I was in the market for a truck, and did some serious looking around. I even drove to a dealership over 3 hours away, but couldn't find something that gave me that...."WOW" feeling. I should've looked closer to home, though. As soon as I test drove the Chevy Colorado ZR2, I knew I wanted it. Ruddell Auto made it easy and as stress free as buying a new car can be. I'm VERY satisfied with them!

We recently bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. We brought our Jeep Sport to them for a trade in with the intention of looking at something newer and bigger that would accommodate our needs. We worked with Wes. He was fantastic at trying to make everything work as best as possible. He listened to what we were looking to do and did a great job negotiating to get us the best possible outcome! The finance guy was incredible as well as he explained everything very well (even though we were on a time crunch) and answered all our questions. We wanted to use a loan company that we had been using for years and there was no problem with that at all. Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful experience! Everyone was friendly and treated us as though we were a priority!

Was able to put my wife into new car with Ken's help. We have children with disabilities, so getting kids to work or medical appointments is very important. Ken walked us through our first new car purchase, making sure we understood exactly what was going on. Very patient and friendly. Will be going to him from now on. Fantastic experience. Wes and Greg helped us every step in the process of purchasing our dream vehicle. Traveled from California and they waited after hours to make sure we were taken care of. They sent us the paperwork by mail to make sure the process went as smooth and quick as possible. They also assisted with the details of our previous vehicle we were exchanging.
