Dealership damaged my truck and had it to fix the damage twice and still looked bad when they were done and said that was the best they could do. Go elsewhere they do not care about customer satisfaction. They are a bunch of xxx xxxxx. The GM when I told him I was going to buy my new truck elsewhere cause of this said he didn't care.

I bought my 2015 Malibu from Suburban Chevrolet, Eden Prairie and have had it serviced there prior to this stop. I live in Roseville so an easy stop to your dealership. Stopped in on a Saturday w/o an appointment for an oil change and rotate and the service team was great at fitting me in.One suggestion (I've actually wanted to make for years) is in regards to the car wash after service...dry the vehicle off or if it looks like it's just been washed do not wash. (Water spots!) Sounds picky but a number of times I've got the car looking sweet only to bring it in for simple service and come out having to do it all over again because of the water/soap spots.My experiences with Chevy dealerships in the area have been good and I appreciate it. I brought my car in because the ABS light came on and there was an error message that was on. The mechanic said the sensor for the brakes that is located in the wheel was split. They did not have any in stock so I had to bring my car back the next day. It was repaired in about 20 minutes and I was on my way. The service was great, thank you!Laurie

Great job by Rosedale Chev! After an accident that totaled our car, we found ourselves needing to find a replacement fairly quickly. Rosedale Chev was one of the many stops we made in our search. That is where we met Joe Ouellette from the sales team. Joe took the time to listen to what we were looking for, ask a few questions and go on a couple of test drives. When we didnt find what we were looking for, Joe told us about a relatively new GM Factory Pre-Owned program. We may have been the first customers theyve had to order a vehicle through this program.After a few days of searching this and other sites online, we came back to Rosedale Chev and found the perfect car through the Factory Program! Joe and Mark, the sales manager, worked closely with us to make sure it had the options we wanted and to get it ordered in. Joe was very patient and helpful with the many questions I kept coming back to him with. It was initially supposed to take a couple of weeks for the car to be delivered to the dealership. Joe kept us updated throughout the process and even pleasantly surprised us with a call when the car arrived after only 1 week. After another day for them to inspect and shine up the car for us, we made the trip back out there to pick up the car. Joe took us out for a test drive and made sure we were completely comfortable in it and knew how to work all of the features. After he was sure we were comfortable, we filled out the paper work and drove off as happy car owners.Rosedale Chev did a great job for us and we highly recommend them!

Although it's a bit of a drive from Woodbury, I always keep coming back to Rosedale Chevrolet for my Volt service. Everyone is always pleasant to work with and I appreciate that they plug my car in when service is complete. My only complaint is the level 2 charger looks like it needs to be replaced as the plug end is broken.

Michael Do and the service department do a fantastic job from start to finish. Up front every-thing is explained to me including a transportation (Jack the drive is awesome, he is friendly and on time!) plan for me to get back to work and then picked back up to get my truck back. Opps let me back up when I schedule with Michael he sends me an invite though my e-mail that I can put right on my Outlook calendar. (Very nice feature) Weather Michael is busy with a customer when I drive up he is not to busy to give me a head nod as a form of greeting making me feel welcomed. If there are any service recommendations he is sure to call me and go over them with me. When I pick up my truck he welcomes me again takes me to the cashier office and asks me if I have any questions. Once paid he makes sure I know where to find my truck. When I get out to my truck I find it has been washed and is ready go, very nice touch!!! The experience is top notch!

The A/C wan't working and that was a problem for us due to some medical issues. Rosedale was able to diagnose the problem right away and set an appointment in less than a week for repair. The repair took less time than they told me and there were no additional costs. It was expensive but I expected that it would be.

Went to see a used truck I found on line. Jimmy met us as we arrived and look up the truck in question. It was no longer available so we discussed what I was looking for in a truck. He said they received a trade eairler that I may be interested in. The truck was in great shape and had almost everything I wanted. The process of buying the truck was easy and stress free. We noticed a noise in the engine and scheduled a time to bring the truck in to be fixed. They supplied a loaner and keep me informed by phone calls on the status of the repair. I would recommend Rosedale Chevy to anyone.

I was very interested in purchasing the new Volt model. I reached out to several dealerships in the area last fall. Only Shane and Mike from Rosedale responded and kept me updated on when the 2017s would be available. Shane was great in showing me a model, taking us on a test drive and helping me get my order in, as well as having me by to look at my car after its arrival, while waiting for some accessories to be installed. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the Volt, contrary to the stereotype about salesmen at traditional dealerships when a plug in car is involved. I couldn't come in and complete the sale and pick up the car during Shane's hours, so Reilly stepped in to help. It all went smoothly and quickly.

The service was excellent, but I don't like receiving junk mail telling me to trade in my vehicle EVERY time I have service work done. Obviously, I just had work done, I am keeping my vehicle. It is an unnecessary expense.The numerous emails asking for a review are also sort of obnoxious.

I called ahead to schedule an appointment same day. It's a little bit of a hassle that 4:30 is their latest time for an oil change since I live about an hour away from the dealership, but besides that there were zero hassles. Rosedale Chevrolet had the best prices and the best customer service out of all the dealerships I visited. I was trying to find a Silverado 1500 LTZ at the price I wanted to spend. They gave me what I wanted for my trade and had a great deal on the Silverado's.

Very, very high quality service and complete. I was informed of everything I needed to know and veryhelpful in setting up everything on my new car and otherwise. The salesman was above outstanding in service and information. All other people in the dealership were very thoughtful and helpful. I brought our car in for a winter tire change. They changed the tires and check the brakes, tie rods and made sure we were off to a good start for the new season.We depend on them for other routine maintenance jobs such as oil changes and routine adjustments. Our car had had a couple of automotive crises and this dealership helped us even when we were out of town. They contacted the dealership where we were and made sure our warranty was in effect.

