This was, by far, one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. Everyone is very helpful! My oil change was without issue, finishing up in a timely manner, with a very courteous staff.

Every experience I have had with a Russell Barnett dealership has been fantastic. They are honest, fair, and just treat you well. Which is really all any customer wants. I refuse to use any other dealership. From sales to service, you can't go wrong here. Why buy anywhere else?

Through a GMC promotion, I located a 2015 Yukon SLT at this dealership in Winchester, TN. Not being familiar with either dealer or location, I expressed my interest in the vehicle by calling them. After determining the vehicle was still available, the sales person maintained contact with me until I was able to personally visit and test drive the Yukon. Everyone was extremely friendly and working with the Business Manager in purchasing the SUV was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealer.

We went for the required, maintenance oil change. No charge. Service was good. They didn't rotate tires, but they explained that it wasn't necessarry.

Drove 2 hours and passed at least 6 other Chevy/GMC dealerships to buy my vehicle at Russell Barnett Chevrolet GMC. After inquiring online, they were the only ones that sent me a quote via email along with pictures and every other detail about the vehicle.
