Top notch dealer! We were looking for a Jaguar in Houston but did not find anything that matched our needs. After a bit of research on Cars.com we found exactly what we wanted at Royal in Tucson. We called early in the morning to check availability and Mike Totman was already in the office (it was before 9am). We asked him a few questions and he went over the vehicle and described it in detail over the phone. Once we decided that this was the vehicle and hashed the details out, Mike sent the papers overnight so that we could sign everything and return it to him. Luckily Royal was able to charge us directly for the Texas TTL this is really awesome. The whole FedExing back and forth took about two days an easy two days, as opposed to sitting in agony at a local dealership for the whole day. Within a week our new car was in the driveway. Mike also recommended a transport company and yes, that is one of the drawbacks but we still saved about $3K over what we would have paid in Houston for the same car. The transportation cost to Houston was about $700 and took took a few days (Thursday-Monday). But, again, I would much rather do this process over the phone and email, pay $700 in transport costs and have it take a week than to be waiting in some local dealership for hours while we go back and forth between the salesman and his manager. Over the phone, with much of it done through the email is the way to go and these guys are with whom you do it.

This purchase was for our third Land Rover (Disco II, and LR4) previously and the first time considering a Range Rover. Another first here, this was our first time dealing with Royal Jaguar Land Rover Tucson. Our Sales Representative was Tim Taylor who we found to be most knowledgeable of the product line. Tim took ample time to preview the vehicle and answer all of our questions completely. At no point did we ever feel rushed or pressured. Tim was great to work with and was very sensitive to our needs throughout the transaction. The negotiation process and closing was professional, fair and efficient. I very much appreciated the Centre Manager, Mike Boniti for taking the time to join in and deal with us directly instead of the customary process seen at most dealerships where the decision makers remain cloistered in an office far and away from the customer and use sales staff as go betweens.We traded in a 2012 LR4 as part of the same transaction. We were very pleased with the trade in offer and felt the purchase price of the Range Rover was also fair.I will certainly keep Royal Land Rover at the top of my list for any future purchases and would not hesitate recommending them to others.

After being overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan as the Director for Waste Management for 8 years supporting the American Wars Fighter I returned home disabled. With my family growing and in my condition we were in need of a larger vehicle. Along with my deteriorating health, my credit had gone south and after several failed attempts at other dealerships trying to purchase a used vehicle, I was convinced that this is not going to happen and had proven itself as inevitable. From the minute I drove on the lot at Royal Jaguar / Land Rover of Tucson was without question, a different experience and in a category all by itself. During my search, I was eventually greeted by a friendly no pressure, informed professional Michael Totman who was not only easy-going but sincere and made me feel welcome even after understanding my dismal situation. I had located a used Land Rover Range Rover HSE that could be a perfect fit for my family, but I had doubts because of my credit. After discussing the Range Rover with my wife (who is working in Afghanistan) and contemplating overnight our dilemma I returned to the dealership the next day. I met with the Manager Mike Sitzman who appraised my trade-in and then sat down with me. After evaluating my impasse Mike requested that I provide the information required as he rounded up the troops and put the wheels in motion. Mr. Stizmans took control of my situation and he has proven to be a rare breed of true professional. Mike had the ability to identify, evaluate, and then provide the correct direction to my complex issues. I would say that his high proficiency of knowledge in the car business has made him a leading expert in his field and one of the few professionals who cares. He is not only on top of his game but brings extreme value to the Dealership. Who takes the time with someone that took a record setting three weeks to see that my family and I owed a Land Rover- Mike did!! Mike you showed that caring and persistence gets the job done and for that my family and I from our hearts thank you. We had been looking for a small SUV for our daughter to drive. She had found one at another dealership that she said "I love this car, it's my dream car". My husband and I went to look at it and I was truly disappointed with it and the sales person did not seem to be very knowledgeable so I voiced my opinions to both my daughter and my husband. Needless to say, I received numerous text messages from my daughter about the car and why did I have to be so negative and find things wrong with her dream car. The next day I sat at my desk and started to "surf the web" and came across Royal Jaguar - Land Rover Tucson and the Rogue we ultimately purchased. I called the dealership and was connected to Tim Taylor. I asked him numerous questions and was soooooooo delighted at his willingness to go out, find the car and call me back with answers to my questions. Tim asked if I wanted to go by and see the vehicle and advised me of his work hours but immediately told me that he would be more than willing to stay longer if those hours did not fit my time frame. Well, we went to the dealership and I have to say IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING, STRESS FREE PURCHASE WE HAVE EVER MADE. Tim was absolutely fantastic-friendly, kind, courteous, funny, talkative but not overly, and I did not feel as though I was being appeased by him so that he could make the sale. Our daughter stayed around for almost the entire process and was very impressed with Tim and how smooth everything went. Mike and Denise, what can I say, you both are FABULOUS. We went to visit this dealership just to check-out the Jaguar brand, but we really were not prepared to purchase the vehicle for several more months. Once on the lot though we found our dream car in a very low milage 2008 XJ8L at a price we found very acceptable. Alex was our salesperson and when we had an issue with the Navigation System he went to bat for us with the management guys and got them to split the cost of new disks for our System. We drove out of the lot with everything working really well and the car driving like a dream. I love my Jag :)

