This has been an enjoyable experience. They worked with me in getting the perfect vehicle for my needs. The Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend trim w/ add sensors and camera for additional safety. Sal and Carlos worked on getting my payments down to a reasonable price. They aren’t about price gouging you. They care about you as a person and your needs. This was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle!!! Solomon and Anthony made this process absolutely painless and fast! I traded my 2020 Explorer (which I purchased at 23 AutoMall) for a 2021 Explorer. The entire process was efficient. I dealt with Solomon and Anthony last year and received fabulous service from both of them. This year they out did themselves!! I purchased my used 2017 Mustang last week and Anthony was fantastic! My dad was there to help me, but Anthony walked me through step by step everything that I wasn’t sure about and answered all my questions thoroughly! Everything went super smooth! Quick and honest! My wife brought her car in for an oil change and what she though was also brake pads. They informed her that the pads were just fine and only had debris in them. Fast forward to today. I brought my truck in for an oil change and to inspect everything. Nothing but the oil change! I’ve never had a dealer tell me I didn’t need anything else. My new go to for all my repairs.
