Cody Otasowie was AMAZING! We had a fast, professional, and very pleasant experience. The whole crew was very polite and professional. Cody is very knowledgeable and I would recommend everyone come and say hi, let him hook you up with your next new car or truck. *****UPDATE******* Stephen Pyle did a great job. This is our second buying experience with this location, and BRAVO Rusty Wallace, Stephen is TOP NOTCH. He was patient, and understanding. I worked him hard. He showed me every vehicle I ask to see, and was so polite. It was at least 90 degrees outside and he never complained or rushed me. He wanted to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. We will be back, my son will be needing a truck soon.

I have never been more pleased when buying a vehicle than I was when I purchased at Rusty Wallace Ford. Shane Farley was the best sales person I have ever worked with. Everything went smooth and he treated me fairly. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t implement high pressure sales tactics, which is unusual with car dealers. All of the sales personnel seemed to have these same values. Over all I had a great experience at Rusty Wallace Ford and will be back to Dandridge to see them again when I’m in need of another vehicle.
