I cannot say enough great things about this location! I spoke with several other Nissan locations throughout the week and every time they were extremely rude or not taking any appointments for 3+ weeks. I spoke to Maryellen from the Route 9 Nissan location, and when I say she is an actual angel on this Earth, I mean it. Every employee was extremely kind, and after figuring out the issue with my car they were incredibly helpful! They have gained a loyal customer for life.

Great customer service! I just purchased my new Nissan Rogue from Route 9 Nissan. Tony, Roy, Joe and Rich were a great team and helped me every step of the way. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new car.

I visited this dealership and test drove 3 different cars on a single visit. The sales person Tere was really nice and friendly. She was very experienced and knowledgeable. She addressed all of my questions about the cars. She then connected me to the GM Tony who was also very nice to me and he worked with me to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted with 4 extra new snow tires (I only asked for 2). Not only that, he also brought food for me since I stayed at their dealership since about 3pm until around 9pm. Joe in finance was also helpful and helped me choose the right bank and the right extra warranties for my new vehicle. I am happy with the interaction and the results at this dealership. Their customer service skills is top notch. Will definitely consider them if i want to buy, sell or trade a vehicle in the future.

I highly recommended Route 9 Nissan. Great to have Mary Ellen back with the Nissan family. She is very knowledgeable and friendly in the service department. She is very knowledge about my vehicle and able to answer any questions I have about it. She is on top of my cars history and what is needed or not needed for repair or service. I am very pleased with service they provide.