I recently purchased a Nissan Altima from Royal Jaguar/Land Rover. I had my other vehicle in Royal Collision, and it turned out that it had to be totaled. Since I already had my vehicle in their collision center, I looked at the different options across all the Royal dealerships. The vehicle I liked the most happened to be at this location. Mike and Alex made me an excellent deal in regards to taking care of the vehicle in their collision shop, and also gave me every possible incentive on my new car. Our Jaguar buying experience with Royal Jaguar was very pleasant and easy. We selected this dealership because of their great relationship with the Tucson Jaguar Club. They have been very supportive of this club and all the members that we talked with had nothing but great things to say about the dealership. I live in Tempe, Arizona and was looking to trade in my 2002 Yukon XL Denali. I found a 2006 Jaguar S-Type online, low miles, navigation, interior/exterior great condition. I also found a 2011 Kia Optima in Tempe, lower miles, great features, even more wonderful gas mileage,1 owner, basically a brand new vehicle for only a few thousand more, but worth the extra dollars. I called about the Jaguar first, spoke with Wayne Saunders, he was excellent; upfront about my options, returned phones calls and emails to answer my questions promptly, sent me a link to view all pictures, was able to get an estimate of my monthly payments, interest rates, I knew all the numbers within hours. He even appraised my vehicle handsomely over the phone with just a description of my vehicle, he didn't even see photo's of it, he was like the Superman of sales! Then I called about the 2011 Kia, they basically did everything the opposite of Wayne, could not give me any information, the car was there, then it was sold, then they called me back and said "oops" its back or it never actually left, we lost it, but now found it. Then they acted like the vehicle was a top secret government project and could not disclose any information, I had to go to Area 51 and meet them at the secret location to receive the information. They gave me no numbers except to remind me of the great discounted price, which mysteriously increased when they learned the value of my trade in vehicle. Four different people called me in a 4 hour span to confirm and reconfirm my appointment. I faxed over an attachment of all my information they would need to start the finance process but they claimed they never received it, I resent it, then they said file was too big and it kept crashing their computers, but opened fine on my 2006 laptop, they must still use the Commodore 64 from the late 1980's. Even with all those issues, the bottom line, the price was still right for a very clean and basically new 2011 vehicle, but the customer service was all wrong. Wayne, at Royal Jaguar, made it clear for me I was going to drive 2 hours to meet him and purchase the Jaguar. Let me tell you, I got hell from my wife about my decision, she said I was acting uneducated, I reminded her I received a Master's degree, she tossed it from my desk. I was called dumb, stupid, questioned on why would I pass up a newer, more gas efficient, modern car for a 2006. I made one final deal with her and said "I work today, your off today, if you can get the numbers from them, we will buy the Kia" she was motivated. She ran into the same roadblocks I did and they told her she would have to drive to one location for the appraisal, another for finance, and another to pick up the car; she admitted the situation was not fun, they were not professional and this is coming from a major dealership called Earnhardt. We got to Royal Jaguar, met with Wayne, his manager test drove my truck, while Wayne and I test drove the Jaguar, all was great. We signed papers in about 10 minutes, he gave my wife a great departing gift for our purchase, he had put my license plate on while we were saying goodbye to the other staff members. My wife was so satisfied she raved about how great that process was, how nice the entire staff was, she saw other vehicles there she would love to drive in the future, then admitted that I made a wonderful choice in going with the Jaguar and Royal. On the drive home she was amazed at the condition of the vehicle and how great it drove. This purchase was solely made by the customer service I received from Wayne, the car is great, received a nice warranty and I couldn't be more satisfied, even ecstatic about my decision to drive 2 hours after work! My degree is back on my desk. Thanks Wayne and Royal! Cheers to you all!!!

