I drive a Ford Explorer. One of the benefits of using Rusty Eck Ford is that I can ask for the same service manager each time and be sure that I get him. Glenn Williams has been my "go to" guy for several years and I really appreciate the constant and sincere personal attention he gives me every time. Glenn has retired and I miss him! However, the Quick Lane staff did a great job, so I'll put the Explorer in its hands.

The mobile unit came out to jump the van but couldn't see anything obviously wrong to make a new battery die so quickly so they took it to the service department. I received a call within a couple hours letting me know the van is done and what was found to cause the issues. Thanks for great service!

I'm not a fan of car dealerships mainly from past experiences with getting my Toyota. But I came here with my mom when she was just thinking about getting a different vehicle and I was actually surprised by the customer service we received from Mitch. He always made sure my mom was happy and comfortable with everything being talked about and the process. Even though we know he is a sales guy, he never made her feel like just another sale or just another customer. It literally felt like we were at his house and he was hosting us, very accommodating, helpful, friendly and caring. With the experience she received by Mitch, it made me go back later that week when I was just "looking". While we waited for Mitch we got helped by James. James was just has helpful and just as accommodating. Again it never felt like I was just a sale, even when working with James. He helped me with my questions, concerns and was just an overall outstanding person. Of course once Mitch was available they both went above and beyond to help me go through the paperwork made sure my car was detailed to my liking, made sure me and my mom were happy and comfortable. Both James and Mitch even offered to buy us snacks or dinner since it was pretty late and I'm pregnant and always hungry. It is just the type of customer service that makes you feel cared for. If you are thinking of buying I would start at Rusty Eck and talk to either Mitch or James. You won't be disappointed. I am extremely happy I came here. Also thanks Mitch for the photo

I want to give a shout out to two people at Rusty Eck. First, Adrienne in the service department is awesome. She was so helpful with my old car and because of her I decided to go back to buy my new car. Second, Mitch Murphy in sales was very helpful and didn't try too many classic car salesmen lines on me and I appreciated that. Everyone was very friendly and even though buying a car is a daunting task and seems to take forever they made it as painless as possible.
