The service department works efficiently to get services done in a timely manner. Harley did a great job explaining what extra services were available and what could wait for a later date.

I came in just to see what offers I had available to me. MIKE A. listened to my needs and wants. He and the sales staff were more than patient and accommodating when it came to what I wanted. I walked in and with no intention to buy this day. But the service and pricing was to great to sit on. Thank you guys and thank you Mike A.

I went in a few weeks ago after my car got an oil change, was charged a $100 that I was not aware of when they called and said the car was ready. I went in to talk to someone about trading in early and looking into something else, I really wanted to know more about the dodge chargers, what there prices go for on monthly leasing, how early can I trade in and etc. but when I came in I was pretty much talked into not even considering it as my next car. I was told there more for being “toys” in the summer. When I asked about pricing I was given the run around. Another thing that had happened to me another time was when I first got my jeep compass, I had went over all the features I would be getting and I was given the “wrong” car? I was suppose to be having heated seats, heated steering wheel and I don’t have either. And when I called back I was told they can install it for a fee, which I wasn’t paying for when it was suppose to be in the car already. I had emailed the person who helped me with the compass and no reply and then I had spoken to the GM in an email, saying he was going to speak to the sales employee and get back to me on what we could do and no reply after that. I’ve emailed him and nothing after that. I come in to talk to someone I’m always being talked about of what I want.

Mike was awesome in helping me get a quick tire quote and oil change. Super nice, communicative and service was so fast! Completed way quicker than anticipated. Also surprise car wash was a plus! Would recommend mike and service here at route 18!! Thanks :)