My 21 year old was ready for a car purchase. It is usually scary having to make them happy and get something affordable for someone just starting out. Jimmy and the rest of the staff was able to find discounts for us so cosigning wasn't so scary and she was able to get a safe vehicle for herself. I have always been loyal to another dealership but these guys really worked hard to change my mind!!

No need for fanfare, they just focus on giving you a good deal.

I was able to get an appointment just a couple of days after I called - and it was a good thing because my battery died just after I arrived at the dealership! The Service Staff is always friendly and professional. What I especially like is that they tell you how long the service is going to take and they meet that timeframe. They also do a great job of keeping you informed if they find anything else and they give you options to solve any issues.

My car had power steering issues and a significant leak that had to be addressed several weeks back. After the repairs, I twice noticed a significant amount of what looked like power steering fluid under the vehicle. Both times I brought the car back and it was looked at free of charge - nothing was found (the source of the new fluid is still a bit of a mystery), but I definitely got peace of mind thanks to the excellent service provided by Michael Do and the team. In my experience, by far the best service team I've ever dealt with - great professionalism and a fantastic customer experience.One very minor negative note - the woman at the cashier desk who handled returning my keys and my payment for some routine maintenance was incredibly rude and sounded like she'd rather be anyplace else than working there. It was very noticeable and jarring when compared to every other interaction I had with the service department.

I worked with Michael Do - he explained what needed to be done in non-mechanic terms, correctly estimated the time for completion, and arranged for the shuttle. The shuttle was available within 5 minutes to take me home, then was available as soon as I called to arranged transportation back to Roseville Chev (had a fun conversation in the car!). No waiting, no surprises (and a clean car) what else can I ask for? thanks...

The service department is a notch above the rest when it comes to customer satisfaction. They truly care about your problems/concerns your having with your vehicle. Always polite and put the customer priority's first, detailed explanation on what needs to be done when you drop your vehicle off. Always offers shuttle ride, or to where you can wait and have a cup of Joe. Would buy a vehicle a recommend to family and friends.

The first time I arrived at the dealership I was greeted at the door by Mike Skog and introduced to Pat Arboe shortly after being shown the vehicle I was interested in. Pat continued the personal experience and was more than willing to go above and beyond any of my expectations in making it an overall pleasant car buying experience (David Zirbes even made a point to introduce himself to me during one of my many visits along with the rest of the management team). Last but not least, I would like to mention Dan Reinhardt as he was very thorough in explaining my options, warranties and continued my "no pressure, no problems, no buyer's remorse" experience. I had been looking for a new Silverado for some time and finally went in on Black Friday to take a test drive. After my brief drive on Friday I decided I needed more time with the vehicle and Roger allowed me to take it home for a few hours to go through it and make a decision. Once I made the decision to buy I called up Roger the salesman and let him know I wanted it. By the time I made it to the dealership the truck was in the front row clean and with a full tank of gas. Roger did an excellent job. My only complaint comes with the Finance person. They were pushing their extended warranty and roadside assistance. Turns out everything included in their additional Roadside Assistance is also offered by GM for FREE!!! I didn't find that out until after I went through the owners manual with the sales person. He was also not taking NO for the extended warranty and I know they make a lot of money on those. Thats the only part of the transaction that did not sit well with me. Other than trying to up-sell me on something that is already included in the sales price.

I just recently had to have the car repared. Everyone in the shop was ANAZING!! Mandy was the service advisor. They called everyday to let me know what was going on. I had a very nice rental when it was being fixed and it was fixed in a timely matter!! I had just recently purchased the car. They apologized and made it right!! Mandy stayed in very good touch with me and they explained everything was wrong. The car was fixed and I have had no issues since. So thank you!!

I had bought a new set of tires from Rosedale Chev and within a couple of weeks, I had seen a slow leak develop in the right rear tire. I brought it back, they fixed up a leaky valve stem, provided a shuttle to and from my work and did not try to charge me for the service.

My boyfriend and I went to look at cars here. We were not in the mood to purchase a car that day. But Dewey insisted we should try it out. So we did. When he knew I wouldn't be the one who bought it. (Although it would be for me) I wasn't the one he did the most talking to. And before you knew it he pushed my boyfriend into saying OK. We took the car home, and did some more thinking about it and decided it wasn't in our price range. He questioned us and said well we will just put you in another car. I felt that our generosity had been taking advantage of. Not to mention signing over my car and them losing the key for it. How convenient. I will be going back to claim back my car from them as they did not pay me for my car. Very disappointed in the whole thing. I don't see me ever doing business with him in the future.

They only give you the minimum service. I went in to get my recall fixed, and I left with my engine light on. I called them and asked about it. They said "well since you didn't come in for that we didn't address it, you'll have to schedule that for another time" He knew the engine light was on but didn't want to address it because that is not why I came in there. The engine light was not on when I came in for my appointment! Unbelievable! Needless to say, I'm not going back there again.

I've been spoiled during previous oil changes as the dealership has grilled burgers on weekends when the weather is nice. This time, in the winter, it wasn't going to happen so I waited in the waiting room. The maintenance done was great, no complaints, but the snack vending machine wasn't working so that was disappointing. Also, I brought my vehicle in for scheduled routine maintenance using the mileage guide on the website. He told me I actually needed a more thorough, expensive check that I was not expecting, and showed me a brochure indicating they do recommend it at this point. This information should be included in the website's service scheduling tool because the whole point for me is to be able to plan appropriately for the time and cost of the service. What I thought was going to be a 30-minute oil change and tire rotation became a 75-minute, $80 service. The mechanic did offer me a $10 off discount.

