I had brought my Jeep Wrangler in due to engine leaking out and the transmission coming out of 1 st gear the engine is fine except for the fact that one of the bolts was missing from the engine to the transmission the transmission still coming out of 1 gear. Ed told me that it was a shift boot so I decided to go to AAMCO and they told me it was internal I guess RON LEWIS can't rebuild a manual transmission 2 year warranty is no good I guess oh the bill for my repair was 7,700.00 I guess I'll never go back to this dealership again And you should steer clear also

Just bought a new 2016 Jeep Chereokee from Ron Lewis Jeep in Cranberry Township. My salesman was Greg Peters. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership; they made the buying process very easy and enjoyable. I live in West Virginia, two hours from the dealership and decided to make the drive to Ron Lewis based on the incentives they were giving that other local dealers in my area were not. The salesman worked hard to get me a great deal and was not pushy - as you get at many other places. The entire staff was very friendly, very professional and very helpful. I would recommend Ron Lewis to anyone, near or far; it is worth the drive.

I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, but this was, by far the best experience. Tyler is knowledgeable, kind, helpful, thoughtful, and best-of-all, not pushy. I worked with Michelle in Finance and she was great to work with, very quick, within 1/2 hour I was done. Had an issue with my 07 Ram. I contacted service and talked to Ed before I arrived. Not long after I left the truck I was called with a diagnosis. I told Ed to go ahead and complete the repair. Later on that day he called again with a different diagnosis. The point to my review is that the service team took the time to look over the truck again and get the right part repaired. Ed stayed in contact with me and went to great lengths to get the job done timely and right. I will certainly do business with this store again and thank you guys for the great work. By the way, they washed and vacuumed the truck as well!

I had a great time working out a deal with these people. I found them when I was looking for a challenger around columbus as I am from columbus. I came across a listing on one of cars website, thats when I contacted them. They made sure that I got all the info about the car. I must thank the manager Ray specially cos without him I wouldn't have drove all the way till Pittsburgh to get the car. He made sure that I get each and every detail about the car and was in contact with me constantly. He also updated the latest pics of the car and made sure that the car is properly detailed before delivery. I had to make sure that the car is test driven before I could confirm the deal so I had one of my friend who is from Pittsburgh to visit them and test drive it. Thats when sales person Jordan came into picture. He was generous enough to explain each and every option about the car and made sure that all the doubts that my friend had about it were cleared. Ray also tried to give me the best finance options available. On the day of delivery they made sure that the all the necessary paperwork is done prior to my visit and the temporary tag is properly fixed on to the car. As soon as I enterd into the dealership both Ray and Jordan made sure that I feel comfortable all the time. The time took for the paper work is not more than 2 min which was really impressive. Finally, Ron Lewis is the best place if you are looking for a new or used car. I would definitely recommend them and hope to deal with them in the future.

Buying a car should not be an unpleasant experience and this time it was not. Are salesman Mark was very friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful and most of all totally not pushy. I would say he is the best car salesman I have dealt with and would highly recommend him to anyone buying a car. The man who did the financing ( the name escapes me ) was also great to deal with. This was our third car from this dealership and we will be back. If I had one complaint about the dealership it would be the waiting time for service. Our other car needed repairs and they were backed up two weeks. This may be unavoidable but I would like to see improvement in this area in the future.

From the time we put our car in park Tyler was there to help. He held the doors open for my wife and I and simply said "how can I help you two"? We came into the dealership and Tyler made us at home right away. Having done some research myself I asked to see a Black 2015 Limited, in seconds Tyler said we have just what you are looking for. In minutes he ran down to the other Ron Lewis dealership to get our Jeep. He pulled it into the lot with and was instantly excited to get me in the driver seat. As we started the test drive Tyler began telling me all about the car, and I could tell how genuine he was. Over the last 10 years I have managed hotels for Marriott in 4 different states so customer service is my life. Tylers service was right on par with what I would expect at one of my hotels. The car was great so we decided to make the deal happen on our first visit. As I had researched this vehicle for some time I actually had appointments to see the same Jeep at 2 other dealerships but based on the service we had NO interest in going any further then Tyler and the staff at Ron Lewis.

