These service folks are very good. Nice people the owner of the dealer actually asked me about my service and drove me home, Brad and Shawn in service are pros always trying to help customers and kept things fair. The repairs the did were best in town. The service center is managed properly. I have had 5 visits with 2 cars I would rate 5 stars and then some. Again always helpful, honest, and prompt service I cant complain.

This place is a joke along with the employees and manager. No rentals, they want u to pay 50$ a day for a rental when they are suppose to provide 1 for you. The contract states if they have none available they will cover 34$ a day. Sounds ok when an economy car was only 42$ a day , but they are 85$ now. They did not fix my car and got glue all over my shifter. Didn’t bother to clean it. Shawn in the service department seems to think because my car needed to be vacuumed that I shouldn’t be bothered by the glue. I dealt with Greg the manager and he has just as bad as an attitude as Shawn. Live by the code! FORD= found on road dead! Never again will I deal with this dealership and I’ll be selling my car ASAP.

We bought a 2010 Explorer used from another dealership and purchased the extended warranty. Roughly 20,000 minutes miles when we bought it. The rear differential went once and was replaced. The same symptoms began to happen again at about 90,000 miles. The warranty was good until 100,000 miles. Brought it in to Russ Milne and they told me that the fluid inside the rear differential was "contaminated". They only removed the drain plug and asked for permission to tear the whole thing apart but said it would cost $500 if it were not covered under warranty. This would have been fine but in the same sentance they were telling me that due to the fluid being "contaminated" it would not be covered, no matter what they found inside. They told me that the reason for the contaminated fluid was possibly due to the vehicle being submerged in water. They gave an example of a flood or putting a boat in the lake. I told them that neither had happened and actually nothing had ever been pulled with the truck since we owned it. I asked to speak with the service manager and was told he was not in. I was put in touch with the Asst Service manager (Ray) who was unbelievably rude and unwilling to help. He told me that due to the fluid being "contaminated" that they would not cover the obviously bad rear differential. He said that "it was not his job" to figure out how the fluid was contaminated and that "the driver should know". This vehicle has never even seen a dirt road and is very well taken care of. I told them to get my vehicle ready for pick up and that I would never be coming back to this dealership again. I took the vehicle to Mike Dorian Ford and explained my experience. They found it very odd and said that it was Ford that determines whether a warranty issue is covered not the dealership and after hearing and driving the vehicle they agreed that there was an issue. About 10 days later my vehicle was fixed. The rear differential had to be completely rebuilt and a front wheel bearing was replaced. ALL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. If the Asst Service manager (Ray) is speaking to others the way he spoke to me I can understand why there are so many negitive reviews about the service at Russ Milne. I would advise anyone who ownes a Ford to not get it serviced there.

I only came in for oil change at 25K, but Doug the technician told me the "check engine" light was on. I missed it, but he didn't. I left for lunch and he told me to check in with him when I got back. When I returned, oil change was done They were checking engine light that turned out to be coolant valve had to be replaced. Doug told me they had it in stock and it would take less than 2 hours. He was right - I was on my way in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I got a whole lot more service than the oil change I came for. GREAT!!

The service department should be a little more organized. I had an appointment for the week prior and when my daughter and dad went to the dealer the service department claimed I didn't have an app and turned her away after we made driving arrangements to get there. The following week they went back and I called to confirm the day before and again the same man said there was no appointment. Apparently he spelled my last name wrong and that's why he claimed we had no appointment the first time!! I spelt it for him several times!! Final got it straight and had the car fixed.

I wanted to come and buy this car, I actually hoped it was like as I'd seen it online. I was coming a long way after all. It was perfect, it drives like brand new and has minor cosmetic issues. The only thing I can say I was a little upset about was one set of keys. I also cannot get the remote start to work as well.Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

We took our 2006 Expedition to the service department because it was running very rough. A tune up was performed and the the truck ran good for 1 week. We brought the truck back with the same symptoms as the first time. This time it was recommended that we replace the solenoids. The truck ran good for about 2 weeks. We brought it back for a 3rd time and this time it was recommended that the engine be rebuilt. Unwilling to do this I had the truck towed to another garage. They found the problem right away. A used solenoid was placed in the engine and had a tear in protective mess. So the solenoid that we just payed over $500 to be replaced had to be replaced again. We have now had the truck running great for the last month. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND RUSS MILNE FORD FOR ANYTHING.

