From day 1 Royal Oaks has done nothing but offer fantastic service. My Truck had some warranty issues that were quickly taken care of. Royal Oaks has gone above and beyond to offer the best customer service I have ever experienced. Most recently, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They washed my vehicle, rotated tires and changed oil. All very professional with exceptional speed. The waiting room is amazing I might add.

I was involved in a wreck and my care was totaled. I was very upset and concerned about purchasing a new car. Royal Oaks salesperson Richard Reasner was the nicest and most helpful person that I have ever dealt with. I do not like to shop for automobiles, but it was as if Mr. Reasner knew exactly what I wanted and worked to get me the best deal. Everyone at Royal Oaks Chevrolet was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about my recent auto shopping and purchasing experience. I have already referred my step-father to the dealership and Mr. Reasner since my dad is in the market for a new car. I also want to compliment the finance person, Brian White. This was a truly painless experience and I actually enjoyed it!

My guess is that you have trained your personel well, I have been to other chevy dealers for services and got ripped off by one of them from another state, but I have never been disappointed by your dealership. And Jerry in the service department is the greatest. He made sure all my recalls were up to date and done. He has never failed to make me smile with his friendliness. I was in Nashville, Tn and my transmission light came on I called On Star who ran a diagnostic and stated the transmission wasn't operating correctly. The car was driving fine tho. When I called Jerry at RO he said he would havd a tech look at the car as soon as I arrived in Paducah. I was in and out in no time and they even fixed a latch on my passenger seat that wasn't releasing! Fabulous service!

Only one negative comment. Like most garages, customers are not aloud in the garage work area. I take it very seriously what a garage does to my truck. Royal Oaks should do one or both of the following; install cameras so the customers can atleast view what is going on,, or utilize a release form like the race tracks do in the pit area. Royal Oaks service personal did come and talk to me following the repairs and explained the work that was performed.

We were just looking around and saw a vehicle that was the color we wanted and the wheels that we wanted. As we were looking at it Randy Ro came out and talked to us about it. We went on a test drive and decided that we wanted a 6 cylinder not a 4. Randy started looking on te internet for what we wanted. He found 7 with different options. We picked out the one that suited us and maded arraingements for the trade and he would go get the car. When the truck got to the other dealer, the vehicle was gone. Randy kept trying until he found one and got it there at the dealership. We made the deal on Friday 9/

We purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado and had a very pleasant experience doing so. We especially enjoyed the Sales to Service walk through where we met all the personel in each department. This was a first to see the other side of a dealership like this. We were given great gifts and a fantastic coupon book for all of our families service needs over the coming years. Our experience with this car dealership was wonderful. Our salesman Mr. Harold Schultz was super nice. He helped us choose the right car for our family. He took his time with us and we didn't feel rushed, even tho they were super busy that day. He worked really hard to get us in the car we wanted. Mr. Schultz made buying the car we loved a great experience. It was so nice not being pressured into buying a car we really didn't want.
