My recent experience at Ron Tonkin Toyota was exceptional and stress-free- - - as usual. Service Tech, Henry Wu met with me first and asked all the important and relevant questions needed for a successful experience. We purchased our vehicle in 2010 (when you still offered the unlimited oil-change - maximum of two changes per year) and there was absolutely no hassle in accommodating this service. Henry Wu was most knowledgeable, competent, and friendly with a no pressure approach. We drive 75 miles (one way) to Ron Tonkin and actually have come to look forward to the trip just to meet with people like Henry Wu who knows how to make a potential stressful situations into a very comfortable and enjoyable one for us. Keep up the great work!

I'm consistently impressed by the service department at Ron Tonkin Toyota. I brought my car back in that was still pulling after an alignment. On a busy Saturday I was initially told the right folks weren't there to appropriately address my issue. After a moment the service manager went to see if the senior tech was available. Jason had a look at the records from the last alignment, and offered to do a test drive to diagnose the issue. Afterward, the alignment was redone and so far the car handles great. I sincerely appreciate everyone taking the time out of their day to handle the issue, and to make it right at no cost to me. I will be bringing all my Toyota's back for service at Ron Tonkin Toyota. It's hard to find a good shop, fortunately I have found one.

We bought our Prius a year ago and we had such great experience. Everyone was accommodating and upfront with what we were buying and the contracts we signed. They answered our questions and validated our requests. If there was anything amiss, we were able to contact managers and get answers and solutions. It was a great car-buying experience. They even sent us a congratulations on our one-year anniversary of buying the car. Whenever I see a Ron Tonkin license plate, I think "good for you!" because it was definitely good for us!

I am a senior person who has bought many cars over time. This was the best experience I've ever had. Patrick was my sales associate. He and his manager, Jeff went above and beyond to find me a car I'd be totally happy with and at a fantastic deal. Patrick was not pushy and he was very patient about finding me what I wanted. He and Jeff were also honest which I appreciate very much. Patrick took the time way after his shift had ended to get me acclimated to the car and it's functions. The day after, Julie Hastings wrote to inquire about my experience and to see if I needed anything which was very kind. Next time I want to trade for a new car, I'd work with these people again in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful time here with Jared and Ron Tonkin team. I was getting my 07 Highlander evaluated and looking at a few other models. Despite knowing the fact that I am moving and I will not buy any vehicle , I don't think I could get any better services. Jared was more than happy to show me all the vehicles they have on lot and help me compare their specs and practicality. And I also get better offer for my beaten up car than some other place. Keep it up Ron Tonkin, transparency and high quality service, we will be back.
