I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience at Kia in Lancaster dealership. I have driven a pick up for over 20 years and wanted to move to an SUV. I came in with my excel spread sheet of 8 vehicles I wanted to drive and not all of them were from this dealership. Afterr scaring away one salesman from next door out came Gina. I took 3 test drives, sat in 2 other vehicles and Gina was well aware I had to visit other dealerships. Regardless, she was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about every aspect about buying and leasing a vehicle... Gina was just what I needed. Long story short...I fell in love with the Kia Sorento and Gina met my price and made it happen! Thank you Gina....Best dealership ever!!!

It took me two years to figure out what I wanted for a new vehicle. It was time to trade in the Ford Ranger and replacing that with another one wasn't an option (that was my 3rd one) since they stopped making them. When I randomly cruised the row of dealerships one Sunday Morning on Rt. 70 and came to the 2016 Kia Sportages, I knew I found the car I wanted. I came across Jeff in the lot and he was there to help. Jeff was very personable and a low pressure easy going Sales Rep to work with. I had a great experience at Ron Bouchard's Kia because of him. I drove my car home Two days later.

Went in to look at a used car because my car had finally died. Walked in under the impression that used was my only option because of my work commute. Gina was very friendly to both myself and my mother. We went over what I was looking to get and my budget. She discussed with me that a lease was still an option even with my long commute. I like my car and I will be coming back to Gina for my next car.

Sales associate Jeff immediately approached my husband and i. He was very personanle and profesdional. He instantly asked the correct questions to get to know us and our car needs. He was able to recommend a Kia Sorento, once we took a test drive we knew it was the model we wanted. Unfortunately the price was not right for us, Jeff and his manager Tim went above and beyond to look for another Kia Sorento within our price range. When it was unable to be found, Tim went above and beyond to make a reasonable deal with us! He was very professional and fair. My husband and I ended up purchasing a Kia Sorento and could not be happier with the service or the car! I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants great service, a great car and a fair deal!!!!!

Just like the dentist I always dread car shopping. However the staff at Ron Bouchard's Kia were wonderful to deal with. Our sales person Gina Selak was honest, knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us. She even offered us an additional vehicle test drive to help us feel comfortable making a decision. More than once the sales manager came over to make sure we were all set and EVERYONE kept offering our kids snacks! I would definitely recommend purchasing from them and will go back when we are ready for a new one!

They have always been easy to work with and Gina was the same. I found her to be honest, attentive, professional and the process was quick. Everyone in the dealership was very helpful! Read an online ad for the Optima at Ron Bouchard KIA and it was quite a bit lower priced than dealers in my area. I called and got connected to Gina. We set an appointment and I went to visit. She was friendly, knowledgable and more than willing to help. Although I was pretty specific about my needs/wants,she made sure she asked the right questions to get the right answers, in short, she is a professional. They didn't have the Optima I wanted but she assured me they would find the one, that was on Sunday and on Thursday I drove the 90+ miles to their dealership to review the car. Gina walked me through the options on the car and again, made sure I was aware of the lease process. I live in NH and they are in Ma. I assure anyone reading this that when my lease is up I will be back at this dealership to see Gina for another great deal. One more thing, they delivered the car to me 90 miles from there dealership and that is what I call servide !

I went online and saw a used Sorento that I was interested in . I walked into the dealership thinking I hate buying something used and its never fun dealing with pushy sales people . Well I was wrong , Gina met us at the door and could not have been nicer .She showed us a few used Sorento's and let us go out for a test run without any sales people in the car . For me and my wife it worked out great just being able to talk about what we did or did not like about the cars. We went back and forth a few times on pricing but Gina talked to the Manager instead of him coming over and getting involved witch I really liked . They were very busy and short handed so it took a long time to get it done . Bottom Line , I would Highly recommend this dealership and if I was you I would ask for Gina she followed through on everything she promised . Thanks Gina your the best !!

This was my first time leasing a vehicle and I wasn't sure what to expect. I spent hours researching SUVs and visiting different car dealers. As soon as I walked into Ron Bouchard's Kia I knew i was in the right place. Miguel did an excellent job giving me the information I needed in order to make an educated decision on whether or not the 2016 Kia Sorento was the right vehicle for me. When it came time to negotiate price, both Miguel and Bill worked hard to give me a fair price that I was comfortable with. They were extremely patient and never made me feel pressured. My name is Kystal, I had just purchased a 2011 Nissan Murano from this dealership.Upon arrival I was greeted at the door and assisted right away by Bill Hunter and Jeff Duenas. Both sales employees were very patient with me especially after multiple test drives and back and fourth debates on which vehicle would best suite me and my family. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars, and because of that I was able to make a decision on a vehicle. After a 2.5 hour drive home I was very happy with the vehicle I purchased. As a first time car buyer, it was overwhelming going from dealership to dealership. At times places and salespeople felt relentless in saying anything to make a sale. When I rolled up to Kia and met Javi Mercado, it was the complete opposite. I felt that I was being listened to in what my needs and budget limits were. I found a car that was at a different lit completely and Javi brought it to me to test drive. This my first car buying experience and it was the best I think I'll ever have. THanks Javi :)