Salesman was great. Communication after the sale leaves a lot to be desired. When you purchase a new vehicle it would be nice to know when you can pick it up. The communication on when the prep service and pick up date of the vehicle was totally lacking. This left me with the impression that no one cares just as long as you got the sale.

After meeting Tyler and the staff I was very impressed with not only his ability to answer all my questions, but also how friendly and welcoming the entire staff was. I knew I would be back! When the time came, we called Tyler, ventured out on Black Friday and came home with a 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited! (Which is AMAZING by the way!) We knew exactly what we wanted coming in,Tyler was extremely efficient and accommodating, always making sure we were comfortable through each step. I had been searching for a while for the vehicle I wanted and found it at Ron Lewis Pre-Owned through Car.com. I live almost five hours away from the dealership, but my initial interactions via email and phone convinced me that they would be reasonably trustworthy and worth driving out to. When I arrived, I found the facility to be very clean and all their used cars were very nice. My salesman was JT, who was friendly and not pushy, so I felt no pressure throughout the entire experience. Negotiations were pleasant as well. I'm subtracting a star because of a few hiccups that I feel detracted a bit from the experience, but nothing that would prevent me from recommending them. I am overall pleased and quite satisfied with my new truck.

We went to the Ron Lewis Used Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Dealership in Cranberry Twp, PA because we found a car on their website that we liked. We got to the dealership and the car was not there (although they sent an email saying to come see it), it was out on demo, We tried to schedule a time the next day to come see it but they wanted to wait until 2 days later to make sure "they could have the car detailed and ready for us". So we set up an appointment as recommended by the salesman. That day came and we went to the dealership-the salesman went to look for the car and could not find it. Turns out it was out for a test drive with someone else. When they came back our salesman told the other salesman that we were here 2 days before and made an appointment so he would need to wait until after we took it for a test drive. While we were out test driving it the other salesman went ahead and started the paperwork to sell the car to the other customers (we were told "don't worry the car is yours" by the salesman while we were driving it). When our salesman found out what happened he couldn't believe it. He explained to the manager who then could care less. We obviously expressed our feelings to the manager who told us "a car isn't sold until it's sold". (We were never told this by anyone when we set up the appointment-how else would you take "the car will be detailed & ready for you"??) The manager then proceeded to raise his voice at us when we did nothing wrong. We even called that morning to confirm the appointment we had scheduled-salesman said everything was good and the car would be ready for us. Not only was the manager's attitude "tough luck" towards us, he did not even accept the fault and apologize. We have never had a manager act so heartless and with such a low level of customer service before. The ONLY good thing we have to say about this place is our salesman Bobby V. He truly took this to heart and felt as bad about the situation as we did. He is the only respectable person we encountered there. To sum it up, don't waste your time going to this dealership.

Paul Morando was our sales rep, and he was fantastic -- he answered all our questions honestly, explained vehicle features and financing, and was just an all-around great guy. We felt very comfortable and not at all pressured, which was a pleasant contrast to some other big dealers in the area (I'm looking at you, Cochran). Buying from Paul at Ron Lewis felt more like buying from a family friend! I would recommend Paul to anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle -- he also got us a good price on a comprehensive extended warranty (since I bought a used Volvo, it wasn't covered under the Ron Lewis powertrain, but I'm happier with my comprehensive anyway!). I was recently interested in purchasing a 2014 dodge durango limited. I researched all the necessary info i could,and got as many quotes as possible to see which dealership would be the best to start with. Buying a car at Ron Lewis Jeep Cranberry was such a pleasant experience thanks to our Salesperson Paul Morando. There was no high pressure sales pitch and he bent over backwards to meet our needs. We have shopped at Ron Lewis Pre-Owned on several occasions, and have been consistently impressed at how low-pressure and service-oriented they are. After buying a car for our son at another dealer (if was his first car, and Ron Lewis didn't have anything that cheap), when we were in the market for a replacement for our 11 year old van, we went to Ron Lewis first because of how impressed we were at their professionalism, friendliness, and how low pressure they handled the previous encounters. Doug (our salesman), and Dan (the sales manager) handled the vehicle selection process very well, and didn't push anything, but gave matter of fact comparisons. After we made a selection (including shopping at 4 other dealerships), we negotiated with very low pressure on their part, and left feeling like we made a very good, and fair deal. Overall, I cannot think of anything that I would like Ron Lewis Pre-Owned to improve upon, and recommend them to anyone in the are thinking of buying an excellent pre-owned vehicle.

