Bought a car there that had several mechanical issues that were identified both prior to and after purchase. Living almost 2 hours away, I brought the car to a local mechanic in an attempt to repair the most critical items. He could not make the necessary repairs so I brought the car back to Roselle Motors. Gerardo Rojas and Will the service manager were very responsive to my concerns and promptly made the necessary repairs to my satisfaction and at no additional cost. We are very happy with the service and the vehicle.

Salvador and Jose Cardenas did a great job I told them what vehicle I wanted and right away they told me they guaranteed that I would be leaving with 2014 Dodge Durango. They brought the vehicle from Texas in a timely matter kept me updated and great customer service . There was some details to be fixed on the vehicle and they took care of it without hesitation 100% would recommend . Ask for them they are greatt😀😀😀😀 oh I can’t forget the ladies that helped as well big thanks ....

I brought my used car at this dealer and found them to be honest and hold to there price what they told you. I went to them form Glendale WI. and it was a two hour drive but well worth the drive. I brought a 2006 Mustang last year down there and love the car. Thank this dealer for treating us right

I drove over 40 minutes to see a vehicle, first it wasn't pictured and got on the phone to talk with them. I got there for a 2004 Chevy Trail Blazer an instead got a 1994. Was an awkward experience and I wasted my time and the salesman was all happy- not even sure if he knew he told me the wrong info. But He was very polite and accommodating. Left empty handed.

I FOUND THE PEOPLE HERE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL. I WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN IF I WERE LOOKING FOR ANOTERH CAR. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE OF MY NEW MUSTANG. I LOVE THE CAR AND WAS HAPPY WITH THE OUT COME. I WOULD GIVE THEM AL A 5 STAR RATING.

The owner took the time to go over the vehicle we were looking at online with us over the phone, and when we arrived, the vehicle was just as he had said. All vehicles in the lot were very clean, with very few if any dings and dents. Most leather interiors, all great wheels. Highly recommend!