My bumper was damaged when I bought my truck, just slightly. Other than that the truck was like new. I drove it home and later my sales guy called me and said he'd fix it. So I looked at it and noticed one of the guards was broken. I feel like it had to of been noticed before because it was just sitting in place, a car wash would've knocked it off. I called my salesman and he said they'd take care of it. I took it in for the repairs, and they weren't done. I still have some rust on the bumper and the bumper guard isn't broken anymore, but it isn't attached properly to the bumper either. I feel like it could break off with little force. I live a little over an hour away, so bringing it in is difficult. It's a little upsetting that when I did bring it in it wasn't fixed right.

I leased my first vehicle through Russ Milne, a Ford F-150 Lariat, through a salesman named Leon. He is still my salesperson 4 trucks later. All have been F-150s, and all have gotten better each time. I've always debated the issue of Purchase vs. Lease, but Leon always centers me on the idea that a lease is better, for a person like myself. Through his sound wisdom, I must agree. The staff is always helpful and personable. still wish I could get a clean-up during annual service and maintenance. Seems odd bring your vehicle in for service and getting it back as filthy, if not filthier then turned in. Just saying - it makes a costumer feel like you cared enough to give it a spit shine, when returning it to the customer. Just a suggestion. With all the Ford GTs sitting around, you think you could afford a car wash... no?

Steve and David was very helpful and did there best to help but there seemed to be nothing they could do about the failure of the quality of Russ Milnes Ford Certified Used Car Program. I put on less than 1500 miles on this truck and it started to act sluggish. The check engine light came on. After a scan at the service center I was told the truck needed a tuneup and I had to pay for it. Nothing Steve or David could do but try to reduce the cost of the tuneup, which they worked with me and did. The fact remains that my faith in the Ford Certified Used Car Program has a very low confidence level.

The passenger side mirror on my 2012 Mustang needed to be replaced. The body shop ordered the required part and it was delivered the very next day. I was promptly notified of its arrival the the dealership, the next day around noon. When I arrived the mirror was installed in a matter of minuets. Kudos to the body shop and their employees. The whole episode took less than 24 hrs.

If you are planning on buying a used car here, finance it elsewhere. I have great credit and "the best" rate I could get was 12.5 % interest rate ( they supposedly use a plethora of lenders). Went home and refinanced it at 4.5 % at a local credit union.

The Oil change service Person forgot to put air in my tires after he rotated them. My low pressure light came on the 2 days later. The pressure in each tire was 28.5 to 29.5. It was supposed to be 35.

This was an oil change at 20,000 miles on my 2014 Mustang GT with the 5.0 engine and track pack. The oil is the full synthetic and, with the engine oil cooler as part of the track pack, it takes 7 quarts. Since I had just switched to my winter tires I did not need a tire rotation. The oil change was done in about an hour and a half, and the total cost was $115.59. Even with the extra quart and the full synthetic, this is an expensive oil change. I had a coupon for a "20,000 mile service" with 5 quarts of partial synthetic and a tire rotation for $39.95; even without the tire rotation, it didn't knock anything off the cost of my oil change.

However, after working and paying for my own vehicle, I realized many of the Ford vehicles I loved were out of my price range...until now, almost 13 years later! I just purchased my 1st Ford since 2003...a new 2016 Ford Explorer!! I LOVE it and am so happy to be back in a Ford vehicle. It feels like safety, comfort and family all in one! Sales staff (Dino Poliseno is my favorite Sales associate) is outstanding; service is exceptional and hours of operation are very accommodating for the consumer. I purchased a 2011 Ford Flex from this dealership in In February of 2015. Since then I've had one $1,300 repair. And now I'm headed to get another repair of the same problem for over $1,000. I wouldn't be as upset if Russ Milne Ford hadn't completed the first repair to begin with. This vehicle has been nothing but expensive issues since . I purchased a short 7 months ago. My salesperson John Mann was very nice and that's where of the positive experience ends. I'll never buy another Ford vehicle. in addition I would never buy another vehicle from Russ Milne Ford. This is been the worst experience I've ever had with a car.