I was a little hesitant when I first arrive to the dealership because my credit score is currently in the low five hundreds and I was thinking there's no way I'm going to drive out of here today with a new vehicle. I did some research on the Internet about dealerships that work with people with lower credit scores and found that Rosedale Chevrolet has had a great track record with my type of situation and was close to the area I live in which is maplewood MN. When I arrive Saturday December 20, 2014 around 2:30 pm I walked in the front door and was greeted immediately and they ask me how I was doing and I said well, and then I said I was looking for Jessica and they brought me to her, then she brought me to Drew the sales and leasing consultant. From the time I walked in and the time I left it was the best experience of my life when making a huge purchase like buying a vehicle. I was completely satisfied with the service of all levels of help when I walked in and left with my new car. Rosedale Chevrolet sold me the perfect vehicle the Chevy Cruze 2014; they gave me a great price and sold me a vehicle thats fits my budget to afford and the car is perfect for what I need which is great gas mileage and front wheel drive for the winter months; never judged me because of my credit score instead they faught for me to get a vehicel and treated me the same as a guy with 780 credit score and I was completely satisfied with all levels of service. Everyone was very nice. But I was disappointing in how long it took to get in. I was worried there could be something seriously wrong with my vehicle that is less than 6 months old and I felt like there was no urgency. I called in to see if there was openings 2 additional times with no luck. I asked if I could just drop my vehicle off right when you opened to get it looked at if there was time and I could not do that. Then when it was fixed it ended up being a computer issue that needed to be reprogrammed. I don't know how that happened, but it took less than an hour and I don't know how that couldn't be squeezed in at any point in the previous 3 days.

Six months ago we purchased a brand new Cruze and worked with Nate Nybo. We corresponded through email first and he wrote about the deal he could give and I thought yeah right. Well, we walked into Rosedale Chevrolet, and there it was -- the perfect, everything I wanted and in the right color red Cruze! There was no haggle over the price and everything went smoothly - within 90 minutes we were driving our very own Cruze off the lot. The service center went above and beyond my needs. They offered to contact me if there was something wrong with my car that I wasn't planning on having an issue with (i.e. If there was a more expensive repair to occur) and the offered and provides free transportation back to my house while my car was in the shop and offered to bring me back to the service center if needed!

You need an expanded and update the area people wait for their vehicles. At other dealerships there are tables and empty desks for me to use to do my work while I wait. I could not easily find a similar setup at your dealership. Additionally, it makes it very difficult for me to work with clients at your dealership with all of the overhead paging going on.

Well to be honest I went to the Chevrolet dealer in Brooklyn Park, Mn. just off Brooklyn blvd . The sale manger and the sale rep was very unprofessional was not honest giving me the run around and trying to get me to buy a vehicle I did not want. I felt that they did not care about working with me. The car salesman did not return call, I spent a lot of time waiting to hear from her, so I took a proactive approach to follow up with her. I have my hunch as to why they took that approach. So I told myself I will never buy a Chevrolet. I also liked the dodge ram as well. My wife convince me to try Rosedale Chevrolet And there we met Joe. great guy to work with, me and my wife felt very comfortable working with Joe he was honest and straight to the point. Great experience. I wasn't sure if I wanted a car or SUV - Joe was great walking me through the options and letting me test drive to make my decision easier. No pressure which was nice. I decided on a SUV and Rosedale Chevrolet was able to find me exactly what I wanted! Working with Darin on the financing options and other details was also pressure free. In the past with other dealers there was always pressure to buy this experience made me relaxed.

I purchased a new car from rosedale chev in not to long ago.The salesman who's name was rob told me of all these great features and bonuses of leasing.So I decided to lease a new impala. I was told I would get two key fobs.That was a lie.I was than told I would be able to come back and get the key fob a couple days later.which than turned into missed calls by the sales man and lies about it.months later I finally got it.aftwr I was told I would get multiple free tanks of gas which I never received for the inconvenience. I was also told I could bring my car in up to 3 tines and have 50000 dollars worth of scratches or dents fixed.I tried to do this and my salesman no longer worked there.I talked to the sales manager.Who told me I was lieing.I was very frustrated so I asked if it was in the contract and he told me it's not and I'm stupid for not reading what I signed. He than set up a day for me to come in and look at the scratches which were very minor and he wasn't there.I contacted him the next day and he hung up and didn't return my calls.So go ahead and buy a car from them.but you were warned.

This was m 1st time scheduling service online. I was very impressed with dropping off my van for serice that it did not take long to entered into the system til i was off to the waiting room. Grilling burgers on a saturday is very nice to the customers. I also enjoy having my van washed.

I came in for a recall part. Set my appointment, was pleased to get in on time. Work was done quicker than anticipated. I was in & out within an hour. Loved the free car wash, great extra perk. Service person I dealt with was very friendly as was the desk where I picked up my paperwork & keys. I was very happy to get in & out so quickly as I brought this in during my lunch hour.

I was assisted by Reily, who I found to be excellent at his job. This was my first time leasing a new vehicle, and he was very patient with me during the process. I wasn't afraid to ask him questions, no matter how basic, and he didn't get frustrated when I needed more clarity on a given topic. He stuck around way past his shift's end to help me finish up the transaction, even taking the time to lead me through a final demo of the car's features to ensure I had what I wanted. I'll also give a shout out to Darin, the Finance Manager, who successfully walked me through my first lease signing and cleared up a detail for me when I called back the next day. All in all, I had a great experience at your dealership. I'll be back for my Cruze's first car wash soon!

I walked in to Rosedale Chevrolet with full intentions. I wanted a nice newer Car. I had never in my life been able to own anything newer than a 10 year or better. I was absolutely amazed, and floored by what they did for me . From Erick in Sales, to Doug in Loan office ,to Dan in Finance. We have visited frequently looking for the perfect vehicle, ate lots of hamburgers and hotdogs along the way! Roger originally helped us , he was great but he left to go elsewhere. My Honey sure knows how to wheel and deal. He asked every question under the sun regarding warranty, price and your profit. I know he was keeping our best interest at heart. Shane hung in there and provided all the answers Mike needed in order to seal the deal. I think Shane was great and the burgers and dogs weren't too bad either. We will look there for our next vehicle as well.

