I had an amazing experience at Ron Anderson. Every person I met from service to sales to management were kind, professional and cared. Huge shoutout to Andy. Andy was very responsive, easy to deal with and really spent his time on making my purchase smooth. Also, Reese was extremely friendly and made me feel confident in this purchase. Together they are an awesome team. Ron Anderson will be getting more business from me. I have also recommended them to my family and friends. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I have put a message for the service manager to call me At his earliest convenience last week. I am still waiting for the call. I have left a detailed message. Paid 900$ for a battery replacement and had a extra labor thrown in the bill for diagnostic but when receiving my vehicle no diagnostic explanation given… nothing… just here is your bill…. Seriously… and I can tell you care about your guest by not calling them back…. Wow

Dylan, our salesman was wonderful and personable. He was honest and easy to talk with. The car was for our daughter. Doug the manager and Dylan got the car ready and put a nice bow on it for her when we came back with her and she was very excited. Thank you for a wonderful service experience

From making the appointment online, coming to have my car serviced, being greeted, letting me know how long the service will take and ending with what services they performed on my vehicle. Kudos, to the service team, they were short staffed but was still giving each customer quality one on one service. They never showed frustration or rushed any of us that were waiting. Even handled the impatient customers with professionalism and concern. I will comeback for car service.

Called in for an appointment on Monday for a turbo overboost condition that puts my car in Reduced Power Mode and makes it a death trap on the interstate. Explained exactly what the issue was. Dropped off Thursday at 10:30 and when I followed up with them at 3:30 they hadn't even popped the hood. Just went by to pick it up. Thanks for not charging me to park my car here all day long, I suppose. Would not recommend.
