I’ve bought two cars from Mitch and every time he came through and did me right the most recent car he even changed the brakes before he let me leave the lot which most used car salesman would not do and I usually want nothing to do with used car salesman with the exception of Mitch, he doesn’t pressure you or follow you around he lets you look freely and he’s a very genuine guy as well go to Mitch you will not regret it!

Bought a jeep liberty from here and oil light came up after a month. Brought it to my mechanic and it had a leak in the power steering line and a broken u-joint as well. Somehow it had “passed inspection” the day we picked it up. My mechanic said no way it would pass a legit inspection. Since then have had nothing but problems with it. Right now we are on the second cylinder misfire repair. If I could give non stars I would. Stay away!!

Absolutely loving my 2009 jeep grand cherokee I bought from mitch. Price was great and never felt pressured. He was totally honest with every question I asked. When you buy used there's always problems. Told him what was wrong and he went above and beyond to fix the issues. He actually found something I didn't know what was wrong and fixed it. No questions asked. Would highly recommend and will definitly be back when im ready to buy another car.

Mitch was incredibly helpful and informative. He is kind and honest. A week after I purchased my car I noticed the brakes needed to be replaced. He took care of it for me. I highly recommend Romaxx Truxx to anyone looking to buy a used car!

We bought a 2004 Jeep Cherokee about a month ago. The price was great and Mitch was great to work with, he was honest and made the transaction very easy and fast. We have not had any issues with the Jeep and would definitely recommend this place to buy used cars from. We will be returning customers.

Really excellent. Look no further. Mitch knows each vehicle inside and out, and always does the right thing. I have had 2 dealings, one car and one light truck; about to go back for a 3rd truck even though I am now out of state. Recently had a rough experience with a local dealer (still ongoing)... kicking myself for not just going to Mitch in the 1st place.

I was looking for a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee and found it at Romaxx Truxx. I was thrilled to see that it had a hitch receiver on it which I needed and that the vehicle was in pristine condition. I saw a lot of other very nice, reasonably priced vehicles there as well. It's intimidating used car shopping alone as a woman, but I felt very comfortable dealing with Mitch at Romaxx Truxx. The transaction was fair and easy and I really got the feeling that I was dealing with an honest professional. We made the deal and Mitch told me to come back 24 hours later to pick up the truck. He told me he would put any type of hitch I wanted on it for free and that he'd go over the vehicle closely while inspecting it and fix anything that needed it, though he assured me the truck was in great shape which turned out to be true. When I picked up the truck the next day, I found that, not only did Mitch keep his promise, but he'd also added a back windshield wiper that I hadn't even noticed was missing. When I left, he said that, if the hitch he put on didn't work for me, to come back and he'd replace it with another one for free. I am thrilled with the Jeep. Next time I am car shopping, I will definitely start with Romaxx Truxx.

Bought a car 6 months ago. Tranny will cost more than what warranty covers and what car is worth. Looking deeper, problem recognized by dealerships as class action lawsuit was filed for this problem. Do not trust this dealership

i recently flew in from Missouri to purchase a 2002 ram that i had located at romaxx on cars.com. the guy at romaxx was great, sent a car to pick me up at the local airport. the truck was exactly as described and a great deal. drove the truck 1200 miles home and had no issues. I would definately recommend romaxx.
