Bought a truck here and had several issues within the first 24 hrs. Including a belt shredding, power windows stopped working, and a piece breaking off and hitting me in the face. They would not pay for towing or offer assistance in anyway. I urge people to take their business else where.

They sold me a van that started breaking down and having lots of electrical problums and shifting VERY hard now and stalling out only 3 weeks after the sale... for 3 thousand dollars.

Absolutely horrible dealership. They sell some of the worst overpriced lemons out there. And do not even try to trade in a vehicle they will give you scrap yard prices on it. Do not go here.

I needed a vehicle and desired a PT Cruiser, I had heard Royer's really, really care....it's true, Jerry, owner, searched for a PT Cruiser, they did not have one on the lot whenever I stopped by, he did all the leg work and what a wonderful person. They are like family there, a precious daughter, Danielle who does so much with the financing and does a fantastic job! She knows how to make a deal! I believe it is April who actually sits down with you for the final paper work, very humorous, very patient and a grateful, caring heart! I am searching for my next vehicle now and hope Royer's can come up with my next vehicle, a baby hummer or something bright in color, low mileage and super great shape! I appreciate them very much, I see their stickers on a lot of vehicles in and out of town.

I have purchased three used cars from this dealer and they stood behined everyone. I would not even consider going to another dealer. I have never, in my 77 years, dealt with a dealership with employee's, as well as the owner so willing to go out of their way and do their best to satisfy a customer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone including my immediate family. I mean this sincerely.