We had been looking for a car online and had it narrowed down between a couple of similar options. From the minute I talked to Linda on the phone up to when we shook hands to close the deal it was nothing but a pleasant and stress free process. There was no pressure from Linda to purchase a vehicle. She was more concerned about making sure I was happy. We explored new and used cars to make sure I would get the best deal. I wanted to be at a certain monthy payment and Linda worked deligently to make sure that happened. Also, when my wife and I came back to pick the new car up we happened to ask them what their detailing shop used to clean upholstry because we had stains on the seats of our other vehicle. Well, after about an hour later not only did they tell us how they cleaned upholstry they actually cleaned all of our seats at no charge to us. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Nick & Gabe were very pleasant to deal with and very professional. I drove onto the lot in a $500.00 "beater" and Nick did not look down and think "this guy is wasting my time" as other dealerships have. In your business I realize that you have people that you assume are not going to purchase a car and are just "wasting your time" by testing driving and looking at cars that they have no intentions of purchasing. Nick did not treat me in that manner form the first word and was a great help through-out the entire process. He was quick with his search on the vehicle that I was looking for. Gabe was very pleasant as well, looking for the best possible APR that he could find and getting my payments were I wanted them to be. What a great experience the customer service was second to none. Purchased our new truck from Doug, called in the morning to ask some questions as our drive was a little far, all the information given on the truck was accurate. Went into this dealership looking for a used vehicle. Would have purchased from this dealership but I don't appreciate being lied to. Later when I called the GM to talk about an issue I had he rudely pushed my concern aside and the conversation went no further. No going to go into major details but this place is just not worth it.

A friend referred me to a great salesman by the name of Bryan Friese. I was in the market for a small fun car, and Mr. Friese contacted me as soon as a Mitsubishi Evolution was traded to their lot. I was looking to upgrade my truck and me and my wife stopped in and right from from the start our salesman Cliff made it a fun and enjoyable experience. I wasnt sold on a dodge yet but cliff let us test drive a few rams the first ram wedrove didnt impress us but that was only because it was the 4.7l engine. Then we test drove the 5.7l the pickup and th3 power on this truck had me sold. The salesmen ship was wonderful, in no way did we ever feel forced to buy anything, and everyone was so kind and helpful. Last week I scheduled a meeting with Roberto Campagna to discuss the unsatisfactory level of service that my car and I have both received from their dealership over the past several visits. I previously dealt with Bob Banaszak, however Roberto filled Bobs vacated position sometime later in 2012. After speaking with Roberto, it seemed as though he was generally concerned by our discussion and in my opinion handled things more professionally than his predecessor had in the past. When our discussion concluded, I believed the dealership would work with me to settle my unresolved issues (oil leak and check engine light), in addition to raising the bar for possible service visits in the future. I made an appointment for my check engine light during our meeting for the following day. During that visit, I must say that I was impressed by the high level of service they showed my car in addition to the courteous way I was treated. (By the way, they did repair my check engine light issue free of charge). I also discussed with Roberto that Id like to return my car in the near future to make another pass at the oil leak. It would certainly be wonderful to no longer worry about cleaning up oil sludge on my cars undercarriage in addition to the floor of my garage. (I will certainly update again once the oil leak is serviced). If my car and I are treated in the same manner as we were during our last visit, I will return to this dealership for future service. Note: I've upgraded the 'overall', 'customer service', and 'quality of repairs' categories.

