I recently purchased a used Ford Expedition at Royal Motors, a 2013 model with 135000 miles, advertised on autotrader.com. The high mileage was concerning to me so I called and spoke with Nicki and asked if it might be possible for me to take the car to my mechanic for an inspection at my expense. She was very nice and consented to my request. The next day I went to Royal lot, met Nicki and examined the vehicle. I was pleased to see that it was in very good condition both inside and out, also with essentially new tires. I took the car and drove about 20 miles to my mechanic. His one hour inspection revealed no significant problems with engine, brakes, rust, etc and he gave a very favorable review. I returned to Royal Motors and spoke again with Nicki. We settled on a purchase price, before taxes and fees, slightly below asking price and within the KBB range for the vehicle which I felt was a fair and painless negotiation. Nicki made the process quick and efficient. I left with a Temporary Tag. She called me as soon as the Permanent tag arrived at the dealership and also arranged for me to have a second key made the day I came to pick up the permanent tag which was very convenient. Overall a very pleasant and positive vehicle purchase experience upon which I can highly recommend Royal Motors. There were other nice looking used vehicles on the lot as well.

Purchasing from Royal Motors was the easiest, fastest transaction I've had and I've purchased many, many vehicles in my lifetime. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good quality vehicle to go see Royal Motors, you will not be disappointed! We were in the market for a VW Passat for our daughter, she had a 2014 model and loved it. She unfortunately had an accident about a month ago and totaled hers. We had never owned a VW product until purchasing her 2014 model, now after her accident I'm convinced of their tried and true safety! I searched Autotrader and found a 2015 Passat at Royal Motors. We live in the Gulf Shores, AL area, called them on Tuesday morning, asked if the vehicle was still available; it was. We asked that they let us know at the end of the day if the vehicle sold, to please let us know as we were leaving shortly after our daughter's graduation. They reached out before leaving at the end of the day to let us know the vehicle was still available. We were pretty certain we were purchasing the vehicle provided the photos were accurate upon our arrival and inspection of the vehicle. We arrived around 4pm Wednesday afternoon and test drove the vehicle. The images posted on AutoTrader and their website were very accurate and depicted the condition of the vehicle perfectly. Upon return from the test drive, we purchased it on the spot. Can not wait to surprise our daughter with her new to her car!

They graciously stayed open later to wait on us so we could see a Tahoe they had. There was an issue with the vehicle that was Chevys fault, but it was perfect other than that. The owner immediately looked into having it fixed and refused to take a deposit for it in case we decided not to get it once it was fixed. He gave us his word he wouldn’t sale it until we were able to come back a few days later. Unfortunately he couldn’t get it fixed in time for us, but My husband was confident he could take care of it himself, so he worked in the price for us so we could use that money to fix it. My husband was able to get the parts and have it fixed in a short time and we are so happy with our purchase. I’m the primary driver and I have had no issues since my husband bought it. Everything was exactly as they said. The owner and Nicki were so kind and helpful and we are so grateful for their honesty. We’ve been telling everyone about this dealership and we look forward to buying from them again!
