you.

I purchased a vehicle on line from this dealer without seeing the vehicle. Just saw the pictures prior to paying for it. The car came as described and better! I am very happy with the sales people as well as with my purchase. Would recommend to anyone and all!

I was searching for an Audi A8 and found the color I was looking for at Rolls. I was able to negotiate a fair price for the car and had it shipped to me in Florida. The car showed up clean and ready to go. I'm very happy with it so far!!

We purchased a car online, and was told the car had Typical wear on the exterior of the car. I specifically asked if there was any body damage, and again he said no, nothing. After we paid $$$ to have the at shipped to us, once the car arrived it had RUST and a DENT in the drivers side door. It needed to be repaired and that cost $800. Also- there were SEVERAL 6-12" long SCRATCHES down to te metal, that they tried to cover with a SHARPIE MARKER! Clearly we were not dealing with a reputable dealership. We wish they would have disclosed this information before we purchased the car. We understand used cars have some wear and tear but this was more than that!! There was also a cracked bumber.