I've been a customer of theirs over the past few years as they've serviced my car for its annual state inspection. Unfortunately I've found their performance to be increasingly unsatisfactory as their level of service has continued to deteriorate with each and every visit to their garage. Their repairs ALWAYS take longer than what they say and I've had to return my car to their shop (immediately after service) TWICE because of an issue. The first issue was when they informed me that my car was leaking oil (although I never saw evidence of an oil leak on the ground). After authorizing the repairs to fix the leak my car did in fact start leaking oil on my garage floor days after being serviced. I returned it to the dealership where they fixed it again (free of charge), however the oil on the garage floor re-appeared after about a week. The second time I was having preventive maintenance performed during my annual state inspection, and part of this maintenance included changing the differential fluid. After a few days I noticed differential fluid on the floor of my garage in the rear of my vehicle. Once again, I had to take my car back to the dealership for them to repair the leak. Fortunately, the leak did not resurface a second time (unlike the oil leak). Lastly, (during my most recent annual visit last week) I had my car in for the usual inspection and emission. Two days after bringing it home the check engine light came on. This week I'll be using my ODBC scanner to scan the error codes to see what is going on. At the time of this writing I cannot (without 100% certainty) blame the dealership for this last problem, however I find it very ironic that my vehicle passed emissions two days prior to the check engine light coming on. In closing, I'm not happy with this dealership at all. They will definitely be hearing from me (yet again) if I determine the check engine light was triggered for anything they serviced during my last visit. I'm a person who always tries to work through issues and resolve them without jumping ship. However, I find myself at a crossroads and am seriously considering finding another garage to service my car.

The service that I received was amazing. I would like to thank Nick Vellky and Chris for helping me purchase my brand new Ram. Nick has excellent knowledge of the vehicles and was able to explain all of the accouterments on the vehicle. He had me sold on the vehicle after only 30 mins of being there. Chris was able to help me with the financing process and explained to me all of my options to the furthest extent possible. I drove all the way down from Buffalo New York to do business with them. They held the jeep wrangler that I wanted to see on the side until I got there. I spent some time with Todd a few months ago, but it wasn't the right time for me to purchase a new car. Last week I found a Wrangler online that I loved, and called to ask questions about it. Most of the negotiating was done over the phone with Jason - who was FANTASTIC, provided excellent customer service, called me back when he said he would AND actually paid attention to what I wanted/needed. I was in the market to buy my first car other than a Chevy and had my eye on a Charger. I had a bad experience at another dealer in the same company. Right after I left there I called the Cranberry Dodge dealer and spoke to Brad Young. After talking with him for a few minutes, I drove about an hour in rush hour traffic to see what they had to offer. Needless to say, in about a week I had a new car after a good experience there. They have agood people and a comfortable atmosphere.

I was in the market for a new car (preferably 4wd due to the winters in Pittsburgh) and contacted Cranberry Dodge Jeep Ram about a 2012 Jeep Patriot. Brandon Dehainaut got back to me right away, and I was able to setup a test drive that same evening. With 6+ inches of snow on the ground and roads unplowed, I managed to get to the dealer and Brandon spent a good 3 hours taking me through the process (trade-in on my old car, test drive in the snow, financing paperwork, etc.). The same day I contacted them, I was out the door with the 2012 Liberty and couldn't be happier. (Brandon even found an extra rebate due to my military service, which I wasn't aware of.) Overall it was a painless process, and I look forward to having my new car serviced there in the future.

I stopped just traveling by to look at the Jeep inventory. Brad Young was knowledgeable and provided answers to all my questions. He took the time to have all my options installed. I took his price to another dealer and they refused to even come close. I called a third dealer and they told me the options Brad had priced out were not available. I recently purchased a Volkswagen tiguan. from this dealer. Their customer service was great and they were very helpful. The car I looked at had a scratch on the bumper and a few marks on the interior. Prior to purchasing the vehicle they even fixed those areas to make sure the car was looking its best! First saw the car on the lot, then two weeks later saw it listed online. Price had been reduced, We contacted Steve Kuhn and confirmed the VIN and pricing. Struck the deal and the rest was easy. We arrived Sat. around 1:00 PM, met Steve, checked out the car and closed the sale. It went smooth and no surprises. The staff at Cranberry were friendly, prepared and treated us quite well. And...we just love our Challenger! When we search for another new car in the near future, it will be for a Dodge and we'll give Cranberry Chrysler Dodge first opportunity at making us a customer again.

From the very start speaking with this dealership I have got the run around about trying to buy a used car from them I had everything needed to buy a use car.This dealership was not honest.Salesperson would not return my calls but would talk to me by email what is wrong with picking up the phone if he wanted to sell a car.
