On a whim took a visit to see what was on the lot. Was met by Diana who was a pleasure to work with. I recently brought my car in for an issue I was having with my CX5. The service department there is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. My wife and I could not have had a better experience buying a new car. We dealt with Mike the general sales manager, Ken from finance, Tom from sales, and Joe the service director. We had a price point going in and they bettered that. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They went over every detail of the car(CX-5) and took their time answering questions. I drove the car home the same day. I would highly recommend Route 9 Mazda to anyone buying a car. I would also recommend going in person because they treated us so well.

I had a very great auto buying experience with Mazda Route 9! I knew someone that knows a lot of people. He put me in contact with some of the best in the business. My salesman Vin was a sweetheart. He got everything in place for me and made my purchase possible within a few days! Even went other the vehicle with me and how to work the features. It was so quick and easy. I met Carlos in the financial department. He was very straightforward and honest. He even listened to my mom bladder lol. He even had the patience when I ran into trouble with my out of state debit card! The showroom was clean and the atmosphere was very friendly.
