I called Willy Lopez to set up a time to test drive on Friday, August 27th. He called on Friday at 2:30 to say he got a truck in. He sent me photos. We went through the necessary preliminary paperwork to "reserve" it. I went down later that night to purchase it. In the meantime, he had it washed and prepared. I purchased from Rotolo because they do NOT do the truck "markups" like other dealerships. The trucks are already expensive. The fact that dealerships do the markups is a crime. I also really liked Willy's style. He was not pushy, he was upfront, friendly, and helpful. Overall a great experience with him and Rotolo. Continue with the no markups...in fact, I would advertise that if you can. I am telling you that I would not have bought from anywhere with a mark up.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 10 am and showed up at that time with my Tahoe. I was advised that it was busy and it would probably take 2 - 2.5 hours. I remained at the dealership to wait for my vehicle and received no updates during the next three hours. Finally a service representative (not mine) approached and asked if I needed anything. I explained my situation and he checked on the status. He said my vehicle was next in line and I should be done shortly. 45 minutes later my vehicle was finally in a service bay and still no update from my service advisor. Once I saw my vehicle come out of the service bay, I asked one of the customer service representatives if I could pay for my vehicle as I needed to be somewhere else. She told me that my service advisor was working on the paperwork. I watched my service advisor help several other customers while I continued to wait. Finally he brought the paperwork and advised that they were bringing my vehicle right up. I paid and stood outside waiting for my vehicle for another 30 minutes. I finally asked someone for the status of my vehicle and it was brought around. I wasted 5 hours for a simple oil change. I'm not sure why you even have appointments as it doesn't seem to have any added benefit. I will not come back to your dealership for any reason and definitely will not recommend it to friends and family.

Love the prices that Rotolo has to offer. The service department has had it's issues. I have gone it for an oil change appointment and still take 2 and half to 3 hours to complete. This last time I did bring it in early and took 3 hours but I was expecting that. I am always pleased with the work the service department does, just not happy with the time frame that they complete it in.

My experience was excellent. I was greeted with respect and enthusiasm by Rolando once I got to the dealership. He had the truck that I wanted to test drive and possibly purchase waiting in the front as I arrived, talk about efficiency. He was willing to negotiate the price of my trade-in and get me down to a comfortable monthly payment on my lease. Also, the financial part of signing papers was quick and easy. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Rolando was amazing with us. He was very patient and attentive to our needs. We had him going back and forth getting keys for different cars and felt bad but he did it with a smile and awesome attitude. This would be my second vehicle I get from this dealership and I returned because I remembered how amazing I was treated the forts time around.