Work I asked to have done was done wellThere was one test run that my car failed that wasn't mentioned to me thT I would have had fixed on the spot ( burned out upper back light) I only found out as I read my report at home. Now I need to make another stop which is annoyingAnd work was slower than expected as my usual service tech , who my appointment was under, was out, so they were back logged even tough I had an appointment.

Roger did a great job. I was glad to return as a customer for my second vehicle. However, I did consider going to another dealership initially after some problems I had in the service department during service on my Malibu. I had to return to the shop four times to fix an alignment issue, each time spending hundreds of dollars on a problem that should have been fixed the first time. Eventually, the service guys straightened it out, but in my estimation the problem should have been addressed the first time. Nonetheless, my experience with Roger in buying the Equinox was good.

Mandy M's exceptional customer service made a very hard situation good. My insurance company rep was unresponsive. Mandy followed up and communicated with me when the issue arose. She was diligent and professional. Without her I would still not have my vehicle back and fixed. Once I was able to get my claim transferred to a local field agent everything went smooth.Damage happened on Wednesday and Mandy had the vehicle initially accessed on Thursday by noon and communicated to the insurance agent. I reached her after my second call to Rosedale Chev at about 5:45. I would be without a car and since it was almost closing time for RC's service area, as well as all rental companies, Mandy was able to secure a rental from RC for me. Mandy is always professional and empathetic. I cannot say enough about her customer service. She makes me feel like a friend. Only issue I would bring up is the service person who first took my call at around 5:30 was not helpful. Only when I called back and talked with Mandy, did I fully understand the process of towing my car in and next steps.

I had the Cobalt in for the 50000 mile service and, as always, Ray and the crew are right on top of things. My front struts were leaking again so I was able to get that problem taken care of at the same time. I can't say enough good things about Ray and the Great service he provides.

I work for the state of Minnesota and have already told some of m friends what a great job the service department did. They even washed my car. I have never had a bad experience there. Everyone is very nice and friendly. I live in Eagan and there is probably a closer Chevy dealer but I like going to the Rosedale Chevy dealer.

In fact, the reason I ultimately chose to purchase a Chevy (I owned Toyota's and Honda's for the last 30 years and was thinking about purchasing either a Toyota or Honda again) was because I trusted that Steve would work hard finding the vehicle that was right for me -- which he did, and I am thrilled with it! Steve Hawes the salesman knew the cars he was selling. He took the time to listen to my requirements, and wishes, then searched to find several cars that fit my needs. He took the time to let us test drive several cars, including the new camero. At the time of sale he was there to explain all the features of my new car and also to assure that the process went smoothly. Darin Meyer, the finance manager, guided me through the finance paperwork. Quickly completing all of it even after some small adjustments.

My experience with Rosedale Chevy was excellent. The salesman, Austin Slack, was very helpful with my questions concerning financing. He was also honest with me about why I couldn't buy the car I wanted. He explained the reasons to me in a way that it made sense to me, and didnt just say sorry and disappear. There was an after market cruise control that had been installed on our Chevy Cruze by the dealership before we purchased it. The cruise control was installed incorrectly and caused issues with our car. The Service Advisor, Ray Fitzsmions, went out of his way to look into this for us and get the cruise control re-installed correctly free of charge. I am very appreciative!

My experiences with service have always been great, other than the fact that they are pushy and try to get me to purchase services that I do not need. Sales and Finance on the other hand, i will never recommend again. They have lied, told me my car (both i have purchased) have things they do not, and then I was on the run around for a refund that had been in their hands for 3 months and they told me that they did not know.

Harry in Service department is always friendly and lets us know when anything shows up on our vehicles. The last time I came in for an oil change he noticed some water by the transmission and set up a loaner. Couple of days later I dropped off my car and I had the loaner for two days but notified me what they found and fixed it under waranty. The service department is wonderful.

Despite the fact that my car needed expensive maintenance and there was a delay in picking me up from my work, the attitude and treatment by your staff was great. I understand the delay (accident of another van so that is why the delay) and the cost was understandable given the problem. I have worked with Harry since Midway Chev and alway trust his judgment and assessments of my car. The van driver, who was an older gentleman was great and apologized for the delay and gave the reason for the delay which was helpful to me to understand the situation.

Rosedale Chev warranted the work just great. I do think there is a design flaw though. This was the third time in 55750 miles, that gaskets on the coolant crossover pipe have been replaced on my 3.9 V-6. The last two were at 6000 miles and ten month intervals,thank goodness. What can I do?

Erick, who I first started dealing with was friendly, helpful and willing to do anything he could to help me make a deal with the vehicle I wanted that was not available at your dealership. Because he was new he pulled in Reily to help him. They found the vehicle I wanted out of state, which I was not expecting them to do, had it shipped here, and finished the deal. After singing and excepting the vehicle, Erick went over everything about the vehicle so I understood the special accessories. Between Erick and Reily I will continue to do business at this dealership. I took the car in for a turn signal replacement and with your excellent technicians and safety check process it was discovered that two other marker light bulbs were out, and that the transmission coolant lines were leaking. All issues were taken care of and I was/am off and running.

Harry in service department is always very friendly and we feel very confident and comfortable driving a little to get the best customer service for our vehicles. Harry notified me of an issue with my car that is minor, but suggests to bring in under warrantee and get the matter taken care of. I will be bringing my car in on Wednesday and Harry already made arrangements for me to have a loaner--same car as mine. A Cruz. That is wonderful customer service.

Also, I appreciate the fact that the service guy came back after a spell and explained that my filter was much more dirty than it should be for the age of my car (due to this past winter) and would I like it changed? Ray Fitzsimons is the reason that I came back to Rosedale Chev. I moved to Oakdale and used a closer dealership several times but did not get the understanding, patience, and non condescending attitude that Ray always provides. I also appreciate the skill of the technicians at Rosedale in diagnosing the issues I presented and documenting their results fully on the invoice. I had to beg for that info at the other dealerships.

