Justin and Jeremy were such a HUGE help in making the process easy and comfortable! I was very impressed with their approach and how personable they both were. I will be recommending others to them for sure! Floyd in Finance was also amazing! His attitude was very pleasant and his explanations were very thorough. I appreciated him going the extra mile to get my notes where I needed them!

The staff were exceptional. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a car, truck, or SUV. They even provided lunch! They are truly a blessing. Separate experience: Majority of the staff were kind, accommodating, and friendly. There was an older gentleman who was extremely rude and acted like I didn’t exist when I showed up, but everyone else treated me well. There was another customer who wasn’t wearing a mask, and was coughing and sneezing like we aren’t in the middle of a pandemic. He was obviously sick, so that was uncomfortable.

Probably our best car purchasing experience. We live several hours away, so we were calling to ask questions and expecting to deal with a hassle to purchase and have deliver. We were very pleasantly surprised. Our salesman (Phillip) was great. Made everything very easy. He went out of his way to take care of additional problems we threw at him. Easy taking care of financing over the phone as well. Then our car was delivered to us away from home (which we requested). Overall 10/10. Even though it’s hours from home, I’ll be back to buy my next truck. Thanks very much to everyone involved.