Javi Mercado was like an old friend. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He made us comfortable the minute we walked through the door, offering soda or coffee and even a sub! This is my second lease here at Ron Bouchards with salesman Brian Byington. My first lease was coming to an end, so I returned to see what they have to offer. I requested Brian since he was my first salesman and was very helpful back then. I told him yesterday what features I was looking for along with price range. He took the time to show me a Kia Sportage & 2016 Kia Sorento and explained all the features. We then took them both for a test drive. They both provide a great riding experience. I decided to lease the Sorento as it provides more room which I also enjoy. Such a great SUV, I love it! Brian was able to provide all answers to my questions, took the time to program everything in my Sorento and match the price I was looking for. Brian is a very knowledgable salesman and comfortable to talk to without hesitation. When my next lease is up, I will be requesting for his assistance once again. Thank you so much for everything..

Went up to look at and test drive a Cadenza after emailing with Gina for a day or so. Gina turned me over to Miguel after arrival. Both nice people. Saw they had a special deal on a K900 on the floor. Talked about that a bit. Test drove the Cadenza, and the the K900 despite a pretty good amount of snow coming down and nearing the end of the day. Wound up taking the special deal on the K900, which is one fine car. Steve (GM??) also helped quite a bit. This was a very low pressure experience which is the best. I've been known to walk out of car dealers who've tried to twist me even if I was prepared to buy.

Brian Byington was very professional and very knowledgeable about the Kia brand. I knew I was looking for a Kia Soul for my wife and Brian took the time to educate me on the Soul and was very helpful in guiding me though the financing process. Bill (sorry do not remember last name) worked very hard in obtaining financing and obtained a good interest rate based on my situation. He stayed within my pricing limitations and I was able to sign for the car the same day. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. I will certainly be referring all my contacts to Brian when they are ready to purchase a vehicle.

If you are on the market for a KIA, This is the dealership to visit. Everything you hear about the "New Car Buying Experience" being horrendous simply is not a part of this dealership and their approach. Just a great place to find, road test, and purchase a car. This is my THIRD Kia at this dealership and When it comes time to get another one, This is where I will shop. "Nuff Said"

We stopped at Kia to check on an advertisement listed in the newspaper. Overall, I was very satisfied with what was being offered in the car for the listed price. The sales/finance team were accommodating. We bought the vehicle on a Saturday and was told we could pick it up Monday. I called Monday to change the pickup day to Wednesday, and reminded them I was getting new plates. I called Wednesday morning to confirm plates and registration were all set and I was told yes. I asked if the dealership could throw in some of the weather mats in the car. I was told I would have an answer when I arrived. When I arrived, it turns out my plates had been transferred, not new as I mentioned three times. Then when I asked about the weather mats I was told that I had gotten a really good deal, and they could not throw the mats in. I was also told that the weather mats needed to be ordered. I was shown the vehicle again and the salesman did an excellent job at reviewing everything. After, I asked to speak with the sales manager regarding the mats. While speaking with him, I was told that the mats were in his office. This was only because my family member stopped there and arranged the mats for me. When I bought my first car with Subaru I was given roof racks and weather mats. I was a little disappointed it took all that energy to be given a $70 set of mats. So, the Kia dealership service was excellent overall, but make sure you finagle any accessories before you sign to avoid any customer satisfaction issues.

Searching for a Used or New Car can be a harrowing experience. The whole team at Ron Bouchards made me feel relaxed and not pressured. I went in with the headache of buying another USED Car. My Sales Person, Larry, made me feel at home and took all the pressure off my shoulders. He and the Finance person, Matt, found me a loan and a NEW CAR, as opposed to Used, for less than I had been paying on my old vehicle. They even paid-off my remaining loan on the other vehicle. Larry went over every inch of the car, explaining all the features, setting up my Bluetooth and stereo, and the UVO System. We went for a Half Hour Test Drive through the local streets, and even on Rte. 2 for quite a distance. Then he even introduced me to the Service Department team that would be taking care of me and the vehicle in the future. Great experience, No Pressure, and a NEW Kia Rio. Can't Beat That.

My children and I came in to the Kia dealership because we received a promotional mailer. I am in need of a new car soon but not able to buy for another 6 months or so. I explained the situation to Bob, but he said that didn't matter. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly, and offered extra information regarding gas mileage when he understood that it was a strong need. Bob was very personable and polite to my children and I. I will definitely be back to see Bob when I am ready to buy my car.