This vehicle was purchased at another dealership as you did not have this make/model in your stock but I do not care for the service they provide at the other dealership such as only one way shuttle service, being rude and inconsiderate of their customers - they always have been, always will be. This is our fourth vehicle in the family and I will continue bringing all the vehicles to Rosedale Chev. Ray Fitzsimmons and the others on the service team go above and beyond accomodating and making sure the service received is top rated. Chris and Julie round out the experience and make sure I'm treated well!

I worked with Mandy, and aside from the fact that she kept forgetting to test my key fob which became a running joke she was fantastic to work with. She set up the appointment, walked me through what was wrong with it, worked with the warranty company and got everything covered. I won't go anywhere else for my service needs from here. My service rep, who I rarely see, treats me like I'm an old friend - that's very nice. He seems to take a very personal interest in getting MY car running its best. And I appreciate the shuttle service; it makes it very easy for me, a full-time worker with only one car in the household, to make it to work while my car is being serviced, and without having to arrange for a friend or family member to get me to downtown Minneapolis during rush hour. I had a very pleasant experience.

The only really issue I've had is it's tough to get a ride. The last two times I've come in and asked (first time I called ahead with my appointment, this time I asked when I drove in) and I have had to figure out another way to work (thankfully it's just down the road. Otherwise the service writers are great, the techs do a very nice job and the detail department does wonderful work!

I scheduled a 50,000 mileage service for an appointment at 10:00 a.m. I showed up at 9:30. I was told to expect a three hour wait by Ray. I was contacted 5 hours later that it was finally done. I checked the air pressure & they were not all the same. I also do not believe all the tires were rotated however I will not be able to confirm that exactly. I advised of a possible break leak. Upon receipt of invoice I was given a $45 charge for diagnostic. That was not communicated to me. It had snowed earlier that day so that is maybe why my van was not washed but that wasn't elaborated either.

I had multiple issues and ended up having to bring the vehicle in for service twice in 2 weeks. This is a low usage vehicle, and some maintenance other than oil changes had been neglected for a period of time. Rosedale Chevrolet service was able to resolve these issues. I am satisfied with my new service advisor, and the work that was done.

WAs expecting to having to shell out at $135 for a service call, instead the repairs, water pump and heat were still under the warrenty.It is good to have heat today considering the high is below zero. I had a 10:30 appointment that I was able to show up early for. Jim told me to expect to wait an hour. He also advised me that I was nearing the 50,000 mile maintenance of transmission service that he could offer a discount on. I kindly declined. I waited in the lounge and within the hour my vehicle was ready. I was very impressed to be told the actual time to wait was not longer than expected.

Our 2002 Trailblazer gave us no warning that anything was wrong until the day it would not start. Rosedale Chevrolet got us in without an appointment and we had our vehicle back on the road within twenty-four hours!i rated question #2 only 5of10 because i am not the type of person who refers others to ANY business, regardless of the quality of service.

I know sometime people may complain about something they were not satisfied with but today that is not the case. I recently had my car in for service, a Malibu 2012. I just want to say from the time I entered the service area it was a pleasant experience. I am usually fearful and distrustful but Ms Mandy Morud, your service consultant, was just wonderful, I can't say enough good things about her. When Ms Morud mentioned I would need to leave my car overnight she shared there were no loaners available but she would make arrangements for me to be transported to my destination. I was also informed that when my car was ready, they would transport me to the dealership, and they did. There were a few things that needed to be done and after an assessment you Certified Technician, Mr. Kevin Werhan's corrected everything that was stated and his written explanation was complete and made me feel he was a person who took pride in his work. When I picked my car up I was given a copy of what I had requested, a summary of what was done and a vehicle care commitment and one of the sections was "How we give you "Peace of Mind" and I was really impressed.I would like to say that Josh, the shuttle driver, was just the best. He was polite, conversational and eager to demonstrate that Roseville Chevrolet is serious about it's commitment. This young man never complained about the distance he had to travel or the traffic and that helped with my peace of mind and my comfort. Everything went well - the service person said my job would take from 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour I was told that it would be just a couple of more minutes. This dragged into another half hour. They said it was due to a back upat the car wash.After I paid I got a "Here yah go". I'm not sure what's happened to an old fashioned "Thank you"...

below zero weather and my battery wouldn't start after 4 years. I called around to several different places close to my work place but they were all busy. I was on-call for jury duty and needed to be able to be there within an hour if needed by the court. Finally, I called Rosedale Chevy where I usually go for service. They said to come over and they would take care of me. They did and I was out of there and back to work in less than 90 minutes & ready for jury duty if summoned.

Easy to schedule an appointment after hours online. Prompt service. For many years I have used service facilities such as Goodyear, Midas, CarX etc. thinking that I could get my service work done cheaper. Sometimes I had great service, but other times the work was not done properly. I've had to return to have work redone, and I've had aftermarket parts fail in a short time. I've also had instances where parts have been improperly installed, clamps and/or screws left loose or missing etc., fluids not topped off or overfilled. For these reasons, I have returned to Rosedale Chevrolet for my service needs. I generally have a more consistently good experience at this dealership. I don't have to worry about something falling apart on my way home from the shop. There are also added benefits to using dealer service, such as a dedicated service advisor assigned to the customer, a free car wash after the service has been completed, a courtesy shuttle service to pick you up, and a preferred owner loyalty program.

