Nothing but a fantastic experience in dealing with these guys over at R&R! We bought a new travel trailer out of state all the way in California, Greg was a rockstar in taking my calls, sending me videos of trailer and working with me every step of the way. They replaced a broken vent cover, ordered me a new generator door that was slightly damaged at factory and owned up to an oops moment when testing the awning. A part was broken in the process and they ordered me the parts for that as well. We had it picked up by a shipping company and Greg called me to tell me that the guy was illegal as far as his truck set up. We had the truck stay and get wired up before he left the dealership. Greg was in constant touch with me over the course of a week to make sure the trailer arrived in tact. If you want an honest dealership with that, “good old southern hospitality” then give them your business, you won’t regret it. Thanks again Greg and R&R for making this purchasing process quick and painless!
