Still waiting for a phone call or email about financing a vehicle, have been waiting since 3/9/16 (Wednesday), its 3/12/16 (Saturday). I went to Russ Darrow in Waukesha for a reason, I heard only positive things regarding this dealership, I will not go into the whole story, but I just want people to know the importance of good communication. I dont care if I got a phone call/email stating that no one will finance me, at least I wouldve gotten some type of communication, but I received nothing, which I consider rude, unprofessional & dishonest!

Came in to this place with my 2009 lancer where I had a brand new tire put on and had all my lights replaced even though I asked them to check if this was a connection issue. Anyways, paid for all that and one week later my tire was leaking air and headlight went out. Came back and they fixed the light however .... When I asked them to check the tire the man working there broke my tire valve off and air started leaking fast. They then tell me it was a bad valve and that I need to pay for it to be replaced . I will never ever come here again!!! I cannot believe that they even pulled this crap with me because I spent a lot of money here. I've never been so upset with a businees in my life especially since I saw this all happen right in front of me. Needless to say I will be telling everyone about y experience here and never coming back!!!! Shame on you!

Dear Mr. Darrow, if this an example of the service that your company offers then I consider myself very lucky that I did not and will not ever buy a car from any of your dealerships. I started this by looking for cars under 10k. Found one on your site (2006 Mustang) and emailed for someone to contact me. They did in a very prompt manner and set up an appointment for Monday (2-18-13) morning. i arrived at your dealership at 10 a.m. on Browndeer Rd. Was told by the salesmen, who could have cared less by the way, that they did not have a mustang on there lot. He looked it up on his computer and suprise it was in Waukesha?! So i drove an hour from my home to that dealership, and now had to drive back. And the salesmen had a big smile on his face when he said sorry? From there I drove to the mitsubishi dealership in waukesha. Upon arrival I was informed that the car was in the back and the salesmen said he would check. He asked at the desk and i heard your sales manager say "it's in back getting fixe... getting its safety check" end quote. The sales kid goes and checks, comes back and informs us that the car is now at yet another dealership!!! That it had a cracked head gasket that was being fixed FOR THE SECOND TIME! The only bright spot in the day was that kids honesty. Of which was negated by your sales managers dishonesty at the desk when she rightly thought I could over hear her. I understand Mr. Darrow that I am not buying a new car and that in such I do not rate the first class service. But to have had to deal with the incompetance and total disregard for the customer at 2 of your dealerships and your call center I would rate the service below the DMV. At least when you step in there you excpect to have your chain yanked and your requests to fall upon deaf ears! i would hope you make your money by quantity because you sure aren't hitting it out of the park on quality!

Have you ever gone into a dealership and the experience just seemed to drag. Well, I went in to Russ Darrow Mitsubishi to getting a closer look on two vehicles that I liked and the office personal was amazing. Everyone was happy and the atmosphere Russ Darrow Mitsubishi created was very warming. My sales rep., Amanda worked closely with the finance manager(who was also awesome) and the general manager to get me the best rates for my vehicle. I am very pleased with the customer care and attention that I received. Oh yea, I forgot to mention the best part, the office was busy, I was a walk-in, and still never once felt that I did not matter as much as anyone else. Thank you Russ Darrow Mitsubishi for helping me find the right vehicle for me and being a great team.
