They were ready for me when I arrived for my appointment. Had a nice loaner. They were able to look into a few things I added last minute. Car was ready when promised. Delightful Service Advisor and staff. I actually enjoyed the (short time) I was at the dealership. Great experience all around.

Incredibly trustworthy company. The Rolls-Royce we purchased was in pristine condition! We were a little nervous about it cause we didn't go see it before the purchase. But it's a beauty!! I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff were attentive and actually happy to take time out of their day to walk me through each car they had in detail. Given that I wasn't actually a potential buyer, just stopping to look at some of the best cars in the world, I was amazed at how eager the staff were just to talk to me. In particular, Richard Geremia, the General Manager of the whole place, was just wonderful. In addition to the staff, they carry the best of the best that the automotive industry has to offer. If you want the best cars in the world, go to the best dealership in the world. This place will not let you down in any regard. Possibly the best experience I've ever had at any place of business.

Hello, I came in the other day with my son to look at the Rolls Royce. We were met by Joyce who greeted us warmly and professionally. She showed us the Rolls Royce Wraith which was amazing with the star light headliner and the umbrella in the door- we absolutely loved it. She gave us a lot of information about the car and shared her expertise about the Rolls Royce brand. Thank you for making it a great trip. We plan to be back again.

I purchased a Rolls Royce Ghost from Herb Chambers of New England and couldn't have been more comfortable and happy with my experience. Rich, the GM, as well as Lindsay, the BDM, were extremely helpful in the process. I plan on continuing my relationship with this dealership and the people who run it in servicing my car for many years to come. Excellent job!

I brought my 1977 Rolls Royce in for post winter oil change and inspection for any operating defects so I can have trouble free driving in the good weather months. My desired time was accomadated without question. Upon review of the condition of my car Gator called me to review their findings and cost estimates and get my approval for the selected work. The work was completed promply, completely and for the stated price. An additonal previously undiscovered minor fuel leak was repaired at no additional cost. Due to local flooding, I was unable to pick the car up as expected and as an accomadation for me, the car was kept in the garage until I was able to pick it up. Gary is the main mechanic who directs work on my car and I have been always impressed with his knowledge and have followed his recommendations with much success and no driving failures. Both Gator and Gary get my highest compliments on their professionalism, coutesy, honesty and competence.
