I bought a 2008 jeep liberty and had a trade in. I was treated fairly. the used jeep was very clean and had a resent oil change.i will get many years of service from it. thanks to Matt Coon and Randy for making this happen.

I bought my 2013 Nissan from Ron Sayer Nissan and have had it serviced there since. They have always treated me like a valued customer even long after the sales process. I have been travelling this past year and just took my car into a Nissan dealership in Lafayette, IN. I must say it made me even more homesick than I already was. The price was high and the service was poor. They didn't seem to remember me from that morning and had not written down what I had requested for service, etc etc. I will not go into that dealership again. I would rather have my oil changed at a quick change place than go there again. Thank you Ron Sayer's for being so awesome.

Fooled once

I purchased 2010 Murano new from a salesman no longer working for the company. The buying experience was fin except for the bogus Xylon coating I was talked into purchasing from the finance manager. (His opportunity to make a commission. Don't fall for it. It's worthless.) but, my issues are currently with service. Two weeks ago, while in another city 300 miles from home, we lost power on acceleration. It was a hot day and you could floor the gas pedal and the car would barely respond. Happened on lower gears. Once you got into higher gears, the car ran fine. I took a chance and we made the 300 Mike trip home without major incident. I called Ron Sayer service and couldn't get in fir nearly a week. Then, they had my car all day long, couldn't duplicate problem. Funny mileage was the same when I picked up the car as when I dropped it off. Obviously, they didn't even drive it outside the shop. I called several times during the day to check on status, each time getting voicemail. No one returned my call. I went in at closing time to talk to manager, Matt. I was thinking they weren't done with my car and I needed a loaner. He was willing to put me in a 6 year old Altima hybrid with over 100,000 miles on it. Did I mention my car is still under warranty? So I went to service to speak to Brandy and she assured me it was ok to drive my car. She said they ordered a part that would be in 2-3 days later. She said my Murano showed a couple if error codes they didn't know what they meant. So, here I sit, almost a week later, no calls to tell me parts have arrived. Service department isn't open on Saturday. My car makes a grinding sound when I first start the engine and put car in reverse. It has intermittent problems with acceleration. I am hoping I am not ruining my car by continuing to drive it. I feel the service and concern for these problems have been nil! This us my first and last purchase from Ron Sayer.

Don't believe any good things said about this dealership they post it all themselves they are the opposite of good the worst sales manager, salesmen and service. They can't even fix what they sell would never go back!!!!

Great customer service, they were not pushy at all, for a first time buyer I would highly recommend Ron Sayer Nissan in Idaho Falls!
