I took my truck in for a brake job (pads and rotors) the service department was very helpful and knowledgeable. The turn around time was quick and the job was done well. Steve kept in touch with me throughout the service process, definitely will continue to bring my truck in for service. 5 Stars!

I had a similar experience as Jason posted below. These guys are shady, I was flying in on Thursday and had been working on my financing but my bank needed them to perfect the title and cautioned me that it may not happen in time for the flight I wanted to be on. I explained this to Randy at RPM and he insisted it would happen in time to continue with the flight. But then he told me the car didn’t pass smog. Well not passing smog is a big deal so I needed to know the multiple codes it threw during the smog. Then after talking in circles for two days he told me he “doesn’t know the codes but one if for the air conditioning but it’s blowing cold” (So he doesn’t know…but he will tell me the seemingly unimportant part? What’s the full story ) . They were so full of excuses and physically unable to just tell me the truth, that even after buying a plane ticket and adding the car to my insurance, they made me so uncomfortable I backed out because I can’t fly down there one way for a car I can’t drive back. So I had to eat the cost of the ticket and adding the car to my insurance because these people literally refused to tell the whole truth. I bought a similar vehicle from a local dealer and it was a breeze but RPM Motorcars gave me the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. So if you try to buy something from then and they start getting shady, bail out because all they will do is waste your time and money 🙄

Purchasing a car from RPM was a JOY compared to other dealers I have dealt with over the years, They did everything they said they would do and treated me quite fairly. I have no complaints on the sale, none what so ever. I would purchase from them again without hesitation.