My wife and I have purchased dozens of cars in our lives but this was once again one of the best buying experiences of our lives. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from the Royal Group and they never cease to impress! By the way, we have driven 2 hours down from Phoenix every time just to work with them. This is our second Jaguar but the first one from Royal, however it will probably not be our last. Everything they promised would be done on the phone was perfect, the paperwork, the accessories on the car and the prep of the car. Not to mention they have an indoor and air conditioned area to take delivery, (very important for summers in Arizona). When we arrived we were greeted by "every" employee we met from the manager Charles Gregory, our salesperson Tim Taylor right down to the Lee Ann who I believe works in the office as well as the person cleaning the floors, yes I am serious... great customer service. Neal Weitman the general manager made it a point to introduce himself and let us know he was available if everything was not perfect. Our 2012 XJL was prepared perfectly and immaculate, plus Tim patiently went over every detail of the car with my wife so she could take advantage of all the amenities. I would imagine most people that buy high line luxury cars expect impeccable service so they will not be disappointed. I can always tell when a company takes great care of their employees, it comes back to them ten fold by the way their employees take care of their customers. In a world where mediocre service and half empty promises have become the norm, Royal Jaguar's great service stands alone. We have sent many of our friends, relatives and clients of our business down to buy cars from the Royal Group and every experience is consistently great. I will continue to recommend this dealer!

I was in the market for a used bmw. I had been looking for a while and had a particularly bad experience with one bmw dealership in Sherman Oaks. I won't say names but they are on Van Nuys Blvd. I saw a great bmw offered at Royal Jaguar. It looked great and the price was right. Wayne Saunders was the internet salesman and he was terrific from start to finish. I am in Vegas and sometimes out of state purchases can be a hassle. Wayne made it very easy. He got me a lower rate on my financing and a lower rate on the shipping of the vehicle. The sale was only for $15500 but he treaded me like it was a $50000 sale. I highly recommend him.

Excellent service and not pushy at all. Purchased a used car, which I requested a few things done first, and picked up one week later, everything was done per my request. I waited a few weeks before writing this, and so far no issues have developed. We WILL be back for future sales and service. Mike, as well as the rest of the staff were EXCELLENT.

Raylene and the team constantly went above and beyond to help us order our Evoque. They were in constant contact with us and got us very fast responses to any questions we had. There was absolutely no pressure when we went in to purchase the car, we felt comfortable and relaxed through the entire process. We had a wonderful experience and are so happy to now be a part of the Land Rover family! Even after purchasing we continued to be amazed at how outgoing the team members at the dealership were! We were pulled over on the side of the road one morning, trying to get some information for the navigation, Tim saw us on his way to work and pulled over to offer his assistance and to make sure everything was ok! Superb service after the sale was something we hadn't experienced with any other dealerships we had felt with in the past and we were completely blown away with the wonderful people at Royal.

I own 2 Jags...both purchased at Royal. Would I do it again? Without hesitation. Service experience has been the key to our decision. Full explanation, timely delivery, most reasonable options presented and just plain friendly/personable people. David Layton in Service and Tim Taylor have been there every time. When it comes time to purchase another Jag I already knoe where I will go.

Buying a car is not our idea of a fun time but this was not a typical used car sales experience. Tim Taylor was very easy to work with and actually helped to make buying a car a pleasant experience. This was our first contact with Royal and probably will not be our last. We especially appreciated the no haggling pricing that was fair and at/below market value. We are enjoying our used Mercedes and are glad that we shopped at Royal.

10 Years ago I bought a Kia from the Royal Automotive Group and it is nice to see the standards that made that experience so nice. This time at Royal Automotive Jag. Land Rover, Mini Cooper the buying, financing, ease and speed with which the whole deal happened reminded me why buying a car is and should be fun and exciting given it is the second largest purchase you usually make in your life. Pricing, terms, being updated as to what and how the process is going was a relief. I was not set in a room and allowed to wait it out. Yvette and the managers and assistants checked in frequently to see if I had any questions concerns needs. I would encourage anyone to check with any of the Royal Auto Group Dealers for a car and a clear deal and great service.

After passing on buying an Aston Martin in CA we decided on a Jaguar XK Coupe and found the perfect car right in our backyard, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Yvette was very helpful and George helped answer all our questions. Plus all the other sales people were friendly and helpful as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole buying experience, which can't be said for many other dealerships. We look forward to many miles of pleasure in our Jag and will buy again from Royal Jaguar, if and when we decide on another car.

Our experience was pressure free. Mike gave us his full attention and allowed us to test drive several vehicles until we found the one that fit us best. They were straight up with us on exactly how much they would give us on our trade and why that was their offer. Paperwork took less than 10 minutes once it was ready. Our salesman as well as several others continually asked us if we were comfortable and if they could get us something to drink. We enjoyed looking at and sitting in the beautifully expensive Jaguars in the showroom while we waited. We felt welcomed during our entire visit.

