On my first visit to the auto dealer I had put down a deposit on an Acura TL 2006 and asked if I could return with a mechanic to verify if I was getting a good deal. The dealer was confident that everything would check out. I returned to the dealer with a mechanic and the paperwork went smoothly. I even got the car washed while we did the paperwork!

Purchased a car from here in 2010. Within 1 month the car had faulty parts and the car didn't last any longer than 2 years. The car looked GREAT, nice for the $5K price tag, but a faulty battery, and a faulty shock in the rear tire caused the car to be a headache. I had to reorder the part from the car's dealership. The car was a headache in the first month and while Rob assured us that it was fine, we didn't get much help. Overall, the engine was going to end up failing which caused the car shake a lot when we drove at 60mph+. If you're looking for great prices I would say to check this dealership, BUT make sure you know your parts and do a full check!

I bought a luxury SUV from Robert Mercedes. He was very helpful and friendly. However, I was not pleased with the vehicle. Two days after I bought it I had to take it into the manufacturer for repairs costing $2400. The warranty doesn't cover much. I basically ended up paying a little more than the blue book value when you factor in the cost for repairs. Cars costing what I paid for mine should be in the condition you would expect from a reputable dealership. You should be sure that when you sign their Buying the Car As Is statements, you are certain the vehicle is in a condition where repairs are not required for at least 30-60 days after purchase. I would not recommend this dealer's cars for sale. But if you want to meet a nice sales person, see Robert.

I went to Route 46 dealership in search for my first, used car. When I arrived I was greeted by Roger, a very experienced and knowledgable employee of the automobile business. He helped me narrow down my selection to a few cars and gave me every detail and any information I desired to know about each vehicle. He seemed very sharp and definitely knew what he was talking about. When it came to actually buying the car, Roger made the process very easy and smooth and I was able to drive the car off the lot that day. Roger was even nice enough to give me a 101 on how to drive stick shift, as I had no prior experience with it. I recommend Roger and the Route 46 dealership because they made my process of getting my first car very simple and I am completely satisfied with their assistance.

Bought a BMW X-3 from Robert it was an Incredible price, I drove 3 hrs to get to Route 46 auto and I would do it again in a heart beat. I purchased a vehicle for cash. As soon as I left, the speedometer stopped working and the check engine light came on. They were already closed for me to go back right then. They also told me the spare tire was under the vehicle. There was no spare at all. In addition they will not fix any of the issues wrong with the vehicle, and I can't pass inspection. When I went over to the dealer there was also a woman talking about how she is making payments on a car that can't pass inspection either. Horrible dealership!!!! Do not buy here! They reset all the computer components before you buy it then when you leave the lights come on and they say you bought it as is!

got a great offer right off the bat to buyout my current car deal, was told to come back next day...then told me there's no boss here to sign papers, try Friday. same thing, Monday comes and I get told he's not interested!! thanks for stringing me along and getting hopes up high!! knew there were reasons to not bother with local highway used car lots!