I called the service department Tuesday 09/29/15 after I went to get my oil changed on my 2015 Ford Fusion SE. The oil Chang company told me that I had to take my car asap to the dealership because of a major transmission leak. I called the man I spoke with was very short in his tone and told me that he couldn't get me in until 10/28. That's not the problem. When I told him I had young children and what if I broke down he said very sarcastically " looks like you'll have to call road side assistance". Then I asked about a rental he said " $30.00 a day". I felt as though i was bothering him. When I got off the phone with him I called Bill McDonald Ford in St.Clair. What a relief! They were very sympathetic and felt bad that they couldn't get me in until 10/01. 2 days later. They also gave me a FREE loaner. I understand that places are busier than others. You should always be kind though. Customer Service, when dealing with the public is everything! I didn't get this man's name and I'm not out to get him in trouble. I just believe he needs to learn what customer service is.

Everyone at the dealership was helpful and polite.That having been said........I brought an Escape in for several service issues - two recalls and there is less than 5000 miles on the vehicle.Not the dealerships fault but still a concern.I also had an oil change done, for $46.00, so I won't be making that mistake again.As part of that service/inspection the tires were rotated.A day after I got the vehicle back my low tire pressure indicator light came on.Three tires had 30 lbs. air pressure, one tire had 29 lbs. of air pressure.Guess they forgot to check that.The vehicle shakes and shudders at times when put into drive. Not all the time, intermittently,Since it "could not be duplicated" nothing was done.Something is wrong with the transmission. The service rep did give me instructions on documenting the problem for future reference which was helpful.The service on the vehicle was completed as scheduled and my salesman was great.

It took two appointments to resolve the warranty issues. The Service Advisor indicated it could take all day to replace a warped dashboard when in fact it was completed in 2 hours.I bought my first car from Milne in August 2014 after having worked with another Ford dealer for 15 years. The first sales agent to address me upon entering he showroom was Frank Sinatra. I explained what I was looking for and the exact model/color of Escape was on your lot. Frank gave superior service during that purchase. Yesterday, I picked up a 2015 Edge from Frank b/c of the purchasing experience I had last year. Kudos to Frank!

I originally visited Russ Milne on a Thursday to look for a Ford Focus for my teenagers to drive. After looking around the lot for a few minutes I went into the dealership and was greeted by Brian Litz. I appreciated how he treated myself, husband and teenage son with equal respect and made sure to include our son in our discussion. After presenting different leasing and purchasing options I opted to take the information home to review. When I called the next Monday to let Brian know I wanted to lease the vehicle if it was still available he let me know he had gone ahead a placed a hold on it for me as he was pretty sure I would be coming back for it.When I came in the next day for the vehicle, I was in and out in 40 minutes! Great job and I will definitely be back the next time I need a vehicle.

Our first stop for this vehicle was a walk in. Checked and Leon was just finishing up with someone. He finished and helped me to get the numbers together for planning. About 1 week later we came in, at our appointment, and picked the truck and all the specs. We were told 8 weeks or so. It came in at 6 and we love it. It is the lariat , one up from the previous. I bought an F-150 from sales Rep John Man was awesome; he?s very knowledgeable, professional. John is genuinely concerned that his customers have a positive experience and is totally satisfied. I had a very good experience with the service department when I brought my truck in for it's first oil change and tire rotation. The body shop on the other hand was not a positive experience. I noticed a paint flaw on delivery of my vehicle and had to return it to the body. When I went to pick up my new truck it was returned to me dirty full of white power like dust from the repair. The dust was on the door panels the sets etc. I was not happy it was a very poor customer experience.

The over all experience was excellent.But,I don't personally believe in extended warranties, and prior to signing the paper work, I was ushered to an individual who tried to get me to purchase them. He showed me a bent truck rim and said that would cost $1200 to replace including the tire. I purchased a Fusion, not a truck. He was using the bad roads example to illustrate his point. This one issue soured my experience.

When I need the quick help, like when my tire was low in the middle of a snow storm, they took me right in and they were getting close to closing, and fixed my tires. Great customer service. The warranty process was handled with no hassles. 2014 fusion (clear coat coming off wheels). The only bad part about the situation is that I am a Ford employee and these types of quality issues are harmful to Fords customer satisfaction ratings.

