Kevin and Chris were very helpful and able to accommodate me ASAP. I originally came in because I couldn’t get my air cap off to put air in my tire. My tire pressure was below the average. I didn’t have an appointment but was desperate so I went to my car dealership for help. I appreciated that Kevin had a tech remove the air cap and put air in the tire just so I could drive. 2 days later the tire was still leaking I called for an appointment and he was able to accommodate me next day even with there busy schedule. Grateful, that they were able to help me just in time before traveling for our family vacation!l and figuring out the issue that there was a nail in my tire. Thank you guys for your assistance and help!!

Darlene was able to find what I was looking for and the process was painless. This is my third lease from here. That's how good they are. The service department works efficiently to get services done in a timely manner. Harley did a great job explaining what extra services were available and what could wait for a later date.

Jeremy is simply awesome!! We had to wait for 3 months for our custom jeep wrangler order, he always kept us informed and took care of the paper work on time. Interaction with Ryan from finance was nice as well. Thanks for making our buying experience a memorable one!

I went in a few weeks ago after my car got an oil change, was charged a $100 that I was not aware of when they called and said the car was ready. I went in to talk to someone about trading in early and looking into something else, I really wanted to know more about the dodge chargers, what there prices go for on monthly leasing, how early can I trade in and etc. but when I came in I was pretty much talked into not even considering it as my next car. I was told there more for being “toys” in the summer. When I asked about pricing I was given the run around. Another thing that had happened to me another time was when I first got my jeep compass, I had went over all the features I would be getting and I was given the “wrong” car? I was suppose to be having heated seats, heated steering wheel and I don’t have either. And when I called back I was told they can install it for a fee, which I wasn’t paying for when it was suppose to be in the car already. I had emailed the person who helped me with the compass and no reply and then I had spoken to the GM in an email, saying he was going to speak to the sales employee and get back to me on what we could do and no reply after that. I’ve emailed him and nothing after that. I come in to talk to someone I’m always being talked about of what I want.
