From the minute I wrote to Royal GMC about the truck I was interested in, until I drove it off the lot, my experience was fantastic. My salesman, Karl, was excellent. He did not pressure me at all, was diligent following up with our appointment time, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Chris, in finance, was very thorough and took time to explain everything available to me as well. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, with good music and good people on the floor. Overall, I highly recommend Royal GMC of Baton Rouge. These guys are sincere and really make the experience of buying a vehicle a pleasure.

I’m so happy that I chose Buick in Baton Rouge! I worked with Kenny and Jessika. Both of them made the process super simple and convenient. They were different from what I am used to getting because they worked with me to get me in the car of my dreams the same day of my test drive appointment. Jessika even bought the vehicle to me and had the car warmed up (it was a chilly evening). After the purchase, Jessika checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my new ride. Since the day of purchase she has stayed in touch which is great. I can honestly say it felt nothing like a transaction with strangers. They are Phenomenal!

The BEST car buying experience. I cannot express how awesome it was to work with Quentin. Constant communication, transparency, professionalism, mixed with a little humor. We were able to handle everything over the phone, through email, or text. Kenny, in finance, was a pleasure to deal with as well. No sales pitches and haggling. We will definitely stop by the dealership to shake these guy’s hands when we are in the Baton Rouge area. Well done Quentin! It’s hard to beat this kind of service!!

I was 100% impressed with the service provided! John's customer service skills are excellent! He gave me a reasonable time frame, explained the needed repairs, provided accurate estimates and followed up regularly with phone calls. The required parts arrived much sooner than expected and my car was ready ahead of schedule. I wasn't hit with any surprise charges and my bill was exactly what I was expecting! John should be commended for his professionalism and friendly attitude! I will definitely return to Royal Buick for any future required services!
