This is my second lease with Rusnak Pasadena. They are great to work with - friendly, professional, and helpful. I could not be more pleased. It was a very smooth transaction. Equally as helpful is their prompt responsiveness to questions since driving off the lot. New cars have a lot of technology - it's nice to know someone is willing and available to answer questions!

I went in pretty much knowing what I wanted to buy. Patrick was the sales person. Patrick is very low key, not at all pushy and very informative. I felt absolutely NO pressure from him. Once I had made my choice, he was so helpful right until I walked out the door. Rusnak is lucky to have Patrick as their employee. If you want an outstanding car salesman, see Patrick Folsom. The service was great, provided by capable service staff. Each staff member that I encountered was very respectful, pleasant, and wanted to be sure that I was pleased. All from the moment I drove into the service department, making contact with Anthony, and finally checking out with the paperwork. I appreciated their work ethic.

Rusnak Volvo has transformed my image of the car dealership experience. No stress. Clear communication. The staff was friendly. All my questions were answered without hesitation....and without "salesperson-splaining". Chris helped with my XC40 subscription return & upgrade into a beautiful XC60 Inscription!! He walked me through the additional XC60 packages/features that I was not familiar with. Chris also ensured my Volvo on Call app was updated and properly working before I left. I was in & out in under 2 hours, and it flew by because of the pleasent atmosphere and good communication.

My experience at Volvo in Pasadena is always a pleasant one. From when I pull up with my car to when my car is ready. It’s obvious everyone works unanimously to make us customers happy. Noticed a lot of their employees are long-term which says a lot about the dealership.
