I have been a customer at RBK since 2003 and have always been very pleased with all aspects of the dealership. I highly commend the service department. John LaCook is a hands on person and really knows his business. Vanessa is very skilled and does a great job. I have recommended RBK to a number of folks over the years and continue to recommend without hesitation. As far as the sales staff goes, I have purchased my last 3 KIA's from Jim Lindsey who is great to deal with! I also commend Russell Barnett for creating an environment that allows his staff to shine forth!

Everyone I encountered was very courteous and helpful. I have been contacted by telephone and mail to make sure my experience was acceptable. I haven't seen that much concern for a customer from a business in many years. I will definitely want to go back. They also have a nice waiting area where a lady feels comfortable waiting.

I needed an oil change. Did it on my lunch time. Very thorough and friendly. I was only there for 20 minutes. Not any more expensive than anywhere else. Always schedules us promptly when we call. Starts right away when we get there. Tells us what is going on and needs to be done. And wait time is never very long.We recently had a dead battery while out shopping. We realized we weren't too far from the dealership, so we called them. It was just a little after 5 p.m. and service was closed. But, they still sent someone out (in the pouring rain)to get us going. Very pleased with the service and courteous individuals that make up a great service team.

Oil/filter change - in and out in less than 30 minutes. Set in waiting area using Russell Barnett free wifi. Free coffee (when it's made) comfortable seating and the price of the service was fair. As long as the price is good I'll keep going back.

Before I found out from Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia that I would have to return the Kia Soul that we'd bought, I was having a bit of trouble operating the headrests. I realize that it makes me seem kind of stupid, but these were not the normal headrests that we are all accustomed to. My wife teaches at Motlow College, so after I dropped her off, I went to the Kia dealership in Tullahoma to ask for assistance.The employees were prompt in asking if I needed help. They didn't make fun of me for not knowing how to do something so simple. And they didn't get irritated that I was asking for their help with a car I did not buy from there. Although I will NEVER go back to Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia, if I am ever in the market for a Kia again, I may just come to this dealership again and give them my business.