I worked with Riely in purchasing my vehicle...Spent most of the day there waiting for numerous things to happen. They (Rosedale Chev) should have inspected the car before offering it for sale. I spent my own money for a off site inspection. Rosedale then fixed it. After purchasing it....I discovered the sun roof was failing and the 3 row power seats didn't work all the time. (Tracks binding and weak motor) Car spent a week (5 days) in the shop getting these 2 items fixed. After replacing the motor in the sun roof, it had to be taken apart again because I think he (mechanic) forgot to check/hook up the sun shade. Then, someone sent the wrong clip for one of the interior pieces. No one seemed to know where the vehicle jack was located. During the time my car was in the shop, I got a 2012 Malibu as a loaner - You need a crash helmet to get in and out of this vehicle (I cracked my head numerous times) Mark (sales mgr) and Mandy (Service) bent over backwards to assist me in getting these problems resolved. I received daily updates (sometimes twice a day) on the progress. THANKS THANKS AND THANKS Joe

I went out truck shopping on Saturday August 10th, just looking around. I met the nicest sales person at Rosedale Chevrolet. This salesman is a huge part of why we bought our truck there. He let me look around without trying to get information about my credit and was not pushy in any way! We were completely impressed with him. On Monday, August 12, 2013, I took my wife with me to look at the truck I had picked out, Roger came out and met my wife, his personality won her over as well. He is honest, knowledgable and explained all the extras and not so extras on some models. After all, we didn't end up buying a used vehicle as planned, but purchased brand new, Roger sold us. My vehicle was ready an hour before the time promised. The work was performed in a professional manner. The issues were explained in language I could understand. Everyone I interfaced with (service writer, mechanic, service manager and cashier) was friendly and helpful. I have come to expect this quality of service at Rosedale Chevrolet. I had a refill of my A/C coolant. I was pretty unhappy because last year I spent close to $2,000 and the AC only worked for a few months! I feel that after spending that much, it should be working normally. I feel like a lot of unnecessary work was done instead of finding the AC problem and fixing that. Now, I'm supposed to refill it every summer at a cost of approximate $250.00! That is not right, it should've been fixed correctly, not whatever they did to do a "temporary fix".

Rosedale Chev has the worst service department in the area. I will never go back. My husband dropped off our vehicle there on recommendation of GM. He showed them the issue and Chad, the service Rep. had him sign a diagnostic agreement. My husband signed it because he thought that as soon as GM saw the issue, they would assist us in paying for it. Chad came back with telling us that the issue my husband showed him came up on the diagnostic and now they can't look at the real problem until we pay to have this problem fixed which would be $465 plus $140 for the diagnostic. We said no and said that we will just forget about getting the real problem fixed or having GM help us. Chad said that because we signed the form, we are on the hook for the $140. I called GM and they called Chad. They came back to me and told me that he is "a very difficult person to deal with", and are now investigating. We will never ever go back.

I LOVED booking my oil change appointment on line! Very easy & convienent! When I got to the dealership, they told me it would be about an hour until it would be done. Much to my surprise, it was done in 1/2 hour and the guy who helped me was great! He kept me posted of what was going on. Much appreciated! The other really great thing was I got a $10.00 mail in rebate! Certainly worthwhile going to the dealership! Thank you!

The lease on my wife's 2010 Malibu was to expire soon. Sreve called about a month ago and asked if he could be of assistance. When we went in late in April, he did a great job of handling the return of our leased car and also in helping us take a look at a new car to lease. My wife decided on the 2013 Malibu and she is very happy with the choice. The only challenge we have is to find the time to sit down and program all the stations on the radio as it is totally different. We are very happy with the experience we had with Steve at Rosedale and we do recommend them to anyone.

Got an oil change for my 2002 Suburban. It was quick and I got a maintenance sheet to review on my own. No pressure to get recommended work done right away. I like that. I will return to get the work done when I can. (I will be looking for service coupons in my e-mail).

I had a major issue with my Torrent. I was aiming for Roseville Buick GMC but really called Rosedale Chev. I spoke to Justin who was extremely helpful. I was able to describe what my car was doing (or not doing) and Justin was able to figure out the problem exactly. Once my car was fixed I drove it off the lot. The next day I was having eerily the same problem. I called Justin and he was able to pin point the additional problem and fixed it at no extra charge. A few weeks later I took it back for an oil change and that went well also. I was able to check back in with Justin and no additional problems since. Thanks Justin for your excellent customer service and knowledge. I know I will be dealing business with Rosedale Chev from now on.

I found this dealer looking for someone to troubleshoot a power reduction issue that was plaguing my 2009 Yukon. Over the last 2 years Chad and Justin in Service have gone above and beyond what I would call "excellent" repair service in both listening, deduction and communication. I have had an oil consumption issue, a transmission issue as well as the previously mentioned power reduction problem. All have been resolved quickly and fairly with excellent communication along the way. This group is efficient and effective and I will return for both warranty and non-warranty service.

I didn't know that the chimes for warning about seat belts, keys in the ignition and turn signals come through the speaker in the driver door. Rosedale Chev diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. My service advisor Harry Pho is tops. He always remembers me and provides personal service.

I called yesterday to get my oil changed and mentioned I might need tires and the inside latch on the passenger door my SSR didnt work. I asked if parts were avaliable for door and to call me on my cell for tire prices. I drove 300 miles to get to your place and never heard from Justin. I understand probably busy in am, but not to here anything in three hours doesnt seem right. When I arrived I had try to call Justin twice so i could make a informed decision on my repairs and tires. He seem mad about something and we hardly communicated,said tires were 1500 bucks with one free didnt have in stock,than called me later to tell me no parts for SSR i could pay 30-50 bucks to have the part overnited. I was leaving yesterday afternoon and when i arrived to pay bill of $135.18 for oil change got charged for taking door apart. This could have been avoided had someone check on parts first,I asked and was told ya dont worry about it. Dont think Ill be back,

Went online searching for a truck. Corey responded to by to my writtings and then continued to keep in touch with me without putting pressure on to buy. Went in and looked, with Corey as my Salesman, and got a good deal and a great truck. Corey was very professional and respectfull through out the transaction. He even had the truck delivered to my house and I live a hour and a half from the dealer. Corey stills keep in touch with me to make sure I'm happy with the truck. Next time I'll be looking for Corey again.

I was called saying my truck was done and ready to be picked up on Friday and when I arrived, they were still working on the alignment, so I had to wait close to an hour before I could leave with it. This caused me problems at work since I was only scheduled to be away for a short time to pick my truck up. I don't understand why they called saying it was done when it wasn't.I would still reccomend your dealership since I know this doesn't happen a lot but this really caused me problems at work.