I had an after market back up sensor (Ford item) installed by a outside company that you use for this type of item. The installer messed up the bumper insert to the point where it needs to be replaced. I returned the vehicle to the bump shop and they agreed it was bad. I was told a new insert would be ordered and they would replace the damaged one. I am waiting to hear from the bump shop.

It was my 10,000 mile check-up. They explained at the front counter about oil change, rotating the tires and unless something else was found, the car would be done in about an hour. I appreciated the full write-up I received showing the full details of tire depth, brake lining use and other items checked. The price was comparable to other oil change places but I just felt I got the best service at Ford where they know everything about my 2014 Escape.

Service representative Doug Jorrey was pleasant to deal with. He took a ride in the vehicle with me early in the morning to help diagnose the problem. He was quick and courteous back at the desk during the write up as well. Great representative! I had the right wheel bearing replaced about two months ago. The left one had gotten worse over time since that point and needed to be replaced. What a joy it was to pick up the car and have the problem fixed. No more road noise.

The salesman I had who helped me with my 2010 Fusion SE was great. He provided me with information and education on both vehicles I was looking at purchasing. He didn't push me into one or the other, however he intellectually gave me the pros/cons and let me decide on my own based on what I could afford. The signing of the car was just a few signatures and goig to the bank and the car was mine a few hours later. My step-father and I have been going to this dealership for years now, they treat us like family!

Have leased and purchased many vehicles from Russ Milne, and Dave Foster. His customer service is the best! He has always helped us find the right vehicle, and pointed us in the right direction when we needed service, or had questions, etc. The service department has always been very prompt, and helpful when we've needed them also. Will always recommend Russ Milne and Dave Foster. We will be back!

Service was quick for the oil change and tire rotation. I needed help installing my sons car seat, which the hospital said the dealership would be able to assist, but no one was able to help...which was fine, I understand the liability concern, but when i called ahead of time, the receptionist said it'd be no problem for someone to take a look at.

Time estimation was spot on. Your service reps were professional and answered all my questions. Cashier was friendly also. I was able to say hello to my salesperson, Linda. Because I work about 65-70 hrs per week, I really wish you had Saturday hours. I was able to come here because I was on vacation, however, I may not be able to on my next visit. Thank you

we bought a car the next day the engine light came on i called and was told its was probley the gas tank cap so i did check that and like a week later we put a code reader on it cause the light was still on it said catalytic conv... but we were leaving town for a couple days so when i got back (like two weeks from buying car and i had called the next day after buying it) i called and was told i would have to pay for it to be fixed with a 25% discount........now it had this problem on the lot it just dont show till the car has been driven a bit......so im a little disappointed ....

2011 Edge The oil change was fine. I was disappointed that my rear passenger door's sensor could not be fixed and may not be under warranty.

Recently leased a Ford Escape. We have had two Ford Fusions and enjoyed them, but didn't like the "LOWNESS' We love the Escape. The longer I drive it, the more I like it. Kudos to Linda, our sales person. We will go back to her in two years! Richard Bennett

Test drove a used vehicle told the dealer that the rear brakes did not seem right, and that they were squeeking during the test drive. I also noticed on their Carfax report there was an open recall on the vehicle. The dealer told me that the brakes would be looked at by his service department and all recalls would be taken care of prior to me taking delivery. When I picked up the vehicle I was told by the dealer that the brakes were repaired and the recall was also completed. Three weeks later the power steering failed which was what the recall was for. I returned the vehicle to the same dealership and was told by the service manager that the vehicle had never been in there for service, and yes, the recall was open and it required that the steering rack be replaced. On top of that they said no parts were available and they were on back order. We then had to wait two weeks to get the vehicle back without the dealership offering us a loaner in the mean time. Two weeks later the back brakes failed which cost me $400.00 to get repaired along with a front wheel bearing which had failed only available from Ford at $140.00 additional. All this after the dealer assured me their 112 point safety inspection showed the vehicle was in perfect condition! I doubt I will be back to this dealership.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would! The service department is horrible! They are a bunch of xxxxxxxx! They are all very RUDE! I will NEVER take my cars in for service here again! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone! They treat you like a piece of xxxx! I have worked with mike, ray, and Doug they are the worst people ever! I don't understand how they keep peoples business! This is your warning..... DO NOT GO! I wouldn't go to this place if it was the last place in the world! They should consider firing all of them!