I was in abind .my 203 Discovery blew an engineat 131,00 miles. I had the dilemna of a broken unpaid for car. Mike S searched for an engine . Would have cost the blue book value of the car to have it fixed. Mike T took my challenge to management and they took the car off my hands , paid off the loan and put me into a new LR 2 at a price I can afford.Story ended well. Don Blascak

After an insulting experience at Scottsdale Jaguar, I contacted Michael B at Royal. It was as if I entered a different stratasphere. Mike Totman was selected as my salesman and I was thrilled with the how these gentlemen found me the car I was looking for, priced it and did most of the work before I even drove down to Tucson from my Scottsdale home to check the car out. The car was waiting for me in an all glass area by itself, washed, polished and ready to drive off the lot. I then ordered chrome wheels and tinted windows which took several days to complete, so they offer to drive the car up to my home when it was ready.They gave me a fair trade on my Mercedes,and just this afternoon, Mike brought me my beautiful new Jaguar. I will never shop at another dealership in Arizona for any car sold by a Royal dealership. I often wonder why sales"men" still feel a woman couldn't possibly have the brains, money or seriousness to actually purchase a car. How very sad for those poor fellows. The men at Royal treated me with respect and dignity. They got my business and I am thrilled to own a Royal Jaguar.

While shopping on line from Chandler, AZ I expanded my search range to 100 miles and found myself looking at just the right vehicle. I submitted an e-mail over Cars.Com and was connected to Kyle Hook with Royal Auto Group. He e-mailed a three part video of the entire car. He then drove the car up to Chandler. Kyle Hook professionalism, communication skills and knowledge were exceptional. My wife and I have never experienced car shopping like this. We did not need to go into the dealer at all. Kyle met us in Casa Grande for the final sale. I highly recommend Kyle and his dealership. Our experience was a no hassle, professional, fun and by far the easiest way of shopping for a used car we have ever asked for.

The title tells you we are impressed. We also, however, understand the importance of reviews and will provide you with factual information. Buying automobiles, (both new and used) isn't new to us. I'm over 50 and honestly can't recall all vehicles purchased over the years, but well in to double digits. You'll immediately notice a different environment when visiting Royal Automotive Group Tucson! Perhaps it's because Sales people are salaried, perhaps it's the Owner's influence, perhaps it's the Team working well collectively, or perhaps it's all these in unison. Whatever it is, it works-flawlessly! These folks don't sell vehicles to sell vehicles. They truly care about you and your automotive needs! We purchased a Jaguar which we'd been looking to buy for years. Either we couldn't find the vehicle we wanted, it wasn't in good condition, price was too high, etc. They had the vehicle we wanted, its condition was "immaculate" it was a "one owner" and was "priced below" what we expected to see. We than began to look over their used car inventory via their web site. Instantly we noticed there wasn't a vehicle on their lot which wasn't in immaculate condition! Most of their inventory appeared to be one-owner, low mileage, above average equipped vehicles, and all priced below competitor pricing. The Service Department was our next encounter. Whether or not you buy a vehicle from Royal Automotive Group or not, (and we can't imagine why anyone wouldn't), you'll want to schedule an appointment with their Service Dept. These folks are tops in their field and know their vehicles inside/out. Vehicles aren't allowed for resale unless their service department says they are good to go! We were shown the items checked before reselling a vehicle, absolutely amazing! I don't think you could find another Dealership as comprehensive with their inventory. If like us, most people need financing assistance. We were introduced and had the distinct pleasure of working with "Rhonda" who runs the Finance Department, what a professional she is! She has decades of financial experience and assisted us from start to finish. She was a delight to work with and truly wants to help her customers obtain the best financial deal possible. Our Salesman at Jaguar was "Mike" Mike's knowledge of Jaguar seemed unending. He walked us through parts and features of the car we'd never have thought to ask about. As was Rhonda's, Mike's customer service skills are exemplary! We had very few questions thanks to Mike's expertise. Lastly, being so incredibly impressed we wanted to speak with the Owner. He was out the day we phoned, however, promptly returned our call the following A.M. After a few short minutes on the phone with the Owner, it was easy to see how and why the Dealership runs as it does. This man knows the auto industry and realizes quality customer service, happy customers and repeat business are more important than the sale of any one automobile. He ensures his customers receive such. I realize this review is lengthy, but it isn't every day people purchase vehicles and we wanted to share our experience with you. From the bottom of our hearts we say this to you today....don't purchase a new or used vehicle until you've visited Royal Automotive Group, you're cheating yourself if you do.
