Service was great and didn’t take too long. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. When I left the dealership I noticed my car was veering to the left pretty badly when driving. I contacted the service center and they had me to bring it back the next day. They rotated the tires back and notified me that I needed new tires. They were able to get the tires on the same day. My car rides much better now.

Took our Chevy Volt in for a recall and service. Service technician gets into the car after working on a gas tank job on another car, the entire interior reeks of gasoline now. The technician didn’t have the sense to put something on the seat first. Complained, our service advisor (Gary Layton) said sorry. Went back to advisor, asked him to sit in the vehicle. He claimed he couldn’t smell anything, (It wasn’t a light smell, it reeked,) who then offered to have the interior cleaned to hopefully remove the smell. The main issue is, why couldn’t the tech have the sense to not get in the car when he’s covered in gas? Secondly, why would Gary claim that he couldn’t smell it, unless his nose can’t smell fumes? It was really bad. Highly annoying and inconvenient when a few seconds of foresight could have prevented all of this by the technician either cleaning up properly, or putting a cover on the seat. I’m quite disappointed.

I had my first oil change with a new vehicle. I love coming to the dealership because I am talked to by name and the service is exceptional and fast. I travel over an hour to get there, but the trip is well worth it. The customer service keeps me coming back!

I bought a 2012 Cruze from Russell in 2013 and got a good deal on that car. I returned back to them to trade it in and purchase a 2016. I repeatedly told the salesman Michael Parks that I wanted one with the Sun and Sound package. And when I say repeatedly, I mean that's the first thing I led off with and the last thing I wrapped up our conversations with. Michael found me a car and we made a great deal, however when I pulled out the spec sheet to call to get insurance, I noticed it didn't list the Sun and Sound package. I immediately called him and he verified that it didn't have the one thing that I had stated over and over again that I wanted: the sunroof. I told him I didn't want that car and he offered me one on their lot that was more expensive in a color combination I didn't want. I told him I didn't want that one either. Since then, nobody from Russell has called me to try to find the car I want or to apologize for the mix up. I have written to GM corporate headquarters to let them know of the poor customer service. Avoid this dealership when buying. I have had my car serviced by their service department and they always forget to reset the tire sensors.

John Green was just great and worked hard to make sure this moment was wonderful for me! The only problem I had was waiting for my car to be detailed so that I could leave. Although I was called and told it was ready I had to wait for over 1 hour in the lobby for my car! The management was very kind about all of it and my salesman John was better than I could have hoped for! Thank you all for great job of making sure I didn't have to wait any longer!

When you arrive on the lot of Russell Chevrolet and meet a sales person you won't experience any sales pressure the sales person will walk the lot with you and show you any vehicle your interested in and as soon as you decide on one your carried to the office and offered the best deal.I have purchased three vehicles from this dealer and each time has been very good experience no pressure friendly atmosphere and last but not least a good deal you won't leave feeling like you've been taken to the cleaners.And when your vehicle needs service Russell Chevrolet tradition continues in the service department each and ever customer is very important and waited on in a timely manner.

As I was driving to Russell Chevrolet to have the oil changed in my car, a piece of wood fell off a truck and hit the passenger side of the front bumper. I showed the service adviser the area that was hit and he had one of the mechanics buff out the scuff marks and no additional charge. That is real customer service!

Salesman was awesome as was the financial officer and facilities.My wife and I stopped in to shop for a Silverado and after describing the options we were interested in the staff reviewed inventory and produced a vehicle with exactly the options we discussed for a test drive. Pricing was fair for the market and to the point. Not much back and forth haggling to achieve an agreeable price point for the truck, so we made a deal and returned after a couple of days to pick up the truck which was cleaned up, gassed up, and ready to go on time when we arrived.The finance department quickly worked through the paperwork, had pre-arranged financing based on our credit report with a reputable banking institution at a fair rate. I'm not a big fan of vehicle shopping but its a necessity sometimes and overall the experience at Russell was a great one. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a Silverado pickup truck or other Chevy product you go by Russell Chevrolet and ask for Jim Russell. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and professional in the way he treats customers.

Everyone one was very helpful with the purchase of our 2015 Traverse! We never felt like we were pressured into buying. The pickup truck I had needed emergency service as the truck is extremely valuable to me daily. Though the problem was unique and the repair work took longer than usual, the opportunity came about to look at the new pickup trucks available. My van broke down and I called the service department to find out how to get my van to them. I described the issue with my van and was told that it may be the gear cable. Chris, a service employee, gave me the number of a tow company. The service department employees did a wonderful job in fixing my van. Anyone who needs repair work should go to Russell.

Russell Chevrolet Is a great place to shop for a new or used car or truck. The staff is friendly and helpful.and treated us courteously and professionally. The dealership had a large selection of trucks and cars to pick from - even ones from other locations. Once we picked out the make and model, they spent extra time explaining the computer stuff and maintenance on the vehicle. (Our first maintenance visit to their service department did not cost us anything out-of-pocket and several important upkeep items where done such oil changes. filter and fluid checks, etc/The service location was handy and had a nice waiting room.Lots of shopping nearby and good restaurants too.However, all these things were not a surprise. My wife's family has been buying cars from Russell for forty years or so and we estimate our folks have purchased almost a dozen cars of the years - and the service department helped keep the cars running in good shape. Thanks guys.