Owned my 2014 Ford Raptor for 6 weeks. Turned on the air, and it blew out all warm air. Took it to Russ Milne Ford to get repaired, but they said it was not covered under the warranty because there was a small hole in the condensor. Hmmmm...it's only 6 weeks old and never leaked anything. They wanted me to pay them $850 to fix it plus $72 for looking at it. I called the dealership we purchased it at (all the way in Ohio) to get their take on the situation. The Ford dealership in Ohio called up Russ Milne Ford, and was told that Russ Milne Ford wasn't willing to "take the risk." I didn't know that spending almost $70,000 on a vehicle, having the air not work after owning it for a little over a month, and expecting it to be covered under the warranty was putting such a big risk on your dealership! The dealership I bought it from is located 3 hours away, but said I could bring it there, and it would all be covered. Lesson learned! Stay away from Russ Milne Ford!

I have purchased 4 new cars from Russ Milne ( 2 at a time ). Both times my wife and I bought a Focus and an Edge. Shortly after the second purchase I notice one of the lines on the rear window defroster ( on the Edge) was not working ( approx 3 months old ). Was given the old "no problem found" I was not happy but because the vehicle was new, I thought I would get it taken care of "next time". Well, next time was about a year later and the told me they would "fix" it. When they were done, it looked like someone put a band aid on it! I could see the "fix" through the rear view mirror. I asked Mr Milne to look at it and he would not telling me it was an approved fix. We ended settling on ME paying $200 out of my own pocket to repair a vehicle still under a bumper to bumper warranty!!!Later in the vehicles history, I brought it in for some rust under the hood. During the repair they scratched the hood in four places in the front and also dropped, bent and removed paint down to the metal at the point of impact on their cement floor. To top it off, they put the hood back on the vehicle in hope (I'm guessing) that I would drive it out without noticing. Fortunately I did notice. The dealership did fix the damage they caused. I told the bump shop mgr that he knew as well as I did that, had I driven the vehicle home and noticed it later I would have received the old " sir, we can't say with certainty that the damage happened here so we cannot cover the cost of repair". There was no response.I also brought my Focus in for the second "no problem found" visit recently.My wife and I both work, and I work in the auto supplier business. Both "no problem found" visits were later diagnosed. Do these people really think that I have nothing better to do than come in (and pay for a car rental) just to screw with them? Really?Russ Milne Ford is a very nice dealership in it's appearance. The sales people are courteous, I could never justify giving them any more of my money. Bottom line is simple, I don't trust them.I am not unhappy with Ford products. Never again from Milne Ford.

I Purchased A 2007 Ford Edge from Russ Milne Ford, on 10-14-2010. Paid in cash. On 2-14-2012 I took the car in for getting bad mileage, was averaging 13.4 miles at gallon of combbined city and highway driving,computor in car said 15.6,average 19. One hour later they called me and rhat the car was ready to be picked up. I asked them what did you find wroing? They took it on a test drive,and hooked it up to a computor. drove it 7.2 miles and averaged 20 miles a gallon. And then charged me $90.00for service charge. I also bought a full warranty for $1,899 for 60,000 Miles. I showed them 2 receipts when i purchased gasoline,the last fillup was on 1-30-2012,I had 173 miles on the odometer and purchase 12.548 gallons of gas. 173 Divided into 12.548=13.7 MILES A GALLONG NOT 20 AS THEY CLAIM, i told them this result was unacceptable, and I would not pay the 90.00 Dollars, buth then my wife paid it,I want this matter fixed the sticker on the windshield says 18 City, 25 Highway. The General Manager then talked to me, he calmed me down,and spoke to me respectfully, told me to came back in April,when the weater was warmer, and they would not charge me the 90 dollars. The bottom line,my problem was NOT TAKING CARE OF!! I then contaced Ford Motor CO. they told me that they can do nothin for me,but to take the car to another dealership, and if I want they have to refund me fot the warranty of 1,899 Dollars.