There are a lot of things I was impressed with at Rosedale Chevrolet:1. Buying a car from start to finish was amazingly quick and accurate.2. All of the people I came in contact with were very friendly and I felt like they were good friends by the time I left.3. I wanted a red car instead of the grey I purchased the day before and when I called Aaron, I thought it would be a huge hassle or he would tell me it was too late and I couldn't do it. Instead Aaron said that was fine and had the paperwork ready for me to sign that afternoon. Also had the Zurich treatment done and my custom mats brought over by a currier that afternoon.4. I was not pressured at all to buy the car like I have felt at other dealerships in the past. 5. I bought the car without my husband present and was treated with total respect.6. I received an amazing gift basket from my salesman Aaron which was a great final touch! :)

The service was for an oil change and overall check-up. I have reason to question if the oil change was done - the OnStar was not reset and the decal in the windshield with the next service info (mileage and three month date) was not updated. These two things point to the oil change not being done even though I was billed for it. I am planning to bring my car back in as I need to make sure that the work was completed as I will be doing some traveling over the long holiday weekend. However, this is extremely inconvienent, there is a cost to me in time and gas to go back and I no longer have confidence in the service I receive through your service department. I would go to Jiffy Lube if accepting this kind of aggrevation (sp?) was acceptable .

In the begining, Tim was good to deal with; he was polite and answered my questions. It was during my 250 mile drive to see this vehicle that the sales games started. He told me another salesman was in the process of selling the vehicle and wanted me to give him my credit card number to put down a $250.00 deposit to show my interest. I told him I was driving 250 miles to see the vehicle and that should show I'm interested; after four calls in 20 minutes, I told him that I was not going to get my credit card out of my pocket while I was driving on the interstate at 70 mph in traffic and rain, and that if the vehicle was sold to call me and I would turn around and go home; that ended the calls. Once I got there, I test drove and looked over the vehicle. Tim pointed out the rear defroster tab was broken on the glass, which was pretty noticeable, but told me the GM certified warranty I requsted would cover the repair of this. After playing all the sales games, that took forever, I was interested in getting home before dark. He told me he put 2 sets of wireless headphones and a remote for the rear entertainment DVD in the vehicle. After driving home 250 miles in the rain, at night, I went through the console and found only one set of headphones, and the rear DVD screen had lines in it when playing a movie. I called Tim the next day, and he told me he would send me another set of headphones and that the GM certified warranty would cover the replacement of the DVD screen. Four days after buying the vehicle, I made an appointment to get the repairs made at a "REPUTABLE" dealership," Bob Brown Chevrolet in Ankeny, IA. The service manager there advised me to contact Tim to make sure the GM warranty paperwork was sent in so it would be in the system so he could complete the repairs. I called Tim and he assured me he would take care of it and would send me the other set of wireless headphones (I never received the one he said he had sent!) Three days later, no GM warranty in the system and no headphones in the mail. I drove an hour away for the repairs but because Tim did not follow through with making sure all the paper work was done, I had to cancel my appointment. I called Rosedale Chevrolet, again, and talked to an office person, and she told me she would look into it and call me back, which SHE did; it appeared that the paperwork had been sitting on someone's desk for a week. So I called Tim, again, and told him he didn't need to take care of the paperwork with the GM warranty, that he told me he would take care of three days ago, because I had taken care of it with other Rosedale personnel. But I did explain that I still had not received the second set of headphones he promised to send. He acted surprised and said he would send another set, which I knew from past experience was just another lie! After more than two and a half weeks after buying the vehicle, I called my local DMV about picking up my license plates, and they had no information of me even buying a vehicle. So I made another call to Tim Brandt at Rosedale Chevrolet (again!) and explained the paperwork for my license plates had not been sent in and that I still had not received the wireless headphones he promised. He told me again that he would check into these issues and call me back. By this time, I did not beleive anything that came out of Tim Brandt's mouth, but he did call me back; it appears now the licensing paperwork had been sitting on someone's desk for 19 days. He told me they would send them out that day and would send me my second set of headphones {AGAIN}. Three weeks after my vehice purchase, I was able to get the repairs made to the vehicle. After I got home from the Iowa Chevrolet dealership, I wanted to check out the rear DVD player, and it worked fine but I then learned that the one set of wireless headphones that Tim Brandt put in the vehicle, that he told me were new, did not work. I opened the battery compartment, expecting maybe there were no batteries in them, to find out there was an old corroded set of batteries in them, so I replaced the old ones with a set of new ones, and they do not work whatsoever! Needless to say, it would not do any good to call Tim Brandt at Rosedale Chevrolet to replace this set because he never followed through with the other ones.It has now been a month since buying my vehicle from Tim Brandt at Rosedale Chevrolet in Roseville MN, and I can honestly say it has been the worst experience buying anything in my life. I wish I would have waited for another dealer to have the vehicle with the options I wanted. I always try to say good things about people but I cannot say anything good about my experience with Tim Brandt or Rosedale Chevrolet. Mike Bryan SR.

I had a great experience at Rosedale Chevrolet - I needed to turn in my Saturn lease and was apprehensive because I had been with Saturn for almost 10 years. I like the atmosphere at Rosedale - it was very welcoming and not as intimidating as many other dealerships. My salesperson was very helpful and took care to make sure that all my needs were met. I was very happy with my experience at Rosedale and would definitely recommend.

Staff worked hard to help me out with this problem with my C5. They had also been a resource for a previous one. Doug Schaumer in sales, Chris Duffy managemnt, Justin in parts. Service help from the 800 custoner support line was NOT helpful and made me angry. The problem with the 800 customer support line needs to be addressed as it is REALLY poor. The staff at Rosedale Chev saved the day and is the only reason I would continue to buy Chevs. Despite examinations and input from GM local technical people neither of these problems have been satisfactorily explained as to why they happened. Not the problems you would expect of a Corvette. Makes me wonder about the quality of the other GM products I own.

It was a great exprience! And the Doug was a fantastice Sales person. he has worked with me for over two years to get me in a vehicle. He did not want me to be in a position that would be a set up to fail. So I talked with him often whenever I would stop in for service issuse. And he finally got me in a new vehicle. I have only had one bad experience in the time I was coming here and it was my fault for leaving my CD's in the vehicle during my oil change. When I got my vehicle back I didn't immediately notice that they were missing so I couldn't go back and complain but other than that I have always had a great experience and would most certainly come back.

Found the car I purchased online, filed out a short request for more info after 5:30 on Saturday and got a phone call and an e-mail from Rock within 10 minutes to schedule the test drive. While waiting for financing to finish Rock helped me return my rental vehicle by following me to Enterprise in his truck, while my new car was washed and made ready for me to drive home.

We went to the dealership just to look around and price vehicles, we were greated warmly by Ray and even though he was working with another couple, he helped us and had time to ride with us. Ray answered all our questions and then passed us off to Rick to complete the purchase. I love the "best prices" and appreciate the no-haggle sales at Rosedale Chev. Salesperson, Rock, did a very good job of explaining features of new car options, as well as outlining plus and minus of new vs. used vehicles. He was not at all "pushy", but guided me through the process. I had not intended on purchasing a vehicle immediately, but he showed me that this was the right time for what I wanted. I also appreciated his trust, as I did not have a checkbook with me, but he was willing to hold the car on my word for two days.

The technician working on my car noticed that the license plate frame on the front of my Equinox was broken and that the license plate was bent. He straighted out my license plate and replace the frame at No Charge. What a sweet thing for him to do. I always bring my Equinox here for service because you always treat me so well and you are great fun to work with.

My oil light came on shortly after my oil change indicating that I must "change my oil soon". Frustrating that I now have to bring it back to get it reset. it's not Harry's fault. He too had faith in the technician that it would be done.Also, my driver's mirror was broken after I picked up the car (after I had it detailed with you all). No way to tell when/how it happened but it was not like that before I dropped it off.

I had a run in w/ a deer. My 2009 'Nox needed front panel, driver's side & passenger side door repair & side air bags (both passenger & driver's side) replaced. Your body shop handed off my vehicle to Brookdale Ford - I had no problem w/ that. They had the vehicle for 5 going on 6 weeks! Door & front panel repair went fine (according to Dave) but the hang up was the air bags (needed a special person to install and then reset the sensors) and I get that, too. But it was the repair/replacement of the driver seat that was unacceptable. I had gotten the seat w/ the "options" (leather, heated, lumbar support) and no one recognized this until after two seats were flown in and then the technician recognized that it didn't match w/ the passenger side. According to the head guy at Brookdale, they were ordering all the parts based on the auto's VIN and no where was it indicated that the seats were the "option" seats. By this time (4 weeks), my auto insurance was no longer going to cover the cost of the rental. When I contacted Dave (Rosedale) I got "Well, you have to understand that we now have incurred air freight costs on two seats that we can't use so I don't see how we can cover the continued cost of the rental - but I'll contact your insurance company and see what I can do. I appreciated that he would do that, but I got the impression that I would be covering the cost of the rental if he couldn't convince the insurance company to extend the rental coverage. It was now on the day that the rental needed to go back to the rental agency or I'd be picking up the cost - which I couldn't afford. I waited and waited for Dave to call me back as the hours ticked down. No call. Called him later in the afternoon and he said no, the insurance co. would not extend the coverage. I asked what I needed to do since I couldn't pay for any additional time (and he couldn't give me any exact date for when my car would be finished because they had just figured out the "option" seat was needed). He again went on and on about the air freight costs they would be incurring. Finally I asked him who should I talk to about this and he said that I could try talking to his boss. It is now late in the afternoon so getting the car back to the rental agency was going to be past the morning "check-in" time, so I would be incurring this cost (if the body shop didn't), plus the incredible hassle of finding a ride back after dropping the car off at that time of day. So, I called the body shop guy at Brookdale (Mike?) and explained my feelings about this (having to pay for the rental while they continued work on mine due to their not catching the seat issue sooner). It was Mike who explained the mess-up w/ the seat (VIN doesn't cover any "option" equipment) and said since this was their mistake, they would cover the continued cost of the rental. Whew! That was a horrible day of waiting and waiting and worrying. And w/ one phone call to the guy truly in charge, the issue was resolved.No one asked me if my car seats were "special order" seats and I had no reason to think to offer that info. Perhaps there needs to be something in the paperwork that body shop people use when repairing a vehicle. I chose to bring my Equinox to Rosedale Chev because that is where I purchased it. I do believe in "dealership loyalty"; I bring my 'Nox to Rosedale for its servicing - tho it's quite a drive for me (White Bear Lake). I could be taking it to Polar Chev as it is only a mile or so away from home. But, since Bob O'Malley worked hard to put together my Equinox (special order seats and sun roof), I felt I should bring it back to Rosedale for servicing & body shop work. I don't know if I would do that again - for body work. The quality of the body and interior work, as I indicated, was fine. It was the time and hassle (over the rental car coverage) that made this experience less than acceptable.

Very friendly service advisor. Car runs fine, so very good work. Pleasant waiting room. I have had all of the servicing done at Rosedale Chev since buying the car new there in 1997. All of the service advisors have been friendly. Harry is very helpful as well as very welcoming. Keep up the customer friendly work. Of course, the mechanics have taken very good care of my care. I continue to be very pleased with the work they do.

Ray is a very good service person. He knows what he is talking about. His character and actions reflects honesty and sincerity. He has great knowledge about the service and also explains it nicely to the customer. The prices of your dealership are higher than other goodwrench dealers in town. May be it is a good idea to check others and match. Thank you
